高一地理期末段考试成绩分析教学反思高一地理期末段考试成绩分析教学反思海南省文昌中学高中地理符妹随着段考的结束，自己正式步入教师这一职业也有将近3个月了。在这段时间里，在学校领导的关心和支持下，在科组老师帮助下，我收获良多。本学期我从事的初一和高一两个年级的地理教学，所教班级是初一5、6、7班和高一14、15、16班。下面就针对高一的3个班级的成绩，回顾这半个学期以来的教学，总结与反思自己的工作情况。这三个班级都是普通班，但是成绩也太差了，都是倒数，倒数第一、倒数第五、倒数第六，最差的与其他老师所教的成绩最好的普通班有9分之差，自己真是没脸见人！他们都说新老师比较缺乏经验，考试的重难点把握得不是很准，这样子很正常。但不能一味地以此作为挡箭牌，因为“新教师”这个挡箭牌的有效期也就那么一两年，自己要好好反思，早点成长，早点积

累够经验！与初一的教学相比，高一的教学难度要大很多，自然地压力也要大很多。因为初一的内容比较简单，每次备课时，都是先备好初一的课程，再备高一的课程。虽然这学期初一内容和高一内容的关联性很大，先备初一后备高一，有助于把握好高中的度，但还是感觉自己把心思主要偏移于初中压力小的那一侧，有些逃离高中压力大的那一侧。就像学生做题时，老是挑简单的题来做，表面上看他的做题量很大，但实际上他会做的还是那简单的几道题，一遇难题就露馅了！“挑肥拣瘦”的这种心态不好，自己要拾起学生时代的那喜欢攻破难题的劲头，重振“啃硬骨头”的精神。刚开始备课时，不知道怎么备课，因为实习时都是用多媒体上课，没了多媒体有些措手不及。第一周的课就不知道怎么上，很是紧张，所以开学第一天一大早就去听了吴婷婷老师和程范松老师的课，听完课后，心里才有了底。所以，足以见得听课是有多么地重要！你可以借鉴老教师的一些经验和方法，知道这节课的重难点在哪，用什么方式去讲什么知识点学生接受的效果较好，在这节课里哪里讲
