以 20XX 年 12 月的真题为例，以上标黑加粗的部分「The young people in the workforce are changing their jobs or careers every few years.」这个是题目的话题，也就是主题观点产生部分；另一个是题目的要求：「What do you think are the reasons? Do you think the advantages outweigh the disadvantage?Write at least 250 words.」首先就是读话题，那么话题怎么读呢？大部分是看到这个题目，脑子里第一时间浮现出的是这些观点：大家脑子里是不是第一时间想到的都是这个，而且理由五花八门，感觉忽然被打通了任督二脉，灵感多的挡也挡不住，然后列好提纲，挥洒自如，写的酣畅淋漓，写完还觉得不错。

但是，请认真仔细再审一下题干！显然不是！题目问的是：上文所提到的工资、工作环境、地点、工作压力、职业发展等等因素，是任何一个人换工作时都可能存在的原因，但却不一定是年轻人频繁换工作的原因。

请问，雅思写作可能会考「因为工资低就换工作」如此简单不需要思考就得出来的题目吗？因此，一定要学会读话题「限定词」。

主题也就是核心词内容：「换工作」，限定词则换工作的人群和换的频率（每隔几年）。

因此，这道题需要我们回答的内容应该是：「年轻人频繁换工作的原因」。

既然搞清楚了主题，那么「年轻人这个群体频繁换工作的原因是什么呢」？此时，你会发现，搞清了题目表达的内容之后，你就能自然而然地围绕年轻人这个人群的特点和频繁换工作的心理来阐述。

比如，可以有以下的观点：年轻人频繁换工作的原因有很多，以上观点都是可以的，鉴于篇幅和时间的限制，上面的观点不需要全部都写，只需要回答自己最擅长的 1-2 个点就可以。
