江苏省大丰高级中学关于进行期中考试考风考纪教育的意见各年级、各班级:江苏省大丰高级中学2013—2014学年度第二学期期中考试将于4月17—18日进行,为了提高考试的信度和效度,学校要求各年级召开全年级教师大会,明确考试各项要求,特别强调监考要求,各班级要利用班会课时间,举行期中考试考风考纪教育专题班会。

期中考试是由上级教育部门规定,学校统一组织的考试,我们同学们要通过考试,对自身学习情况有一个理性的认识,促使自己巩固所学知识、技能,调整自己今后的学习策略和方法。

因此每一位同学必须在老师的指导下,把所学的知识认真整理、归类,并全面系统地进行复习,争取做到熟能生巧,融会贯通。

同时要以认真、严肃的态度对待本次期中考试。

学校要求全体学生做到:1、所有丰中高一、高二学生都必须参加考试,若确有特殊情况不能参加考试的学生要具书面报告,家长签字,年级主任批准,送教务处备案。

2、学生凭准考证在考前10分钟由监考教师统一组织进场,只准携带2B铅笔、0.5毫米黑色墨水的签字笔、直尺、圆规、三角板、橡皮、小刀、空白垫纸板和透明笔袋进入考场,其他任何物品一律不准带入考场。

严禁携带各种无线通讯工具 (如手机、小灵通等)、电子存储记忆录放设备以及涂改液、修正带等物品进入考场。

进场后按指定座位就座。

3、考试过程中做到:①拿到答题卡和试卷后,在指定位置准确填涂班级、姓名、考场号、考号、座位号、学号等栏目,不能错乱;②开考信号发出后才能开始答题,整场考试不允许提前交卷。
