这是我们即将实习的一年，在学校的精心安排下，我们在离校的前几个月期间，除了认真完成院校学习任务外，还多次组织我们参加校内的招聘活动。

离校后，我返回了家乡，回到家中，我也在为我以后工作伤透脑筋。

在经过一段彷徨与思考后，我决定留在家乡，我要将自己在学校所学的知识与实际运用相结合，为自己家乡的繁荣贡献自己小小的一份力，也为自己以后的工作打下基础。

在经过一段应聘后，我很高兴成为扬中市中远有机硅有限公司的一名职员。

我们公司是扬中市一家私营企业，我主要的工作是前台接待。

在这三个月中，我采用了看、问、学等方式，初步了解了公司前台文员的具体业务知识。

首先总结一下我的所有具体工作内容：1、负责前台电话的接听和转接，做好来电咨询工作，重要事项认真记录并传达给相关人员，不遗漏、延误；2、负责来访客户的接待、基本咨询和引见，严格执行公司的接待服务规范，保持良好的礼节礼貌；3、负责公司前台大厅的卫生清洁及桌椅摆放，并保持整洁干净；4、送文件至各级领导，签收文件，收发报刊；5、打印、复印办公文件，收发传真，制作办公表格等；6联系公司各项目部人员，收发公司内部文件；7、领导安排交付的其他工作。

工作收获及体会（一）、在实践中学习，努力适应工作。

这是我毕业之后的第一份工作，作为一个新人，刚加入公司时，我对公司的运作模式和工作流程都很生疏，多亏了领导和同事的耐心指导和帮助，让我在较短的时间内熟悉了前台的工作内容还有公司各个部门的职能所在。

年底将至，上级要求行政部设置一份调查问卷，调查公司员工对行政部的工作满意度，主管就将问卷设置的任务交给了我，我想这项任务对我来说并不陌生，因为我们本学期刚好有一门课程为社会调查。

根据教材所学的知识我很快将问卷设置完成，但是主管却要让我将问卷进行调整，原因很简单，我们要对调查的最终结果进行控制，从行政部的角度出发，是希望调查的最终结果会是员工比较满意本部门的工作，如果较不满意的话会使行政部面临较大的压力。

因此主管让我将选项不能设得太细，尽可能分化为两个极端，在这种选项下通常员工都会选择较满意的那一项，同时，行政部平时哪方面的工作做的好，就从尽量从那一方面设置问题，这样就能达到控制调查结果的作用。

主管的要求会使调查失实，起不到调查的应有作用，更可能是自欺欺人，但是从自我利益的角度出发，我也不否认主管的要求有其合理性。

在一些人看来主管的做法可能是弄虚作假，但在另一些人看来，这也许就是职场的生存之道。

转眼大二便已结束，即将迎来长达两个月的暑假，当然还有着
让人期待和让人惧怕的暑期社会实践。

在期末考试还未结束的那段时间里，我便开始为暑期实践做准备，之所以如此早的着手准备，是因为希望自己暑期实践能够做的有意义。

通过大二下学期来的所有经历，希望这次的社会实践能够做自己喜欢的事情，应该与手工制作有关。

为此我曾联系过温州的一位做竹制工艺品的厂家，希望能够进入他们的厂里进行一次暑期社会实践。

但由于他们只免费招收当地的学徒，并且自己所能够工作的时间又太短，最终这个想法化作了泡影。

考虑到暑期兼职所能够积累的知识和获取的经验非常的有限，最终还是决定这个暑假回家，在家里做几件极具感染力、意义非凡的作品。

今天一早起床后便收拾起行李准备回家，行李之中总不会少了自己用于手工制作的东西。

这次背包里没有放一次性筷子，因为太重、体积又大，实在是不太方便，况且这又不是什么稀缺物品。

最为重要的是我在网上淘来的那套打磨工具，既能切割又能打磨，还能够打孔使用起来实在是太过方便。

除此之外还带上了大量的胶水，因为用来粘黏一次性筷子的胶水比较特殊，市面上很少有卖，并且家里根本就买不到，所以背包里一下子放了许多。

我将行李察看了一遍又一遍，生怕落下一两件重要的物品影响我暑期计划的完成。

篇一3月5日星期一今天是开始实习的第一天，我一大早就在介绍人的陪同下来到了天津丝印器材供销公司财务部。

3月7日星期三今天我的主要任务是看公司以前的帐目，杨姐指定出纳先将以前的收款凭证和付款凭证让我们看,复习会计科目,不了解的明细科目就问.根据成本找了四页相关的材料费用明细账,再将总数合计起来。

觉得还可以接受，并不是很难。

今日是实习的第一天，不免有些紧张，向来以来，学习的都是书籍知识，虽然参加过商务英语的查核，但毕竟没有真实的实践过，我不知道其余实习生是怎样开始他们的外贸实习的，对我来说，第一天，既奇特又忐忑。

因为是实习生的缘由，今日我并无真实意义上的实习，不过认识了外贸部的同事，长辈等，早上半天就是在认人，下午，也牢牢是端茶递水，帮忙整理文件，看公司的资料，没有翻译任务。

可是，关于我而言，已经是一个很大的挑战和机会了，邻近下班，部长将我叫到办公室，关于第一天我的表现进行了评论，他以为我还不够松开，没有真实在外贸部，不过当自己是实习生，而不是正式职工，而部长的要求则是，无论何时，既然到了公司，那么就是公司的一员，无论是实习生仍是正式职工。

这也让我有了一个认知，那就是公司是我们自己的，我们是主人。

20xx 年 x 月 x 日礼拜 x有了前一天的认识，和部长的提点，次日我显然更投入，固然仍旧和第一天同样，不过简单的看公司翻译过的文件，和整理长辈所需要的资料，可是，已经得益匪浅了，在整理文件中，我发现，平常书籍上的知识，是那么限制，好多时候，在商务英语中，我们运用到的都是我们以前忽视的，即便是外贸英语函电，这看似很适用的课程，真实在运用实践的时候，仍是短弊端什么，一时间我也很难说出，就是感觉在实践里，果真广博精湛。

来到西安临潼的这几天一直在下雨，虽然打着伞不方便但还是很喜欢这个温度，比长沙凉爽，比西宁温暖，这就是我的第二故乡，西安。

由于一直在西宁上学，每年只有放假的时候能回来看看，能来这里实习对我来说真是一个惊喜。

第一天上岗的任务是在中门检票，中门是客流量最大的出入口，我们都跃跃欲试，欣喜的期盼着第一天能有个完美的开始。

戴着绶带站在检票口的时候，心里多少有点忐忑，担心自己检票时动作不够麻利耽误后面游客的时间，担心遇到不配合的游客。

早上刚开始人比较少，还可以从容应对，当大批旅游团到来的时候，真是有些应顾不暇了。

游客一个接一个把或被打湿或被折叠的票交给我，当时心里一直催促自己动作麻利点，结果反而越着急越乱，好几次把票插反或是找不到条码。

还好当时检票口的叔叔在一旁帮我，教我用左右接票右手检票，慌乱中送走了第一批旅游团。

换岗之后静下来想想其实没必要那么紧张，左手接过票时看好票上的第一个检票口打过的孔就能找到条码，递给右手时调整好位置插入检票口就很顺了。

紧张，着急都只会帮倒忙，就像我大二参加演讲比赛时一样，那是我最不想输的一次比赛，结果因为太紧张而忘词，连初赛都没过。

――写在最后
傍晚，做完最后的工作，做完最后的工作，开始清理桌子，将废纸放入碎
纸机，将网线收起。忽然想到，在公司的日子，真的要画下句点了。

三个月是多久，好像等于一瓶沐浴露，两瓶洗发水，三管牙膏，二十包纸
巾，又好像等于一箩筐沉甸甸的友谊，一份份真挚的关心，一声声谆谆的教
导，以及终身受用不尽的经历。

开始和朋友们互道珍重。一句句亲切的祝福，希望再次相见的话语，让我
的心情一点点感伤起来。脸上是微笑，心中是甜蜜，眼角却渐渐湿润起来……

拼命和大家拍照，想留住这份美好，却蓦地知道，走的只是人，美好早已
在心中，挥都挥不掉。

无法表达现在的心情。前几天还在盼：“呵呵，终于可以回家了。”可今
天，当我不得不停笔，不得不交接工作，不得不道珍重再见时，忽然渴望，让
时间再多停留一下吧。

我想每一个和我一样要离开的人都是同样的心情吧。收拾行李，也收拾心
情，带走友谊，带走祝福，带走回忆，却不知能留下什么。或许留下的只能是
我最诚挚的祈祷，祈祷每个人都过得很好。
