中立位踝关节生物力学有限元仿真

studio 分别建立了不含韧带和含韧带踝关节的三维几何实体模型,

利用有限元方法仿真踝关节处于中立位时的受力分布情况,对比分析了不含韧带和含韧带踝关节的力学特性三仿真结果表明:踝关节处于中立位状态时,最大位移位于距骨前侧,最大应变位于软骨,应力较高部位主要集中在胫骨及腓骨上端二胫骨软骨与距骨软骨接触处二距骨颈二距下关节二距骨后突等部位;含韧带踝关节与不含韧带踝关节相比,踝关节的位移二应变二应力的峰值都有所减小,且从其整体趋势看前者的分布更为均匀三

Abstract :In order to stud y the mechanical characteristics of ankle j oints in neutral p ositions.The three -dimensional g eometric model of ankle j oints is established b y usin g Mimics ,Geoma g ic and studio ,based on the MRI ima g e of neutral ankle j oints.The model is used to simulate the mechanical distribution of the ankle j oint in neutral p osition ,and ex p lore the mechanics of ankle

li g aments.Research shows that the maximum dis p lacement of the ankle j oint in neutral p osition is in the front of the talus ,and the maximum strain is at the p osition of the cartila g e.The hi g h stress p arts mainl y concentrate on the u pp er of tibia and fibula ,tibia cartila g e and talus cartila g e contact p art ,neck of the talus ,subtalar j oint ,p osterior p rocess of talus and external p rocess of talus.B y com p arin g the simulation results of the two sets of ankle j oints ,it is found out that the
