我的英语教学故事
从事英语教学工作已有五多年了，作为一名平凡的教师，在平凡的教学生涯中，有很多的感悟。
首先，要用微笑面对学生，上课时我总是把微笑挂在脸上，尊重学生的个性及差异，以此消除学生的紧张心理，肯定他们的进步，营造宽松和谐的学习氛围。其次，课堂尽量多说英语，用英语组织教学，培养他们的语感。在教学中我采用多样化教学，就是把小故事，歌曲，笑话，比赛等融入到课堂中，激发学生的求知欲，活跃课堂气氛，使每节英语课真正地活起来。
增加课堂的趣味性，这一点在英语教学中尤为重要。例如，Mrs这个单词，在讲授时，我把Mr和Miss写在黑板上，并对学生讲先生把小姐娶回家，就变成了夫人，接着写出Mrs这个单词。于是学生们忍俊不禁，也很容易记住这个单词。对于学生来说，他们爱表演，所以我在上课时总是给他们表演的机会。如在讲祈使句时，我把学生喊到前面来，按照我所说的来做，如Open the door, please. Close the window, please.谁做对了，学生们给予热烈的掌声，做错了也不批评他，让学生们给他指正。学生都很乐于参与。这样既增强他们的自信心，又激发了他们的求知欲。让学生学以致用，在用中学，在学中用。对于游戏，学生们更是乐此不疲的。我在平常的英语教学中，常做接字母、拼单词等游戏。我在设计游戏时要考虑到游戏的难度及适用度，尤其是一些竞赛性的游戏。利用游戏教学，能够真正地实现“在玩中学，在学中玩”。
在教学过程中，为了激发学生的学习兴趣，我还对教材进行适当地删除添补，把一些内容提前或者推后。在英语课上，我们不要急着要学生记单词、学句子，可以把一些有趣的活动提前。如把“Stand up，sit down．”这一环节提前，激发学生学英语的兴趣。在讲When is your birthday?这一话题时，我先用录音播放英文歌曲“Happy birthday to you!”，激发学生学习的兴趣，再让他们学习有关日期的表达法，以及如何问亲朋好友的生日等句型，教会他们学会关心他人。再比如说添补，我在教学生学习动物词时，添加了一些书本上没有的但是学生较感兴趣的动物单词。如“elephant, snake, wolf”等等。还可以要求学生根据学过的单词，自己编对话、故事，激发学生的创新意识。英语教学就是寓教于乐于课堂教学中
的。
学生的英语发音常受汉语语音的影响，同时又受地方方言的干扰，很难把部分音标读准确。我从一开始就注意把住语音关，用汉语拼音加以对比，让学生反复朗读，以达到正音的目的。这样听说读写的能力也会有所提高。
学高为师，身正为范，作为一名英语老师，我相信只有完全了解学生，在教学中努力为学生提供展示自我的平台，才能进一步激起他们学习英语的信心和热情！今后我将不断努力，进一步提高自己的教学水平。我相信，在今后的教学生涯中，会做得更好！
