第一单元从谈论请帖开始,引入本课的话题。

下面的对话以即将举办的毕业生晚会为话题谈论不同国家的传统食物。

对话中突出了本模块的语法----被动语态,学生们可以在学习对话的过程中复习被动语态的用法和结构。

第二单元的课文讲的是西方的用餐习俗,内容涉及用餐时间、餐具、食物数量和如何结束等方面。

第三单元的任务是复习、巩固被动语态用法、复习检测重要词汇并完成模块任务。

教学课题:《新标准》九年级(下)英语教学设计Module 7 Eating together——Grammar revision: the Passive Voice佛山市三水区三水中学附属初中冯翠贞教学内容分析1. 学情分析经过了两年多的学习,大多数学生已经具备了基本的听、说、读、写的语言能力。

初三英语的学习,无论从广度还是深度较初一初二都有了较大的提高,知识难度增大,词汇量增多,语法项目更复杂,对学生的综合能力要求也有了相应的提高。

初三下学期已经进入了复习阶段,学生对于学过的知识往往已经缺乏新鲜感,比如,本节课的教学内容是被动语态,在九年级(上)Module 2、3、4已经分模块教授了被动语态的基本用法,本模块主要是进行复习巩固。

传统的复习课往往成了教师唱独角戏的知识再传授课,师生互动很少,教师不了解学生在整个学习过程中出现的问题和遇到的困难,只是一味地讲授,呆板、枯燥、乏味的学习氛围很容易让学生昏昏欲睡,这种“满堂灌”的教学方法势必导致学生对英语课失去兴趣。

这就要求教师的教学有更多的变化,教师要营造轻松愉快的课堂气氛;要求教师更多地关注学生个体知识和能力的发展,关注学生的情感,关注学生的学法指导。

教师应采用多种教学手段,坚持情景教学,不同的课型采用不同的教学方法。

英语复习课应该是学生根据已有的知识,自己的领悟和体验运用英语进行有效练习的过程。

只有让学生在实际操作中自己去体验语言应用的全过程,才能形成真正的运用能力。

2. 教材分析《新标准》英语九年级(下)Module 7 的内容涉及谈论不同国家的食物、西餐的用餐习惯等,语言技能和语言知识都是依据主要内容展开的。

第一单元从谈论请帖开始,引入本课的话题。

第三单元的任务是练习、巩固被动语态用法、复习检测重要词汇并完成模块任务。

本人在进行教学设计时对第三单元做了以下的处理:把第三单元分成两个课时,即分成语法课和综合练习课。

本教学设计为一节关于被动语态的语法复习课。

在九年级(上)Module 2、3、4已经分模块教授了被动语态的基本用法,本模块主要是进行复习巩固,要求学生能熟练掌握各种时态的被动语态以及含有情态动词的被动语态,培养学生综合运用语言的能力。

3. 教学设计思路传统的语法课一般都是归纳和操练,不免让学生感到枯燥和乏味,难以提起学习的兴趣。

新课程标准要求教师在设计教学过程时应充分考虑到学生的特点,在此基础上根据教学大纲的要求灵活运用教材,为学生创设生动的、与其生活紧密联系的活动,以此激发学生的学习热情,培养学生的外语思维能力以及交流与合作的能力,从而提高综合运用语言的能力。

本人选取的教学内容与学生的日常生活密切相关,从一块被吃过的蛋糕引入,抓住学生的好奇心和好胜心,让学生用所提供的句型猜测蛋糕被谁吃了,猜测的过程也是学生熟悉句型的过程。

接着,引导学生进行句型分析,归纳出被动语态的构成,然后引导学生总结出如何把主动句变成被动句的规则,再通过练习进行巩固。

接着,播放一个小动画,一方面通过动画来调节课堂气氛,增加语法学习的趣味性,另一方面训练学生获取信息的能力;要求学生把含有被动语态的句子翻译成中文的做法加深了学生对被动语态的感悟。

信息时代决定了必须掌握英语这门通用语才不会落后。

我们经常看到路上的招牌、商标、广告上有英语,就连食品包装袋和洗涤用品包装盒上也有些英文说明,可以说英语和我们的生活息息相关。

所以在教学中我精选了一些含有被动语态的英文谚语和一些安全标语等等,一方面可以让学生了解中西文化的差异,同时也增添了学习的趣味性和实用性。

21世纪的世界是一个开放的世界,作为教师不仅要教会学生知识,还要引导学生关注社会,关注世界。

第16届亚运会即将在广州举行,我设计了这样一个问题:为了迎接亚运会政府已经做了哪些工作?要求学生进行小组讨论,通过讨论来感悟现在完成时的被动语态在日常生活中的运用。

最后是一个小组合作活动,每个小组根据图画自行设计动作及各种故事情节去运用被动语态。

在教学的过程中本人还引入了小组竞赛,大大地调动了学生的积极性。

在这一节课中,教师更关注学生获取知识的方法,关注学生个性发展的过程,关注学生内在发展潜力的开发。

教师更强调学生在实践中学,让学生身体力行地参与到课堂教学中来,进行体验学习。

学生由于主体性得到了体现,自然会产生求知和探究的欲望,会把学习当作乐事,最终进入学会、会学和乐学的境地,教学的良性循环也因此建立起来。

本教学设计所需的教学素材(课件上包含的图片、音频、视频)都是通过互联网搜索得来的,教师通过本节课不但使学生掌握了英语知识,还给学生展示了互联网搜索的强大功能,学生还学会了使用百度搜索引擎来查阅所需的资料。
