食物垃圾处理机的工作原理食物垃圾处理机的技术原理食物垃圾（粉碎）处理机是通过小型直流或交流电机驱动刀盘，利用离心力将粉碎腔内的食物垃圾粉碎后排入下水道。
粉碎腔具有过滤作用，自动拦截食物固体颗粒；刀盘设有两个或者四个可180度回转的冲击头，没有利刃，安全、耐用、免维护。
刀盘转速（满负载，工作状态）直流电机约2400～5500转/分钟，交流电机约1450-1750转/分钟。
粉碎后的颗粒直径小于2毫米，不会堵塞排水管和下水道。
食物垃圾处理器的核心部件是碾磨器，它由不锈钢做成，通过电极高速转动处理食物垃圾，垃圾被研磨成极小的颗粒，非常容易被水冲掉，因此它一般可安装在厨房洗涤槽的下部，圆筒形的食物垃圾处理器高300－400mm，直径130－200mm，重量在4kg左右，可藏在橱柜内部，连接下水管道。
食物垃圾处理器能处理的食物垃圾包括骨头、鱼刺、蛋壳、瓜皮、玉米棒芯、果皮、果壳、菜叶、菜梗、茶叶末以及各种残羹剩饭等。
已往这些垃圾收集处理起来比较困难，没有任何回收利用价值，还会给家庭和住宅环境带来卫生隐患。
有了这种食物垃圾处理器，所有的残渣废物都能被研磨粉碎，通过下水管冲走，十分卫生方便。
食物垃圾处理器使用起来也很容易：先打开水龙头，再打开电源开关，使电机启动，然后将食物垃圾倒入投料口，让处理机和水流连续工作25－35秒后，再关闭水和电源，这时食物垃圾都被磨成了糊状小颗粒，顺水冲走，处理机的工作时间可视垃圾的多少而定，最长一般不会超过一分钟，一个月的耗电量在一度以内。
安装时，应注意洗涤槽出水孔要求孔径为9cm，孔径大小将影响处理效率，因此事先要选购孔径大一些的洗涤槽。
遇到较大的食物垃圾，可先掰成小块投入孔中处理。

1 设备简介

2.3.2 开始安装 拆除外包装，将设备的主体吊装在基础上，用水平仪找好水平，拧紧地角螺栓。麦 芽粉碎机还需将浸麦仓系统吊起安装于中箱体上方。安装前应检查粉碎供料辊上方 供料槽中有无杂物，并清理。垫好连接处的密封垫，对角拧紧连接螺栓； 与料仓连接前先将料仓连接法兰拆下（设备配送），并焊至料仓下料口处，焊接前 也应检查供料槽中是否有杂物并清除，然后放好密封垫对角拧紧连接螺栓； 要求用户提供单独的供水系统（即冷、热管路），采用从热水罐、冷水罐中各引一 支供水管，中间各加装一管道泵的供水系统，以免使用过程发生阻料事故。

Evolution ®100/Evolution ®20045/55/65/Evolution ®100/Evolution ®200注意事项研磨食物垃圾需要多长时间？根据处理器的型号以及研磨的对象不同，可能需要几秒种到几分钟不等，研磨室内没有食物可以研磨时处理器的声音会发生改变。
研磨完成所有食物垃圾后，关闭处理器，用水冲洗约15秒钟，清空研磨室。
如何清洁处理器？我们的处理器是免清洗的。
请勿使用排水管清洁剂或腐蚀性清洁剂清洁处理器。
如果你想保持处理器的最佳工作状态，可不时清洁防溅板并在处理器内放入几匙小苏打，也可以在不加水的情况下研磨一只柠檬或橘子类水果几秒钟。
按了按钮，处理器不工作怎么办？(1）请确认是否连接电源，或市电是否正常(2）如果电源没有问题，可能是可载保护器已启动，关闭电源，检查处理器内部，看看是不是有金属器具掉进去了。

以下为典型方式，您的机器型号不同有可能操作方法略有不同。
开始前，请在电闸或保险盒处切断电源，拔出处理机电源线插头。
如果您的新机器和旧机器机型相同时，就按照安装顺序的倒序拆除旧机器即可。
如果不同，请按照以下步骤操作。
1）用工具将排污管从处理机的排水口弯管处拧下（见图1A ）. 2）向左转动入水口处锁紧圈，将处理机从水池上拆下（见图1B ）。
如果转不动，请使用锤子轻轻敲打锁紧圈上突起部分。
有些型号上有洞形突起，也可以插入螺丝刀以加长力臂（见图1B ）有些型号的机器需要拆除螺栓（见图1C ）.。
