1.付底板安装Pay floor installation

1).在安装主底板前基础表面应清除杂物、污垢,在施工中不得使基础表面沾染油污。磨机各底板采用付底板(平垫铁)调平方式,所有付底板应在指定位置浇注,用于底板安装的平面和水平度安装参考。一般相邻付底板之间的距离宜为300~800mm,每一个地脚螺栓两侧应放置两个付底板。

5)付底板座浆混凝土堆凝固后,复测每块付底板水平度和标高。检查合格后清除多余灌浆,夏季盖上草袋并浇水湿润养护,冬季施工应盖上塑料布并加保温措施,还要按规定加早强防冻剂,至座浆混凝土完全固化(至少需48小时)方可安装主底板,养护期间不得碰撞和震动付底板。

2.主底板安装The main floor installation

4)地脚螺栓紧固后,螺栓垂直度误差在1/1000mm以内,合格后向地脚螺栓套管内灌入干燥的河沙或填入油麻,在距套管口200mm深时用水泥砂浆封口。地脚螺栓的螺母下面必须加垫圈,地脚螺栓应当用锁紧装置锁紧,可用弹簧垫圈或双螺母,座浆细石混凝土达到设计强度75%以上,才允许拧紧地脚螺栓。

3.主轴承及轴承座安装

2)用车间内50t起重机将轴承座吊装到主底板上,要求主轴承座与底板的接触沿其四周应均匀接触,局部间隙不得大于0.1mm,不接触的边缘长度不得超过100mm,累计总长不超过四周总长的1/4。

3)初步找正轴承座looking for bearing

4)轴承最终调整Bearing the final adjustment

磨机筒体就位后,必须进行轴承最终调整。磨机中空轴安装到轴承内,测量中空轴和铜瓦之间的间隙,铜瓦和瓦体之间的间隙应该达到以下要求(见图4.3.4.3):A1+C1=B1+D1,E1+G1=F1+H1,A2+C2=B2+D2,E2+G2=F2+H2

以上最大允差为铜瓦直径的0.08mm/m。用直角方尺校正瓦体和瓦座中心线,使二者不重合度误差在0.75mm以内。

筒体部件由筒体和两端的端盖、中空轴组成,筒体本体在长度方向分为3段,每段在圆周方向再分为2半,安装前彻底清洗筒体法兰及端盖的配合表面,去掉油污和毛刺,清除法兰面、中空轴颈和连接孔内的防锈油,保证法兰对接时干燥清洁,但应注意保护组装标记。检查各连接螺栓、螺母是否损坏,仔细清洗并修复,螺栓、螺母必须无松动现象、毛刺等。安装前所有的螺栓、螺母及螺柱都必须表面清洁并干爽,不允许有油污。精确测量筒体的长度,以便实测筒体端盖组装后两中空轴中心的间距。确认对位标记。制作4个装配筒体、端盖用的过冲,直径比螺栓孔小约0.2mm,长度大于把和法兰总厚度,两端为锥形,锥度约为1:50。筒体就位后紧固螺栓时要及时搭设紧固螺栓用的脚手架操作台。

按顶升装置布置图将磨机顶升装置2个托架放在中部尽可能靠近法兰的部位,

识线,用车间内50t起重机将中段半筒体吊装就位,就位时中间段半筒体的标识线应

对准托架上标示的中心线,将另外中间段半筒体吊装就位,两半中间段筒体组装时

在出料端筒体下方尽可能靠近法兰的部位,布置4个千斤顶,用枕木和垫板调整好千斤顶的标高和垂直度,在千斤顶上安装两个托架,用于支撑出料端筒体,其安装要求与中间段筒体托架安装要求相同,但托架下方还应用枕木和钢板垫实,作为辅助安全措施。用车间内50t起重机将出料端半筒体在中分面水平状态下,按两段筒体对接标记初步吊装就位,就位时出料端半筒体尽可能靠近中间段筒体,通过千斤顶初步对准法兰孔,将该半筒体上的定位销装入法兰孔,按圆周12等分先穿上6个螺栓,然后将另外出料端半筒体吊装就位,两半中间段筒体组装时用过冲对准铰制螺栓的螺栓孔,两半筒体组装螺栓紧固时按交叉分步原则打入、紧固精制螺栓,再拧紧所有螺栓,螺栓紧固完后用0.04mm塞尺检查法兰间的接缝,任何位置塞尺插入深度不得超过25mm。将其他筒体对接法兰定位销装入法兰孔,按圆周12等分穿上12个对接法兰螺栓,以深度千分尺或深度游标卡尺测量两筒体法兰对齐情况,并用千斤顶进行调整,然后按圆周等分成12个点用塞尺测量两个法兰之间间隙。调整间隙均匀且法兰对齐后,逐渐拧紧12个螺栓,实现筒体的对接。然后精调两筒体的同心度,法兰同心度要求偏差小于0.25mm,可用小平尺垂直贴靠在高出的法兰上,然后以塞尺检查平尺底面与另一法兰之间的间隙。调整好同心度后,拧紧全部螺栓,扭矩值应达到设备技术文件要求。拧紧螺栓只能使用校准的扭矩扳手,并且应该对称均匀地把紧。预紧力矩的紧固应该分3个步骤来进行:第一步是所有螺栓拧至一半的力矩值,第二步是所有螺栓拧至全部的力矩值,第三步是以整个力矩值来重新检查。

Tighten the bolts can only be used for calibration of torque wrench, and should be symmetrical evenly to tight.Pre-tightening torque fastening should be divided into three steps to: the first step is all bolts twist to half of the torque value, the second step is to all the bolt twist to the torque value, the third step is the torque values to check again.

4)进料端筒体组装Feed end of the cylinder assembly

出料端筒体与中间段筒体组装好后,将筒体下方4个托架中的中间两个托架拆除,并用钢支墩将4个千斤顶替换出来,按4.3.5.3条中的程序和要求安装进料端筒体。

中空轴按照装配标记与端盖进行安装,用扭矩扳手按设备技术文件要求扭矩分别对内外层螺栓按交叉分步原则拧紧。

Operation for switchover ● tail switch operation The tail switch is a button switch with the function of button-pressing for locking and unlocking, which is to realize the operation of internal switches through the metallic button’s delivering the pressing force in the following specific modes: ◆when the switch is off, if the metallic button is pressed hard, after it is released, the switch

will then be kept on, circuit connected with LED on. ◆when the switch is on, if the metallic button is pressed hard, after it is released, the switch will then be unlocked and kept off with LED accordingly off. ◆when the switch is on, if the metallic button is pressed gently, LED will be off immediately, but after the button is released, LED will then be on again, and the switch will then be kept on. This operation is defined as the “gentle pressing” that LED goes through momentary on-and-off as the metallic button is gently pressed and released. ●how to switch over If the torch is turned on for the first time, or turned on again after it is turned off for the first time and remains off or at least 2 seconds, the gear will then be automatically switched to the first gear in either case: “high light”. In the mode that the torch is kept on when LED is on, press the tail switch gently, and the torch will be switched to another gear. The 8 different gears assembled herein will be switched on by turns. Caution: if you have any problem with switchover before initial use, please contact relevant salespeople or the after-sale service department for more information. 3. Load batteries in the right way Unscrew the tail cover, put the batteries into the cabin with the positive electrode toward the torch head, and then screw the cover tight. If batteries are loaded in the wrong way, the torch won’t work due to circuit protection, but it will resume normal work after batteries are unloaded and reloaded in the right way. Caution: batteries with no-load voltage over 2V are not preferred in case the internal circuit suffers from damages. Only batteries with on-load voltage of or under 2V are recommended. Due to excellent discharging performance, NiMH batteries are strongly recommended here. Maintenance Four silicone rings are equipped, two in front of the middle pipe and two at the back, providing excellent water-proof performance. For daily use, the torch will continue normal work even if it is accidentally soaked in the water.

球磨机使用说明书一、机器用途、机构及原理 球磨机被广泛的用于选矿厂、耐火材料厂、水泥厂、玻璃厂等工业部门中供细磨中等硬度物料之用。湿式是将物料渗水进行湿磨,干式则不允许渗水而进行干磨。 机器的结构和工作原理 球磨机主要是由给料部、进料部、筒体部和出料部等工作部分以及轴承部、传动部、减速机、联轴器等传动部件组成的。筒体是用钢板焊成、两端用螺栓分别与进、出料中空轴相连接,并水平的支承在两个主轴承上,在进、出料中空轴颈内部又装有可换的衬套并把它用作进出料的通路,筒体内壁装有高锰钢衬板及白口铁衬板,筒内装有一定数量的研磨介质(球或棒)及待磨物料。当筒体以选得的正确速度绕水平轴旋转时,由于离心力的作用,使混合物的质点在筒体内上升到一定的高度,然后自筒体内壁断离而沿抛物线的轨迹下落,物料的磨细,一方面是由于落到物料上沉重的介

13.0 设备安装、操作、维护说明书 13.1 产品综述 1)产品的性能及用途 本磨机主要用于湿法研磨矿石。 所依据产品的标准 本磨机各项性能指标符合JB/T1406—2002《球磨机和棒磨机》。 2)产品适用的工作条件和工作环境 安装环境: 环境温度:℃ 海拔高度: m 工作制度: 年工作天数:330天/年 日作业班数:3班 日作业时间:全天 13.2 产品主要结构概述 1)结构组成 本机主要由进料部、主轴承、回转部、传动部(大小齿轮装置)、空气离合器、出料部、主电机、慢速传动部、顶起装置、电气控制等部分组成。 2)回转部 回转部是磨机的主要部件,由两端的端盖、中空轴、进料衬套、出料衬套以及筒体组成,筒体内壁及端盖内表面均装有锰钢衬板和端盖衬板,物料在钢球和锰钢衬板之间被破碎和粉磨,在筒体与筒体衬板之间铺设6mm橡胶软垫,此橡胶垫在磨机运转过程中起到保护筒体钢板和降低噪音的作用。 3)主轴承 本磨机选用一对动静压主轴承,该轴承球面瓦衬采用铅基轴承合金,轴承背面腰鼓形成接触调心结构,动作灵活,调心好,可以补偿两端盖及轴承盖及轴承座的制造、安装误差。该轴承座在启动及停车时采用高压润滑,用静压形成油膜,将轴颈顶起,防止滑动面干磨擦,降低启动力矩,正常运行时给入低压油,靠轴颈的回转运动形成动压油膜。轴承衬内设有蛇形冷却水管,在必要时给入冷却水,降低轴瓦温度。冷却水管的材质为紫铜管,具有一定的耐腐蚀性。 轴承的高压油接口Rc1/4,低压油接口RC1,回油口R2。冷却水接口Rc1/2,冷却水压力0.3MPa,每个轴承冷却水流量3m3/h,冷却水温度≤28℃。 轴承的动静结合处采用活塞环式密封,采用2号锂基脂润滑,接口RC3/8,每个轴承两
