【学习目标】

1.学习并掌握新词汇：expression, discover, secret, grammar, fall in love with

2. 能正确使用以下常用表达：be afraid to do sth., fall in love with, as well, body language, the expressions on their face, get the meaning, key words, the secret to language learning, useful sentences, look up, a better understanding

3. 学会使用以下句型：

1）…find it difficult to learn English.

2）I was afraid to ask questions because my pronunciation was very bad.

3) I fell in love with this exciting and funny movies.

4）I began to watch other English movies as well.

5) Their body language and the expressions on their faces helped me to get the meaning.

find+宾语+adj.+to do sth. .如: Wang Dan found it easy to learn English.

find的其他用法:

(1)发现.......怎么样He found English very easy (easy).

(2)发现某人在干某事。Yesterday I found a boy playing in the park.

(3)发现.......Gina finds that she can not answer the question.

2. But I was afraid to ask questions because of my poor pronunciation.

be afraid to do sth. 害怕做某事或不敢做某事

be afraid of doing sth. ⑴担心会发生某事或某情况⑵害怕做某事或不敢做某事

3. as well 也；又

I write my own songs and I play the guitar as well.我唱自己谱曲的歌，也弹吉他。

令他惊讶的是他们都同意和他一起去。

too语气较轻，多用于口语，在肯定句中使用，通常位于句末。

as well一般不用否定句，通常放在句末，强调时可放在句中。

either用于否定句，放在句末，之前加逗号。
