2、讲笑话(拿学生开玩笑)
例:教一句:To tell you the truth
如:小K今天回去晚了,他老婆问他干嘛去了,他一直说去应酬了,最后他老婆发彪了,他没有办法
就很很委屈地说:To tell you the truth, i had dinner with a pretty girl!
3、装可爱
语言上:如:读一句英语,你可以用多种语气去读,可以用大男人的声音,可以用小孩子的声音,
也可以用撒娇的语气!
动作上:在讲课中遇到需要做动作的情景时,你可以模仿出来,如,I’ve got a headache
4、调戏学生(呵呵,当然也不是真的调戏了!)
如:请问猪用英语怎么说?他会说是pig, 你说不对吧,应该是p-u-g吧,他说是P-i-g, 你说是U,
他说是I,一直反复地说!最后直到他反应过来被耍了,呵呵!
5、班级一定要有一句核心地话,来做为班级精神,当学生想到放弃时就会激励他的一句话!
如我班上的黑板前面就拉着一条条幅“Persistance can produce a miracle坚持可以创造奇迹”,在班
上经常去讲,慢慢地就会植入学生的内心,成为他们的座右铭!现在这句话已经成为了我们班级的灵
魂!

培训主题二:如何让英语学员保持学习英语的兴趣?
1、创新
A、教室座位的创新,以前是横着坐,你就坚着坐一个星期,然后再围着坐
B、教学模式的创新,以前是先上口语再上新概念上面的语法,你可以倒过来
对于来得早的学员,以前课前老是演讲,你可以一周课前教舞蹈,一周课前
教英文歌,一周课前进行单独辅导,再一周就是带着他们进行英语交流
C、课外活动的创新
第一次去户外玩,爬山等,第二次搞厨艺大PK,第三次搞K歌大PK,第四次可以搞英语角,英
语角的主题也要不停地换,第一次以水果为主题,第二次以零食为主题,第三次以爱情为主题,第四
次搞面具红酒舞会(非常正式地,男生必须穿上西装,女生必须穿晚礼服,当晚教学生如何跳华尔滋
及品红酒,然后再边跳舞,边品红酒,边用英文交流),第四次就可以以如何品咖啡为主题等等
2、每月评出明星榜样,将明星的故事和照片贴于学习园地,你希望班级的学生做到什么你就评
出哪些明星,如你希望业绩提升,你就评出“最佳爱心天使”,你希望班级学生坚持晨读,你就评出
“最佳晨读榜样”,这样既可以激励明星继续努力,也让其它学生有所向望和榜样!

培训主题三:如何建立班级感情?
1、学生之间互相取绰号,很好玩的!如Iris,叫小I,Kevin, 叫小K,Jean,叫 小J,SKY,叫小S, 有个
学生很胖叫陈俊,我们叫他“陈胖胖”,还有李胖胖,黄瘦瘦啊,之类的,叫这些可以很快拉进彼此之间的
距离。
2、多跟学生出去玩,如聚餐、KTV、吃夜宵,跟学生在一起时尽量放松一些,讲一些笑话,去外面玩就
不要聊学习的事情了.
3、私底下找学生聊天,单独聊,或者群聊。
群聊可分为:新生、老生、有问题学生
如:1、班上有一些女生经常会出现一些感情烦恼,无法专心学习,我就组织了一个“女生感情座谈会”,
大家把各自的感情烦恼讲出来,我们找一些比较有经验的女生过来讲解一下,或者互相分享爱情经验,这
样讲出来就不会那么纠结了!
2、班上有一些结了婚的男士,经常跟老婆的关系不是很好!那么就组织几个结了婚的男士和女士一
起坐下来,彼此分享一些烦恼或者是经验,然后再以女士的角度告诉他们,在婚姻中女士的一些内心真实
想法!
4、发挥QQ群的力量,没事的时候和学生在群里吹吹牛,互相损一下,或者是爆爆谁的料啊,这样子会很
开心的哦!
5、创造感动,这一方面的话,在过年讲师训练时,肖总已经讲得很清楚了,在这里我讲讲我的经验吧!
A、学生过生日时,是一定要组织全体学生给她发信息的了
B、学生生病时,也要组织所有学生发信息去关心
C、我回家时,会从家里带来一些吃的给大家,当然要塑造好价值,还有去江西考试时,也会带江西桔
子给学生
D、坚持亲自辅导学生的英语,除非自己真的很忙,才让助教帮忙

6、每两月举办一次大型生日Party,每一次的生日Party主题也要不同,如:这两个月过生日的有7个人,
我们会叫“八仙过海”,把这里面的人名用在寿星上面,如铁拐李啊,何仙姑等,或者有9个人过生日,我
们就叫“九猪同庆”,反正要让每次Party都与众不同,而且要非常地开心!
7、经常跟学生说的一些话:如学生送你礼物或关心你,你一定要亲自发信息道谢,如果学生跟你请假,不
管是什么原因,即使你知道他是骗你的,你也要说:没事,辛苦了,我能够理解!这样学生会感受到你的
大度和宽容!
8、带着全班学生共同去学习排练一支舞蹈,这样可以凝聚大家的感情,也可以拉近彼此的距离,更可以让
学生找到舞台表演的成就感!

培训主题四:各讲师自已提问在班级管理中遇到的各种问题,并进行现场解答!
