1.冷冻水泵不可在水箱内无水的情况下运转; 2.操作开关请尽量避免连续切换; 3.冻水温度达到设定温度时,压缩机会自动停止运行,此属正常现象; 4.温度开关应避免设定在5℃以下,防止蒸发器结冰;(低温冷冻机除外)5.为确保制冷效果,保持最佳状态,请定期清洗冷凝器、蒸发器及水过滤器。机组安全装置: 1、相位保护器; 2、低水位保护器: 3、水流开关保护; 4、水泵过载保护; 5、压缩机过载保护; 6、高低压开关保护; 附注(一):散热不良及处理方法 当冷凝器散热不良时,压缩机效率低,运转电流提高,当高压压力升至20kg/cm2 ,压缩机受高压开关保护跳脱,压缩机停止运转,散热不良高压过载并显示故障代码或故障指示,此时请检视环境温度是否过高,冷却风扇是否运转,冷凝器是否脏堵,以上正常后再按复位按扭(REST)或关机重启即可正常运转。如经常出现高压过载情况,请尽快安排清洗冷凝器。 附注(二):冷媒不足低压处理方法: 1.当水温在5℃以上时,低压表压力显示低于2k g/cm2时,即表示冷媒不足,先将漏冷媒的地方进行补漏处理再更换干燥过滤器重抽真空,充适当冷媒。 2.当发现漏冷媒部分浸于水中,请立即停止冷水机运行,速将水箱内水排除掉,尽快通知公司派人员处理维修,以免压缩机将水吸入系统中造成更严重损坏。

1、工艺说明 透平压缩机是进行气体压缩的常用设备。它以汽轮机(蒸汽透平)为动力,蒸汽在汽轮机内膨胀做功驱动压缩机主轴,主轴带动叶轮高速旋转。被压缩气体从轴向进入压缩机叶轮在高速转动的叶轮作用下随叶轮高速旋转并沿半径方向甩出叶轮,叶轮在汽轮机的带动下高速旋转把所得到的机械能传递给被压缩气体。因此,气体在叶轮内的流动过程中,一方面受离心力作用增加了气体本身的压力,另一方面得到了委很大的动能。气体离开叶轮进入流通面积逐渐扩大的扩压器,气体流速急剧下降,动能转化为压力能(势能),使气体的压力进一步提高,使气体气体压缩。 本仿真培训系统选用甲烷单级透平压缩的典型流程作为仿真对象。 在生产过程中产生的压力为1.2~1.6kg/cm2(绝),温度为30℃左右的低压甲烷经VD01阀进入甲烷贮罐FA311,罐内压力控制在300mmH2O。甲烷从贮罐FA311出来,进入压缩机GB301,经过压缩机压缩,出口排出压力为4.03kg/cm2(绝),温度为160℃的中压甲烷,然后经过手动控制阀VD06进入燃料系统。 该流程为了防止压缩机发生喘振,设计了由压缩机出口至贮罐FA311的返回管路,即由压缩机出口经过换热器EA305和PV304B阀到贮罐的管线。返回的甲烷经冷却器EA305冷却。另外贮罐FA311有一超压保护控制器PIC303,当FA311中压力超高时,低压甲烷可以经PIC303控制放火炬,使罐中压力降低。压缩机GB301由蒸汽透平GT301同轴驱动,蒸汽透平的供汽为压力15kg/cm2(绝)的来自管网的中压蒸汽,排汽为压力3kg/cm2(绝)的降压蒸汽,进入低压蒸汽管网。 流程中共有两套自动控制系统:PIC303为FA311超压保护控制器,当贮罐FA311中压力过高时,自动打开放火炬阀。PRC304为压力分程控制系统,当此调节器输出在50%~100%范围内时,输出信号送给蒸汽透平GT301的调速系统,即PV304A,用来控制中压蒸汽的进汽量,使压缩机的转速在3350转/分至4704转/分之间变化,此时PV304B阀全关。当此调节器输出在0%到50%范围内时,PV304B阀的开度对应在100%至0%范围内变化。透平在起始升速阶段由手动控制器HC311手动控制升速,当轩速大于3450转/分时可由切换开关切换到PIC304控制。 名词解释: (1)压缩比压缩机各段出口压力和进口压力的比值。正常压缩比越大,代表着本级压缩机的额定功率越大。 (2)喘振当转速一定,压缩机的进料减少到一定的值,造成叶道中气体的速度不均匀和出现倒流,当这种现象扩展到整个叶道,叶道中的气流通不出去,造成压缩机级中压力突然下降,而级后相对较高的压力将气流倒压回级里,级里的压力又恢复正常,叶轮工作也

空压机安全操作手册一、操作说明 1、油面保持在油镜中间红色线范围内,加油太多除浪费润滑油外易使气阀结 碳;加油太少则常因润滑不良,而 使其烧毁或磨损。故油位应随时保持在红色线范围内 2、使用大约500 小时后,换油一次,以免因用油污染造成机器损伤。 3、换油时请将曲轴箱底下泄油栓旋开,以纸板或其他器物将污油导出,待油污倒净后,再将油栓上紧(最好在油栓 牙上涂上万能胶或止泄糊,以防漏油),再打开加油盖重新加入新油到岛镜红色线中间。 4、严禁勿在运转时增加新油 5、严禁使用浓润滑油及其杂油、废油 6、开机准备:首先关闭空压机的进气阀和压风管道的闸阀,然后起动机器;此时应注意听机器运转的声音是否正 常,若发现异常应立即停机检查;若无异常,此时应慢慢打开空压机的进气阀让机器正常工作,此时应1)听机器声音是否正常; 2)机器压力表的上升情况; 3)机油的观察孔是否上油; 4)机器的安全阀和储气罐的安全阀是否正常工作。若上诉四点都无异常方可打开压风管道的闸阀送风

、空压机操作时注意事项 1、输气管应避免急弯,打开送风阀前,必须事先通知工作地点的有关人员 2、空气压缩机出气口处不准有人工作。储气罐放置地点应通风,严禁日光曝晒和高温烘烤 3、压力表、安全阀、调节器等应定期进行校验,保持灵敏有效。 4、检查各部螺丝或螺母,是否有松动现象。 5、皮带松紧是否适当 6、管道是否正常,油位是否合适 7、电线及电器开关是否合乎规定,接线是否正确。 8、各轮脚支点是否已固定平稳 9、小型空气压缩机主要用于充气、喷漆、风动动力及机件吹洗用气。空气压缩机在使用过程中,缸盖温度低于50 C,储气筒温度低于55 C,均为正常。 10、使用前应检查电动机旋转方向是否与机上所标箭头一致。否则,应调换电源的相位,使电动机旋转方向与箭头一致。 11、压力接触器的额定动作压力如果不符合要求,可进行调整。停车时应在压力接触器动作后,再切断电源,这样再启动就容易了。

BITZER半封闭压缩机冷冻油更换操作规范 一、冷冻油更换的条件 1、空调机组长时间工作,压缩机已达到保养时限(机组初次运行2000小时、之后运行累计三年或运行时间超过10000~12000小时); 2、因电机烧毁而更换压缩机;更换压机后连续运行100小时的氟系统; 3、对于现场组装的机组或在接近工况极限下运行的机组,在累计运行100小时后要更换冷冻油; 4、根据氟系统清洁度情况酌情处理。 二、冷冻油的型号 1、半封闭活塞型压缩机BITZER 6F— 允许制冷剂(R12—R22—R502)用BITZER 型冷冻油 允许制冷剂(R134A—R404A—R507A)tc﹤55℃使用BITZER BSE32 tc>55℃使用BITZER BSE55 (tc:冷凝温度) 2、半封闭螺杆型压缩机BITZER CSH7571-90或CSH8571-140 允许制冷剂(R22)使用B320H 允许制冷剂(R134A—R407C—R404A)使用BSE170 三、标准注油量 活塞式注入螺杆式CSH7571-90注入14 dm3 GSH8571-140注入18 dm3 四、冷冻油更换操作规程 1、关闭高压排气及低压吸气截止阀,利用压机上的工艺阀针放掉压机内部的制冷剂,使缩机曲轴箱与大气相通; 2、拧下曲轴箱底壳处的放油塞,将曲轴箱内的冷冻油放净并取下过滤网清洗; 3、可用氮气从低压充气阀针吹入,用手堵住放油口增加机体内的压力,进一步排除机体内的残油,将清洗过后的过滤网吹干放入机体内并拧紧放油塞 4、冷冻油注入: 方案1:拧下压缩机曲轴箱侧面的工艺端口柱塞,以此作为充注口将冷冻油通过合适的工具倒入曲轴箱内;方案2:(针对活塞机)将充氟表低压管接在压机腔体的低压工艺阀针上,利用真空泵将曲轴箱抽为负压,另一根充氟管单独卸下,一端插入盛有冷冻油的容器内,另一端接在油泵低压吸入端的阀针上,利用曲轴箱内的负压将冷冻油吸入曲轴箱内。 5、因原系统中可能存有一定量的残油,换油加油时可少加一些,一般加至视油镜标线下限稍高位置即可; 6、冷冻油充注完成后,拧紧工艺柱塞或卸下充氟管,并接好氟压表对压缩机抽真空; 7、抽真空完毕后打开压缩机高低压截止阀检查是否有制冷剂泄露现象; 8、如果没有漏点等待20分钟后启动机组; 9、开启机组后应马上检查压缩机润滑情况及视油镜油位,如果油位低于正常范围(1/4视镜),必须补充冷冻油。如有必要,可在油泵针阀上接油压表来检查油压,油泵吸入侧压力应与低压吸气压力基本一致,油压差允许值~,螺杆机为压差式回油,无油泵。比泽尔螺杆压缩机合成润滑油王工: 五、注意事项 1、聚酯油BSE170=solest170具有强烈的吸湿性,水分在油中与油产生化学反应,而且不能通过抽真空除掉,工作时要求特别细心,尽量减少空气进入系统及储油容器; 2、对更换压缩机的情况应注意,原制冷系统中已存有一定量的冷冻油,必要时应将系统内的存油吹出,如果有大量的油存于系统中,再开机时有发生液击的危险。 3、更换冷冻油尽量不要在雨天操作。 压缩机为螺杆式压缩机,压缩介质为氨气,为连续重整装置提供冷源。机组主要由氨气压缩机、电动机、润滑油系统、气路系统、控制系统等构成。其中氨气压缩机是螺杆式压缩机,其中氨气压缩机是螺杆式压缩机。由烟台冰轮股份有限公司设计制造,型号为QKA20C,驱动机为南阳防爆集团股份有限公司生产的异步电动

制冷设备环境的确立 由于制冷设备的特殊性,它对环境的要求有它只身的特殊要求: 1.冷冻机要检查机组的水平仪位置是否在中心位置。 2.冷冻机房内要保持良好的通风。 3.冷却塔附近不能有废气废热及粉尘产生,平时如发现此项问题产生要及时制止并 汇报部门领导,以便和其它部门协商消除环境隐患。 4.冷却塔附近不能有树木,平时在检查冷却塔清洁度的时候要特别注意,因为飞溅 的树叶会堵塞冷却塔的滤水翅片和隔网,如果发现这项问题要及时处理并汇报部门领导,以便和其它部门协商消除环境隐患。 5.冷却塔水池中的水质要保持清洁,水不能混着更不能有绿藻产生。

操作前检查 制冷设备开机前检查是关系到制冷设备正常运行的关键一环,所以操作维修人员检查时要特别认真仔细: 1.供电电源是否在AC400V±5%的范围内。 2.供电及控制开关是否在合闸位置。 3.电控柜面板按钮开关与指示灯是否完好和指示正常否。 4.控制器显示是否正常,有无故障显示条码或文字。 5.制冷机组油位是否在,油指示镜1/2 处,油色如何。 6.制冷机组油温是否在正常温度范围内。 7.制冷机组的高低压力是否平衡。 8.制冷机组及系统各处是否有渗漏处。 9.检查制冷机组及制冷系统各处包括冷却水系统上的阀们是否完全打开。 10.供液电磁阀工作是否正常。 11.蒸发器系统盘管是否有异响。 12.蒸发器冷凝水中是否有油花产生。 13.蒸发器风机手动启动是否有异响。 14.蒸发器风机转向是否正常。 15.检查制冷机组控制屏及各传感器等零件是否完好。 16.确认制冷机组控制盘各项设定数据是否正确。 17.查看用户菜单历史故障记录。 18.检查控制盘显示器无故障提示。 19.压缩机电机可以先点动一下看能否启动,并且有无启动电流过大等方面的故障出现。 20.确定制冷压缩机的转向是否正确,压缩机决定不能反转这一点特别重要。

ABC压缩机操作说明书 4 OPERATION操作 4.1安全服役 确保压缩机在本手册中技术指标下安全运转。 清理压缩机周围区域: -尽可能清除水、油泄漏,排除泄漏原因。 -使工具、油桶、碎布等杂物远离压缩机。 确保冷却水已冷却压缩机。避免在无冷却水或冷却不充分的情况下使压缩机工作,否则气缸会发生过热。 决不要切断安全阀和允许压缩机在无保护下运转。 除非压缩机已停止运转,并且气缸已无压力下,才能收紧压力容器和气缸上的螺栓、螺丝和螺帽。 如果电机着火,请不要使用水可用CO2气体扑灭。 压缩机运转过程中一旦出现安全阀跳闸,应立即停止机器,查明原因。 压力调节阀工作时安全阀不会起动,这意味着安全阀跳闸是由于压缩机压力调节阀没有工作。 当压缩机停止时,确保所有排水管已手动排尽,并且排空水冷系统。 当水冷系统使用蒸汽冷却塔时,建议咨询水处埋专家,避免冷却塔手册中所陈列之危险。 润滑油、汽油、溶剂、废物等易燃物不要靠近压缩机放置。 当保护器动作部件开启时,压缩机不能起动。 4.2设备操作 空气从进口过滤器吸入后,在气缸中压缩,同时压力增大,温度升高。 在HA和HP系列中,压缩气体温度采用冷水冷却。首先在气缸,然后在冷却器,都有逆流水从外部管道穿过。 冷却器产生的冷凝水会从冷却器出口瓶罐中分离出来,这一过程称之为分离过程。冷凝水可通过手动或自动排水阀排出。 如果生产线中会产生冷凝水,或用户需要干燥气体时,必须使用干燥机。可选冷却型(露点:1~3℃),或吸附型(露点:0℃以下),多数情况下选用干冷机就足够了。 冷却水可以运转在开放(当地水网)或封闭的循环系统中。在后一种情况下,必须采用冷却水塔或风冷机(激冷系统)方式来冷却水。 为了在最佳条件下给用户生产线提供压缩气体,P&I示意图中不仅陈列了所有的设备,而且涵括了全部的压缩工艺流程和进一步处理系统。同时P&I示意图也列出了诸如压力、温度,……正常运转工作值、安全阀的安全设定值等。 压缩机需要一个储气罐来为自身调节(加载/空载),储存压缩气体。这样当起动设备时能马上满足用户需要。 星型-三角型起动:接触器合上,起动装置得电,“星型”起动持续约12秒,压缩机空转(这样可减少起动电流强度),然后转接“三角型”,机器正常运转。

、安装要求: 冷水机安装前请选择地基平稳,四周空旷,畅通及避免腐蚀、污染、日晒、 雨淋,方便安装维修之场所。冷水机管路配管,请根据机身管路尺寸进行安装,切勿将水管尺寸缩小,这样会影响制冷效果及增加耗电量,冷水机请必须安装在距离墙壁1m 以上空间位置,方便安装维护保养和调试。 注:1、电源负载及接地部分,请依照相关法规施工! 2、新安装的冷冻机冷冻水管必须包保温层! 二、操作方法 首次运转必须先检查下列事项是否正确: 1.电源电压及相数是否符合型号规格,请对照铭牌所示。[注:冷冻机电源是采用三相四线,电压380V/50HZ电源相位线分别为了R、S、T,中性线(零线)N,接地导线为双色线用E表示。] 2.冷冻水循环水喉是否接通管路,并保持阀门打开;(请参考安装示意图) 3.先将冷冻水箱加满水或其它冷冻介质后方可启动水泵;(注:请根据要求来配用冷冻介质) 4.请留意水泵运行方向是否逆转(如水泵是三相,逆转须将电源相位线中任意二相对换,接妥后再把开关合上)。 三、操作顺序 1.首先将电源开启ON 位置; 2. 开启冷冻水泵开关,请注意冻水出入口阀门必须打开,经延时开关延时后 压缩机会自动运行,请查视及调节所需温度。 3.关机时,请依相反的顺序操作关机即可。 四、操作注意事项 1.冷冻水泵不可在水箱内无水的情况下运转;

2.操作开关请尽量避免连续切换;3.冻水温度达到设定温度时,压缩机会自动停止运行,此属 正常现象; 4.温度开关应避免设定在5C以下,防止蒸发器结冰;(低温冷冻机除外) 5.为确保制冷效果,保持最佳状态,请定期清洗冷凝器、蒸发器及水过滤器。机组安全装置: 1、相位保护器; 2、低水位保护器: 3、水流开关保护; 4、水泵过载保护; 5、压缩机过载保护; 6、高低压开关保护; 附注(一):散热不良及处理方法当冷凝器散热不良时,压缩机效率低,运转电流提高,当高压压力升至 20kg/cm2,压缩机受高压开关保护跳脱,压缩机停止运转,散热不良高压过载并显示故障代码或故障指示,此时请检视环境温度是否过高,冷却风扇是否运转,冷凝器是否脏堵,以上正常后再按复位按扭(REST)或关机重启即可正常运转。如经常出现高压过载情况,请尽快安排清洗冷凝器。 附注(二):冷媒不足低压处理方法: 1. 当水温在5C以上时,低压表压力显示低于2k g/cm2时,即表示冷媒不足, 先将漏冷媒的地方进行补漏处理再更换干燥过滤器重抽真空,充适当冷媒。 2. 当发现漏冷媒部分浸于水中,请立即停止冷水机运行,速将水箱内水排除掉,尽快通知公司 派人员处理维修,以免压缩机将水吸入系统中造成更严重损坏。附注(三):高低压是否正常压缩机正常运行时高压压力显示13?17k g/cm2为最佳,但不得高于20k g/cm2,当压力高于20k g/cm2时,高压开关跳脱请依附注(一)处理,低压以3.0? 4.5k g/cm2为最佳,但不得低于2k g/cm2,低于2k g/cm2低压跳脱请依附注(二)处理。 当压缩机运行时高压和低压两者压差极少或相等时,即表示压缩机本身阀片 破损和断裂,请立即停止运转并通知公司派人处理。请注意以上状况是当压缩机运行时,如没有运行高低
