【摘要】为了更深入地探讨校园文化建设，分析了党的建设与校园文化建设的相互关系，探讨了以党建工作促进校园文化建设的路径，包括加强思想建设以把握校园文化的政治方向、加强组织建设以保障校园文化的有效实施、加强作风建设将优良传统和作风渗透到各项工作各项活动之中、重视学生党建工作以丰富校园文化的形式和内涵等。%In order to further explore the construction of campus culture, this paper analyzes the relationship between the party-building work and the construction of campus culture, and probes into the ways for promoting the construction of campus culture with the party-building work, which include strengthening the ideological construction to grasp the political direction of the campus culture, strengthening the organizational construction to ensure the effective implementation of the campus culture, strengthening the work style construction to infiltrate the fine tradition and style into all works and activities, and paying attention to the party-building work among students to enrich the form and connotation of campus culture, etc.
