第一部分作文占15%（106.5）(30分钟)
第二部分快速阅读占10%（71）(15分钟)
第三部分听力理解占35%（106.5+71+28.4+42.6=248.5）（35分钟）听力(A)：1%（7.1*15=106.5）
听力(B)：1%（7.1*10=71）
听力(C)：0.5%x8+2%x3（3.55*8=28.4）（14.2*3=42.6）听力简而言之就是选择题统统一个1%（7.1），填词0.5%（3.55），句子2%（14.2）第四部分阅读理解占25%（35.5+142=177.5）（25分钟）
仔细阅读(A)：1%x5（7.1*5=35.5）
仔细阅读(B)：2%x10（14.2*10=142）
第五部分综合占10%（3.55*20=71）（15分钟）

二、评分标准
1．本题满分为15分
2．阅卷标准共分五等：2分、5分、8分、11分及14分。各有标准样卷一至二份．
3．阅卷人员根据阅卷标准，对照样卷评分，若认为与某一分数(如8分)相似，即定为该分数(即8分)；若认为稍优或稍劣于该分数则可加一分(即9分)或减一分(即7分)。但不得加或减半分。
4．评分标准
2分一条理不清，思路紊乱，语言支离破碎或大部分句子均有错误，且多数为严重错误
5分一基本切题。表达思想不清楚，连贯性差。有较多的严重语言错误。
8分一基本切题．有些地方表达思想不够清楚，文字勉强连贯：语言错误相当多，其中有一些是严重错误
11分一切题。表达思想清楚，文字连贯，但有少量语言错误。
