【摘要】

目前,高速加工技术越来越受到人们的关注。但高速电主轴设计的资料还是相当缺少的。根据课题的需要及相关专业迅猛发长的大好形势,通过PLC变频使设备运行到额定转速;通过双水外冷系统,较好地解决了发热厉害,温度太高的问题;通过DCS,使现代化生产进一步提高。高速加工技术它不仅可获得更大的生产率,而且还可获得很高的加工质量,并可降低生产成本,因而被认为是21世纪最有发展前途的先进制造技术之一。在先进工业国家,此项技术已广泛应用于航空、航天及模具行业。在近五年中,我国的该项技术也取得了长足的进步。

本文根据高速电主轴在修理过程中,分析各元件和零件的应用及原理,理解修理过程中方法和技巧。研究高速电主轴的发展和趋势。首先介绍了电主轴的发展及其特性;其介绍了内部的结构并对其技术水平进行了分析。第三,对其常见故障进行了分析研究,列举了一些常见的故障问题。最后,对电主轴有了进一步的研究。

Abstract

At present, the high speed processing technology receives more and more people's attention. But the information for design of high-speed motorized spindle is little. Based on being in need of the practice project and the great situation for rapidly developed related major, enabling devices to running on rating rotate speed is attained through PLC variable frequency speed regulation,the problem on great heating and high temperature is solved perfectly through double water outer cooling technology. And modern manufacture efficiency is improved though DCS. The high speed processing technology,not only it may obtain a greater productivity, moreover also may obtain the very high processing quality, and may reduce the production cost, thus was considered is the 21st century most has one of development future advanced techniques of manufacture. In the advanced industrial nation, this technology has widely applied in the aviation, astronautics and the mold profession. In the near five years, our countries this technology has also made the considerable progress.

This article according to the high speed electricity main axle in the repair process, analyzes various parts and the components application and the principle, in the understanding repair process the method and the skill. Studies the high speed electricity main axle the development and the tendency. First introduced the electricity main axle development and the characteristic; Next Shoat its internal structure and has carried on the analysis to its technical level. Third, has conducted the analysis research to its common breakdown, has enumerated some common breakdown question. Finally, had the further research to the electricity main axle.
