English.As long as my oral English is enough to municate and I know professional product knowledge, they can understand what I say.They are all outgoing but serious when talking about business.Though hard and a little boring, I can be a part of the social society and enjoyed the pressure and petition from the outside world, quite different from the school yard.And also, many disadvantages and weakness have shocked me so much during the intern time.When I was blamed or criticized for my fault at first, I would try to argue with them and avoid my duty in the case.However, now, after such a 每一个checkout的房间都容不得有一丝头发在床上，家居用品一定要一尘不染，否则客人就会不满意。
如果粗心大意，会很容易出现问题。
还记得有一次，我把客人放在地上的东西误当成垃圾扔了，还好之后还找得回来。
客人没有追究，雇主也没有责怪，但是我还是暗地里打自己嘴巴。
心想，如果东西找不回来，如果客人索赔，下次我是否还能这么幸运。

美国学生实习总结
我不得不承认我的实习更接近于一次独立学习，而不是一份真正的工作----虽然早已知道那是在大学里。
当我到达时，我可以选择愿意学习的科目。
我选择了人工智能，在这之前对此没有一点真正的概念。
我和高教授工作，他是学校最有威望的教授之一。
高教授正在研制一种能够学会闻并且分辨不同化学物质的电子鼻。
他有几个研究生学生，每个人发展不同的运算法则，他们编写程序，从电子鼻中提取输入数据并教会网络运用嗅觉分辨。
他们给我一个标准运算法则，让我改进它-----为了了解这个主题的基本知识，这个任务就意味着大量的阅读和对材料的研究。
最初三个星期的时间大部分都花在阅读教材，研究初始运算法则以及阅读科技文章上。
接下来三个星期的时间，大部分用于对初始程序和运行测试进行各种启发式修正。
我没有在这个领域做出重大突破，但我确实学到一些东西，并且做出一个相当不错的终极产品。
我住的是华东理工大学留学生公寓的单人房间。
令人满意的是，公寓里有餐厅，也有洗衣机，而且还有单独的浴室。
总体说来，我对住宿条件比较满意，不过我在房间里待的时间不多。
我在中国的经历与我所设想的大不一样，有几个原因。
对于工作经验我多少有点失望，因为我更象一个学生研究者而非雇员。
这不能完全算一次国际培训，更多的是在中国进行我在美国所干的同样的事。
然而，工作本身既不耗时间也不很严格。
我有很多自由支配的时间，并且我对到上海市区里去也很积极。
学校位于商业区外，周围环境较差，我就尽可能到城里去。
结果，我每周在一所学校教两个小时的英语，并且结交了很多中国朋友，他们邀请我看电影和戏剧，还教我烹饪。
对于这类事情我记得比工作多。
不过，我的最有意义的文化交流不是和中国人。
由于住在留学生公寓，我的大部分好朋友都来自非洲，东南亚以及中东。
与这些人交流很有意思，他们也是我将保持联络的人。
在上海外出，尤其是在晚上，你会在非常舒适的环境中遇到来自世界各地，思想开放的人。
来到中国是我一生中最激烈最有回报的体验之一。
我一个人来，不知道我将待在哪里，不知道我将做什么。
如果事情不顺利，也绝对没有安全体系可以依靠。
我是整个大学以及学校周围地区里唯一的西方学生。
我对中国人的生活有了很到位的了解，也交了很多世界各地的朋友。
我到上海时只有一个电话联络号码，而回去时笔记本上已记满了联系方式和我的观察所得。
我迫不及待地等待着下一次出国的机会。

春冬之时，等风来，等小雨飘洒，一股梅花的香迎了过来，拂过行人的肩，贴着它，泛出温润的笑意和光，让人也心生端庄与慈祥。
还有那古井、亭子、石径、山石、果树等交叉环绕，似乎只有赞叹才能应景了。
设若携一身惶灼而来，在这幽僻之处清凉，沉潜时光，再轻松而去，应是畅然。
而对于一个“身在福中不知福”的人，如我，大抵因可便宜观赏而更多感觉到了寡淡、不稀奇。
诚然，草庵仍是我时常光顾的所在。
清明节的那个周末，为了陪儿子完成一篇登山日记，我们又去了草庵。
依然先是在庵前的空地上停留、四处张望，继而复入寺中瞻仰摩尼光佛的尊座，读读石柱上的对联，做若有引动之状。
