随机控制实验：randomized control trial（RCT）三次
这个随机对照试验(RCT)评价令人难以置信的年的教师课堂管理项目的效果，评
估培训教师IY-TCM原则提高老师的行为,是否改善影响学生行为,以及这些影响
是否可以证明处于风险的儿童行为问题的发展。
第一次：有133个孩子参加，实验组比控制组的教师更少批评指责，多鼓励培养，
更加自信；孩子在同伴之间更少攻击性行为，多合作且增加学习能力
第二次：有272个孩子参加，实验组的孩子获得更高的分数，对学习投入多，增
加亲社会行为，甚至是社会生活能力。
第三次：课程配合社会情感和问题解决课程进行评价，结果表明，在153名教师
和1768名学生的实验教室，教师使用更积极的课堂管理策略，他们的学生表现
