此外,在离心机生产结束之前,让他的智能化和高完成性达到预期目标,更好地满足系统简化,环保等。
最后,我相信我们可以设计出专业,智能,自动化,高效,小型化,简单,环保和安全的机器,使得榨汁机可以尽快进入消费者家中。

本文介绍了榨汁机的研究意义、榨汁机的研究现状,分析了榨汁机的发展前景,详细讲述了离心式榨汁机的工作原理。
这次和同组人员一起设计的离心式榨汁机能够更独特地更好地满足消费者的意愿,本着简单、方便、实用为原则一切从消费者的利益出发。
而且,该榨汁机祛除了以前榨汁机出汁率底、果汁不清的弊端。
单相串激式电动机充分体现了自动化、高效化、小型化、简单化、环保化等特点。
最后,我相信我们所设计的这台集专业化、智能化,自动化、,高效化、小型化、简单化、环保化、安全性为一体的榨汁机能够早日走进消费者的家庭。

The centrifugal juice extractor, which was designed by my partners and I can satisfy our consumer’s demand uniquely and well, based on the principle of simple, convenient, practical and all for the consumer's benefit. Moreover, this machine get ride of the previous problem that is low juice rate, and unclear juice malpractice. 他们的电器产品外观美观,让人赏心悦目,而且设计高效快捷,产品更新换代加快。
目前,国内在电器产品外观零件设计制造方面的研究还处于发展阶段,与发达国家的差距很大。
由于家电产品美观性的要求,零件外形多为复杂曲面,传统的设计方法在对零件成形过程分析以及对产品存在缺陷的处理方面显得无能为力,产品成形过程数值模拟技术跟不上的现状己经成为制约产品开发和生产的一个瓶颈。
面对曰益激烈的国际竞争,必须紧跟国际先进水平,不断提高电器产品外观零件的质量,降低设计和生产成本,加快生产周期。
因而,小家电产品成形技术的研究与开发具有相当重要的理论意义和实用价值。
本课题就是以一款新颖的榨汁机材料成型作为一个突破口,运用CAD/CAM/CAE软件进行产品设计到模具设计的产品开发过程,从而带动和促进相关电器产品外观零件成形技术的发展和技术创新。

、1.1 论文选题的依据和研究意义食品加工工业是二十一世纪的主要工业之一,它的发展速度和水平是一个国家人们生活水平及改善程度的一个重要标志,它直接关系到制造业和加工业产品科技含量的多少以及食品深加工附加值的高低。
食品加工业对人类发展和社会进步出了其他工业不可替代的贡献。
中国人历来重视养生之道,随着人们饮食消费观念水平的提高,鲜榨果汁将取代碳酸饮料成为人们的主要饮品。
果汁含有多种有机酸、芳香物质和酶类,可刺激食欲,有助于消化,因此,常常作为早餐前的开胃食品。
果汁中特别富含钾、铁、硒、铬等无机盐和微量元素、维生素c、胡萝卜素以及多种抗氧化活性物质。
简易榨汁机优化设计

Science &Technology Vision科技视界在现代社会高速发展的节奏下,人们越来越要求高效率,同时对生活的品质要求也越来越个性化,对身体的健康和饮食的营养也越来越重视。
随着人们的消费需要日益增长,各种功能的小家电不断涌现。
其中,榨汁机就是能将一种和多种水果蔬菜,单独或混合榨成鲜美果汁的小家电。
果汁中含有糖类、维生素、矿物质、有机酸等多种营养物质以及某些生物活性物质,例如生物类黄酮,它是一种天然抗氧化剂,能维持血管的正常功能,并保护维生素C、维生素A、维生素E 不被破坏。
纯果汁深为追求健康的人们所喜爱,尤其是咀嚼不便的幼儿和老年人,还有生活节奏快的上班族。
现在,我们可以在家中自己用榨汁机榨取果汁,除了能保证原汁原味,营养不流失,还绝对不含有人工添加剂,是真正的纯天然制品。
如今市面上的榨汁机种类繁多,外观和功能也各式各样。
面对如此繁多的榨汁机,如何选取一款最简便,性价比最高的产品呢?基于此,本文主要通过设计优化,使传统的螺旋式榨汁机更加简便化,以达到这一性能。

与此同时,随着人们对生活品质的追求和提高,蔬菜和水果被榨取成饮料汁食用也日益普遍和流行。
如今,市面上出售的榨汁机品种繁多。
其中,传统的螺旋式榨汁机主要是利用螺旋式固有的特点对果蔬挤压使得体积减小达到果料的固体与液体成分分离的目的,最终获取所需的汁液。
为了让人们更方便地使用和携带榨汁机,本设计利用Rhino3D NURBS 完成了对传统螺旋式榨汁机的优化设计方案,榨汁机体积小巧、操作简单,方便居家老人及小孩使用,或者商务人士、旅行中的人使用。
一种甘蔗榨汁机的设计

0引言甘蔗中含有丰富的糖分、水分,还含有对人体新陈代谢非常有益的各种维生素、脂肪、蛋白质、有机酸、钙、铁等物质。
在中国甘蔗最开始的食用方式是人工咀嚼或手动榨取的方法来获得甘蔗汁液。
后来通过对西方技术的引入,开始了国内甘蔗榨汁机的发明创造。
就目前来说,国内的压辊式榨汁机常见的有两辊、三辊、五辊以及六辊。
两辊甘蔗榨汁机结构简单,但市场上很少,因为压榨效果不太理想,浪费原材料,不便于大批量生产。
五辊六辊榨汁机虽然出汁率高,但机械太过于笨重结构复杂,制造成本较高。
本次设计是根据现有的四辊两级式甘蔗榨汁机,通过对轧辊的排列方式进行调整实现甘蔗的三级压榨。
1甘蔗榨汁机的总体设计方案1.1动力装置此设计作为小型食品加工企业或者个体商户经营用机械,电动机功率设定在2.5kW 左右。
为防止电动机过小,操作者在使用时出现负载较高,损坏电动机的情况出现,本设计中选用电动机功率为3kW 。
1.2甘蔗榨取装置甘蔗榨汁机的榨取部分主要由轧辊、齿轮、过滤网、轴等部件组成,如图1所示。
电动机通过减速装置带动皮带和齿轮传动。
通过减速器减速将动力传递给皮带和齿轮,齿轮带动四辊装置两两相向的转动,进行榨汁工作。
甘蔗从入料口进入机器,直接进入四辊装置并经过三次压榨,产生的汁液通过过滤网的过滤进入收集装置,产生的残渣直接从排渣口排出。
2甘蔗榨汁机的主要机构设计2.1轧辊轧辊是保证甘蔗出汁的最重要的结构,既要考虑榨汁率和汁液的洁净程度,还要考虑其工作效率及结构是否稳定可靠。
根据我国甘蔗的种类、生长情况、生长地理环境对轧辊的间距进行合理化计算设计出如图2所示轧辊。
第一级压榨两轧辊间的距离设定为20mm 。
根据上一级的压榨程度,为提高压榨质量,当甘蔗进入第二级压榨时,两轧辊间的距离设定为14mm 。
第二级压榨结束进入第三级压榨时,应当将轧辊间的距离调制到最小,以此来保证压榨的质量和甘蔗残渣的顺利排出。
综合考虑上述因素,将最后一组轧辊的距离调节到10mm 。

当代的提取方法中,大多是采用对提取物先预先粗压榨,再浸出的方法来提取汁液或者液态油。
因而,在预先压榨中使用的就是螺旋式压榨机,所以螺旋式压榨机在提取类工业中有不可撼动的地位。
压榨机的工作部分是螺旋叶片轴以及压榨外腔组成,提取物由叶轴和外腔中的空隙,即压榨膛,收到挤压从而提取。
因此螺旋叶片轴和压榨外腔是压榨机的“核心部分”,其结构决定着压榨机的性能。
本篇论文通过整理压榨机相关资料,对比各种压榨机结构,再选择,设计压榨机。
其中螺旋叶片轴的设计是本文重点,由压榨物和加工数目参数为依据,计算出螺旋叶片轴参数。
设计采用二级减速传动,机械运行更加平稳。
由压榨机扭矩,功率计算,选定电动机。
并且对设计中的重要零件强度校验,保证压榨机工作能力。

The Honest Guide to Choosing a JuicerIn the 1930's a chap called Dr Norman Walker invented a juicer which firstly grated and then cut produce. The resulting mass was then to be put into a linen bag and placed under a hydraulic press, directing juice down a spout. (Dr Walker lived to 108 years of age - he died in a surfing accident). You can still purchase this 2-stage "Norwalk" machine for around $2000, which is a very prohibitive price indeed. And most of the juicers you will find on sale haven't evolved much since then, which brings us to...Centrifugal juicers. Centrifugal juicers work by using a flat cutting blade on the bottom of a rapidly spinning strainer. Cut produce is flung out over the sides of the strainer. Due to the centrifugal force, juice then passes through tiny holes in the strainer. Centrifugal juicers with pulp ejection. A relatively small market place that holds a few domestic machines, and mostly commercial machines used by juice bars. Juice bars need juice QUICK (which is why they have to sacrifice quality and use the centrifugal process) and they can't afford to continually disassemble their juicer to clean it. In a centrifugal juicer that has pulp ejection, the sides of the straining basket are cleverly slanted, the air flow sending the pulp produced automatically into a collection basket without the need for cleaning. Additionally there is no evidence that slower is better (relative to this category, i.e. 70rpm is not better than 120rpm). TRUE, slow speed has immense benefits over thousands of revs per minute, but the small differences in speed between juicers in this category are not cause for you to choose the slowest.Single gear juicing was invented at the beginning of the nineties with the introduction of the Oscar 502, designed and Manufactured by a Korean company named Dong Ah which was founded by two business partners in 1988. One of the two businessmen betrayed the other, set up a nearby manufacturing facility, started a new company called Dong A Oscar (cheeky, hey?) and within a short time had produced the Matstone juicer - a copy of the Oscar design. Outside of Korea the machine was branded the Samson, and globally, Samson agents touted their machine as the new model Oscar. They cut a number of corners to make their Matstone juicers more affordable and pushed heavily with their marketing. In one country, an ex-employee of the Oscar distributor stole $75,000 and the customer database before setting himself up as the Samson distributor. In the UK, where there was no resident Oscar distributorship, the Oscar was long forgotten, many people believing to today that their Samson/Matstone machine is the 'new' Oscar. The story nearly finished with Dong A Oscar falling to bankruptcy on 26th September 2005.Enzyme juicers. These have not proved as efficient or reliable as the Oscar brand. We recommend looking closely at warranty durations, as the Oscar Living Juicer offers 12 years, and only one other machine beats that... Dual stage single auger juicers The latest innovation in single gear juicers is a 3 phase extraction auger working inside a dual stage juicing screen. Upon the initial crushing of the produce, any released juice is directed through the first stage of the juicing screen into the juice collecting bowl. The crushed produce minus much of its8juice then continues its way through the machine, where there is a finer holed screen to obtain not only a higher yield, but a near pulp free juice. The picture below compares a dual stage juicing screen (top) with a single stage juicing screen (bottom). Clicking on the picture will show alarger picture. This process is claimed to obtain up to 20% more juice than ordinary single gear juicers and mostly yields like a twin gear machine. A test with carrots yielded 26% more juice! With other single auger juicers, the juice is only produced in the second stage, requiring larger holes in the juicing screen. Consequently a sieve is provided with other single gear juicers covering the juice collecting bowl to catch pulp. As juice is allowed to exit at the first stage this type of juicer doesn't suffer from a number of problems that affect virtually all other juicers: leaks, especially into the locking clip and motor housing (this causes long term problems with the gearbox as fruit acids reach the lubricating grease within the gearbox causing extra noise and eventually a breakage.... additionally locking clips / face plates of juicers are tricky to clean and add toyour time).poor performance with soft fruits (soft fruits hold more juice extractable at the first stage. When trying to pass this juice onto the second stage of ordinary single gear juicers, typically nothing happens at all and produce remains stationary in the juicing drum with the juice and all the auger does is stir it).There are only two dual stage single gear juicers available on the market, the Solo Star II and the Oscar 900 VitalMax. You'll note that both brands have beenworn on earlier models. We prefer the Oscar VitalMax for a number reasons, including a lighter/sleeker design, as well as being easier to use and clean. Since Oscar have been in business since 1988 it is safe to trust their warranty offering too. Single gear juicer with NO juicing screen. The Oscar VitalMax is absolutely the most reliable, best performing, quickest to clean, easiest to assemble and use appliance of it's type AND it has the least number of parts - just 4 plus the hopper! There is one single product in this category, the Live Enzyme juicer (which is an electric version of the inexpensive manual juicer known as the Easy Health). Both the manual and electric version were designed for use with greens, particularly wheatgrass exclusively. Due to the very high stringy fibre content of these foods they don't create pulpy juices, and thus a juicing screen is not necessary. However, the absence of a juicing screen on these machines is coupled with claims of juicing all produce and headlining of 'the time you'll save not cleaning the screen'. Proceed with caution. You will need to sieve, and softer produce is problematic.10Ok if you like pulpy juice, but when you want just pure juice (without the pulp), the pulp quickly collects on the sieve clogging it up. If the sieve was integrated into the juicing drum then separated pulp would be deposited away from he juice, but with a sieve resting on the juice jug you have to empty it frequently and waste a lot of juice in doing so. This is very messy, especially with soft produce, including apples, and tomatoes will lead you to give up hope. Finally, two augers are provided with this juicer for different produce another unique feature. But presuming you require both, at some point you may wish to change the parts to juice the next item in your recipe. Messyagain.Below is a chart of the power (watts) of the 5 most popular single gear juicers. This is an important comparison, because each one of these juicers has a 38mm feeding chute, and thus has the same task to endure. Ultimately, the higher the power, the lower the motor wear of a single juicing task. If you've used a centrifugal juicer then a single gear may feel a little slow, but a twin gear will surprise you, as many types of produce have to be forced in between the gears. Basically, a twin gear juicer performs its results by operating its gears at 0.1mm apart, around 4/1000 of an inch. Whilst wheatgrass, herbs, and other leafy produce will 'self feed' as the gears pull inward, a carrot would require force. This is an important note for anyone who has any weakness in their forearms and especially wrists - if you're unable to use a hand trowel in the garden, then sadly a twin gear juicer may be too much for you. This design of twin gear juicers often makes soft produce a challenge. Fruit remains feasible in a twin gear juicer, but juiced alone12would require some extra patience. Twin gear juicers always provide a larger holedscreen for fruits. When ever a web site tells you that the gears of their juicer operate closer than anyone else's, please be aware that they all operate at this distance, they all give the same figures and make the same 'uniqueness' claim.Twin Gear juicing was invented by the designer of the current Green Star Juicer (Mr Jong G. Kim of Green Power), which was originally named the Green Life. Massive competition in Korea saw most juicer manufacturers go out of business, including Mr Kim. As Green Power had recently entered the international market, its parts suppliers joined forces to recover the debts of their customer. Simply, they sold off he moulds to Tribest (an American distributor) who have continued to market the machine despite there being no development or after service at source - in Korea. Mr Kim however continued improving upon his design over dozens of models. This tweaking has resulted in their latest offering (some 7 years newer than the Green Star). Under the banner of multiple names, the GPT-1303 is either a Green Power, Kempo or a Hippocrates juicer (slight variations on model number occur for each brand name). All juicers are identical, except that the Green Power is supplied with a video, and the Hippocrates is supplied with the video and with a copy of the Hippocrates Health Programme, written by Brian R. Clement. The latest model Green Power Hippocrates juicer produces approximately 25% more juice from wheatgrass than the Green Star, which it does so in approximately 15% less time, andwithout constantly backing up (forcing you to stop and reverse - or disassemble, clean and restart). Additionally the machine is smaller, lighter, has two less parts to assemble, is easier to clean, and simply doesn't incur regular part breakages like the Green Star. Below are the twin gears of the two magnetic twin gear juicers. On the left is the Greenstar, on the right the Greenpower Hippocrates. Notice there is no nylon at the front of the Greenstar gears to prevent the metal from colliding. Oddly enough there was in the original design but to simplify and lower the cost of manufacture it was removed. We know of dozens of customers who have 'upgraded' from their Green Star - and are now happy with a Hippocrates. Initially concerned that the Hippocrates isn't 'heavy duty' like the Green Star, they quickly realize that the size and weight of their old machine is of no more use than excess weight on a person. We even have customers who have retired their Green Star in favour of the Oscar VitalMax! If your interest is mainly green/non-fruit juices, then twin gear juicers will offer you a great juice and the produce is very easy to feed.14Please note however that the Oscar VitalMax juicer offers twin gear performance across all produce types, making the Twin Gear marketplace more of a specialist one. The claim goes "this type of nutrient plays a significant role in the curing and regeneration of diseased cells in the body." Advertising Standards please. As for removal of pesticides, there has never been any test of this, and the motor warranty duration is disappointing. The Twin Health is physically bigger in every way than the Greenpower Hippocrates, just look at how much bigger it's gears are over the Hippocrates! ). The gears of the Angel are bigger still, see below.The Angel has a bit of jaded history, an original inspirer in the juicing market the manufacturer made many mistakes that saw their product vanish from the marketplace until recent re-introduction. The Twin Health is in fact related to the Angel, because the manufacturer took on a lot of Angels research team when Angel had financial troubles. The Twin Health is essentially a plastic re-modeling of an early model Angel no longer available. The purpose of creating a 100% stainless steel machine (not just the gear, but the entire machine) is to create the highest possible level of sanitation. The Twin Health fails16miserably on this note with its poorly thought out moldings. If the original Angel were to be available, we would give this a shining report. The machine would also have a price tag of around £1000. The current Angel is a more viable selling option for the manufacturer, with multiple painted and plated parts that eventually cause 'silver' shiny flakes to come off. But this immensity makes a juicer difficult to handle, assemble & clean, and yet it doesn't yield a greater volume of juice. People truly requiring magnetic twin gear produced juice for healing are often week especially in their hands and wrists. Additionally, it's gear teeth are totally blunt, compared with the slightly cusped teeth on the Greenpower Hippocrates, so produce is made even harder to feed in. Also, the Hippocrates has a significantly wider chute for feeding produce in - it has a square cross section - and at its widest point is 8mm wider than the chute of the Twin Health - making it noticeably faster and easier to feed in produce. The Twin health gears carry a lifetime warranty (being 100% stainless steel, this is an easy warrantee to uphold). The stainless-on-stainless implementation is not seen as a good idea as it is the stainless-on-nylon implementation of the Hippocrates Juicer that ensures the stainless steel parts never come into contact and pass metal shavings into the juice. The Twin Health marketing material points out that nylon in the gears is less durable and can crack.。

第1章 资料查询与市场调研
1资料调查
为了解榨汁机的工作原理,做好其机械分析,我们小组分别在网
上搜集有关榨汁机的工作原理、样式等资料。在遇到不明白的问
题时,我们到图书馆查阅了有关资料,充分了解了榨汁机的工作
原理,为后续工作打下了基础。有了一个明确的定位。
2市场调研
我们小组市场调研的地点是台东的一些商场。我们采用询问售货
员以及顾客的形式来了解不同样式的榨汁机的优点,同时也可以从顾
客那里得到榨汁机在使用过程中的不足之处,例如难以清洗等。为我
们小组以后的设计提供了依据。
第2章 总体方案设计
1工作原理分析与说明
榨汁原理和工作过程:
1.送果阶段;
2.压榨阶段;
3.出汁、排渣阶段;
4.复位
分析说明
果子被送果机构抛入下榨碗后,上碗开始迅速下降,当上下碗接触
后,下降速度变慢,使果子进入以下变化:果子受压变形,果皮含
油层破裂出油,同时上碗帽内喷淋环喷出的水将油及时冲走,防止
皮油进入果汁。当果子受压达到一定程度后,下刀在底部打出一圆
孔,上碗继续下压,将果子内部成份从刚才底部切开的圆孔,通过
下刀口压进漏汁管,
在压榨接近终结过程中,上刀立即在果子顶部打孔,果皮进入上
碗间隙处,这一过程中去芯孔管迅速上移,对漏汁管内的成分进行
挤压。
压榨结束时,果皮被上切刀切断进入上碗帽,果汁通过漏汁管细
孔被压入果汁收集槽,籽核从去芯孔管下方开口出排出,乳装皮油
混合物从下碗座流出。榨汁完成后,上碗机构迅速上移,去芯孔管
清孔漏汁管,做好下一个压榨准备。

2榨汁机总体结构设计
说明
原理:通电后电机(构件5)高速运转,带动连接件(构件4)运动,
构件4与构件5用螺丝连接,构件4与构件3通过插接形式连接,勾
践与构件1通过螺丝直接连接,2构件坡度与下刀片(1构件)相同,
从而保证切削效果。电机的力通过构件2、3、4传递给刀片。
注意事项
1.构件4的旋转方向与电机的旋转方向相反
2.构件2的坡度一定要和下面刀片的坡度一致或者稍大,以满足刀片
能在快速旋转的环境中顺滑运转。
结构分析
电机是力的输出机构,机构4、5是螺丝连接,机构3、4是插接,
构3、1是螺丝连接,机构2通过外面的水杯与基座的连接而被压
在两者之间。

第3章 典型零件结构设计
设计说明
此零件是连接电机与切削部分的重要零件,电机力的传递都是通过此构件传
送给切削刀,电机的高速运转与切削刀所收到的阻力会使次构件收到很大的
力。因此,在电机与构件的连接处应该有比较大的强度才能承受切削所产生
的压力,因此在连接处用了合金铜来作为连接件。构件与上面切削部分的连
接要防止打滑,因此上面做成了有规律对称的凹凸不平,上面的构件做成与
此对应的互补的凹凸不平,这样两个构件之间就可以紧密相连,有效地防止
打滑。
注意事项
因为此构件会收到很大的力,为了防止构件与电机分离,应使构件与电机连
接(即合金铜块)的螺纹方向与电机的旋转方向相反。同理,构件与切削部
分连接处的受力方向应与旋转方向相反。
结构分析
此构件的最下端是一个金属圆柱,是构件与电机的连接部分,金属圆柱中间
部分攻丝,直径与电机的直径吻合。金属外围是一整块工程塑料,因此能承
受更大的力,塑料的顶端设计成有规律对称的凹凸不平,与切削构件恰好吻
合,保证了切削过程中的效率与安全。四周留六个孔,不仅可以使果汁从此
孔中流出,同时也节约了材料。
连接关系
构件下端与电机的连接是螺丝连接,与上面切削部分的连接是可分离连接

通过此次榨汁机的设计研究,我们对机器的工作原理以及机构的
构造都有了一个比较客观的了解,也为以后机构的设计打下了基础。
但是因为时间缘故,未能对所有类型的榨汁机都进行一一研究,只对
比较普通比较常用的一款进行了研究。对于高速离心式榨汁机来说,
主要存在的问题:是噪音大;出汁率一般,对于含水量较少的叶菜类
或者特别软的水果几乎榨不出汁来。对于低速挤压式榨汁机来说,缺
点是水果需要切成很小的块,再一点一点地填进去榨,费时间;榨出
的果汁较稠,里面混有细小的果肉纤维。因此综合以上所述,未来的
榨汁机应该是一款高速、果肉无需切割、榨汁效率高的机器,这样既
节省时间,又能不造成浪费。
