教学设计评价标准为了检验河北师范大学隆尧县初中英语学科教师“行动教育”的研修效果,促进英语教学设计的科学化,提高英语教师专业水平和教学能力,隆尧县教育局组织初中英语教师举行教学设计方案的评比与交流活动。

为了顺利开展本项活动,特制定英语《教学设计评价标准》。

一、初中英语课堂教学设计的总目标课堂教学设计要以教育部制定的《义务教育英语课程标准(2011年版)》(以下简称为“课标”)为基本依据,体现人本发展的教育理念和英语课程观。

要通过教学设计,规范教师的教育教学理念和行为。

要心怀师生共同发展的愿景,凸显教学设计的科学性和适用性。

把“知识与技能、过程与方法和情感态度与价值观”作为英语课堂教学的目标。

以培养学生的英语知识和技能为基础目标,重视对学生自主学习策略的培养,强调培养学生的批判性思维能力,重视学生创新精神的培养,帮助学生增强爱国意识,开拓国际视野。

教学设计者要准确分析任课教师本人和学生的语言认知水平、情感、风格和经验等,根据教学内容和师生发展需求,确定教学目标,甄别教学重难点,选择有效的教学方法。

要根据心理学、教育学和英语教学与学习等相关领域的最新理论,科学地安排教学过程。

强调多维交际性,倡导体验式学习。

从激发和保护学生的学习兴趣着手,引导学生开展自主思考、合作交流、深入探究,使学生切实学好英语知识,提高听说读写等语言技能,逐渐形成在英语课上用英语思维的习惯,注意跨文化交际意识和能力的培养,重中之重是要培养学生有效的英语学习策略,使学生养成良好的英语学习习惯。

要注重教育技术的有效使用,组织和活化教学资源,助推教学效果。

要注重使用评价-反馈手段,恰当评价学生的学习过程和结果,促进学生有效学习。

教学资源要鲜活,并要加以灵活处理,适当拓展。

二、初中英语课堂教学设计的具体要求对英语教学设计的评价要从教学理念、内容和形式三方面开展。

英语教学设计要依据《义务教育英语课程标准》(2011年版)以及教育学、心理学和英语语言学等基础理论,依据英语教学、外语学习、跨文化交际、社会语言学、英语课程论等英语学科的本体理论,体现最新的教育教学规律,如自主、合作、探究的课堂学习理念。

由专家组成的评审委员会对送审的316篇论文逐一进行了认真评审,共有258篇论文获奖,其中一等奖30篇,二等奖80篇,三等奖148篇。

现将评选结果公布于后(见附件),请通知有关学校及论文作者。
