只有当教师给学生以真挚的爱，给学生以亲近感、信任感、期望感，学生才会对老师产生依恋仰慕的心理，才能向教师敞开内心世界，我们才能“对症下药”，收到应有的效果。
因此，教师必须用自己的爱心去感化学生，做到动之以情、晓之以理、寓理于情、情理结合，才会产生动情效应，从而收到较好的德育。

三分钟的演讲稿
人生匆匆不过数十载，我们如何能抓住这指缝间流逝的光阴？如何能让生命活得更有质量
呢？我想，唯有在我们懂事之时起就做到勤学、识礼、求实、奋进，才能让我们延长生命
的长度，提高生命的质量。如果说人生是一部乐曲，那么勤学、识礼、求实、奋进就是人
生乐曲上的四个主要音符。
第一音符：勤学
张衡曾说过：“人生在勤，不索何获。”高尔基也说过：“天才出于勤奋。”这些话都说得千
真万确，古今中外，几乎所有取得突出成就的人都有一部勤学、刻苦、奋斗竞争的历史，
绝少有靠投机取巧取胜的。东汉的孙敬和战国的苏秦悬梁刺股，而成为著名的政治家；波
兰的居里夫人十年如一日勤奋研究科学，才发现了贡献全人类的镭元素；歌唱家宋祖英勤
奋练声，才会在世界音乐大厅维也纳唱响全世界。成为名人需要勤学，普通人完成事业也
要勤学。农民种田要勤才有收获，2人生产要勤才有效益，商人做生意要勤才有利润。学生
学习要勤才有成绩
在这个充满竞争的社会，唯有勤学至老才能立足于社会。
第二音符：识礼
勤学使我们长知识，但光有知识没有礼节也是行不远的。知书还要达礼！只有勤学识礼才
能为自己增添魅力和光彩。
“识礼” 既要懂得礼仪，知道礼节，深知做人的道理。
我国古代有许多关于“礼”的成语，像：彬彬有礼、知书达礼、恭而有礼等。我国自古就被
称为“礼仪之邦”，最看重一个“礼”字。从一个“礼”字可以看出一个人的学识、品格，识礼
之士必是个有修养、有文化的得体之士。“识礼”是对别人和自己的尊重，“识礼”是与人交
往的“试金石”。一个人不识礼必成孤独无援的人，一个国家不识礼必成为必塞落后的国家
。在这个合作的社会里，唯有“识礼”才能和谐致远。
第三音符：求实
“求实”，顾名思义就是实事求是，追求真理。“实事求是”是勤奋刻苦，锐意进取的敬业精
神。坚持“实事求是”，就是严格按客观规律办事，这就是成就一番事业的必要条件。
古人说过：“知之为知之，不知为不知，是知也。”作为当代学生，我们也需要不弄虚作假
的学习态度。不复制别人的答案，不滥竽充数。既要追求和掌握真理，又要排除各种干扰
勇敢地去坚持和捍卫真理。在这个务实的社会里，唯有“求实”才能文明进步。
第四音符：奋进
“天行健，君子以自强不息。”这是《周易》中的一句话，意思是君子应该像天宇一样运行
不息，即使癫沛流离，也不屈不挠；如果你是君子天的运动刚强劲健，相应于此，君子处
世，应像天一样，自我力求进步，刚毅坚卓，发奋图强，永不停息。几千年前的古人都知

道此理，何况文明社会中的我们？
人要保持一颗自强不息的心，要与困难做斗争，正所谓“世上无难事，只要肯攀登”。困难
像弹簧，你强它就弱，你弱它就强。在这个危机四伏的社会里，唯有发奋图强、勇于创新
，才能迎难而上。
我们青少年正处于人生玈途的花季，青春年少，风华正茂。初中阶段正是人的身心和智能
发展最为迅速、最为显著的时期，也是我们掌握知识、塑造自我的黄金时期。我们要树立
远大志向，为将来用我们的勤奋，用我们的学识，用我们求实奋进的精神去优雅地摘取成
功之果而奋斗。
“学海无涯勤为舟，与人相处礼为上，求实务实是真理，奋发进取永不息。”同学们，真心
地希望勤学、识礼、求实、奋进四个音符为你的人生乐章谱出华丽的旋律！

一棵树摇动另一棵树，一朵云推动另一朵云，一颗灵魂唤醒另一颗灵魂，是以德育德，以
行导行，以智启智，以性养性，以情动情的过程。
对于学生来说，教师的爱是一种神奇而又伟大的力量，是除了母爱之外，世界上又一伟大

步入菁菁校园，迎面几个大字：立师德，铸师魂，练师功，树师表，是我们共同的心声，
更是一中人坚定的誓言!我永远不会忘记自己身上的责任，在播撒知识的同时也把爱种在孩
