二、社团常规活动 Regular activities of League1、社团活动时间 Time for activities--------2、活动地点 Place for activities--------3、三分钟演讲 (three minutes presentation)：英语演讲是英语语言的组织能力的综合运用。

演讲与辩论社团指导学生如何进行英语演讲与辩论，每次课前进行“三分钟演讲”，给学生提供感兴趣的话题，使学生掌握演讲技巧，并积累大量词汇。

同时，鼓励学生参加中学生英语演讲比赛，在比赛中得到锻炼和提高。

Making English speech is the employ of the art of speaking in English. The members will learn how to deliver anEnglish speech and to debate in English under the instruction of the League.
