银行数据中心运维管理信息系统的设计与实现

Abstract

With rapid development of computer technology, it plays an increasingly important role in the banking system. From the early assistive tools, it has gradually evolved into the core of the entire banking system. Efficient application systems, while satisfying the inherent business needs, have also spawned many new businesses. These systems have brought about tremendous changes to the banking industry. The application system and the bank data it handles have also evolved from decentralized management to centralized management throughout the country. The data centers have emerged. The risk is also concentrated in the data center with the concentration of data. In the past, an accident only resulted in a single business branch to stop service. However, if an accident occurs in the data center, all branches of the bank will be affected. Now the operation and maintenance of the data center are given unprecedented attention. Undoubtedly, the best solution is to improve the work efficiency of the operation and maintenance center, reduce the work intensity of the operation and maintenance personnel. In this way we can reduce the accident risk factor, and develop a set of targeted operation and maintenance management information system.

This thesis is based on the current status of operation and maintenance management of Harbin Bank Data Center in terms of production system operation and maintenance, backup for disaster recovery, and test system construction. The thesis introduces in detail the relevant theories and technologies involved in the ITIL operation and maintenance management information system of the bank data

center. It analyzes the feasibility, application scope, and functional requirements of operation and maintenance management information system of the bank’s data center. The information process of multiple operation and maintenance management is studied as well. It includes event management, change management of the production system, inspection of planning operation, user management, etc. The system architecture and logic design of module are given. The specific implementation details of each function module are elaborated. Finally, a bank data center operation and maintenance management information system is designed and implemented for the Harbin Bank Data Center. The system is tested and analyzed. The significance of this thesis is to integrate multiple sets of monitoring data provided by different manufacturers. The paperless office work is realized in general enterprise information control center of the data center. The workload of first-line operation and maintenance personnel is reduced. The information collection on operations and maintenance is simplified. At the same time a unified database is built, which provides a data platform for background technical analysis. The work of the various departments of the center is linked up efficiently through the system. The system reduces the communication costs between departments, improves the overall work efficiency of the center, and reduces the risk of accidents.
