“如何提升教师专业素养”研讨交流会发言稿 奋斗小学王美珍 尊敬的各位领导、各位老师： 大家好！我今天发言的题目是“为精彩的人生加油”。 特级教师于漪有一句名言：要把学生培育成人，就要点燃学生心灵的火花，要点燃学生心灵的火花，教师心中就要充满炽热的阳光。我认为这个阳光就是指教师新颖的教学观念和渊博的知识，娴熟的教学技能，灵活的教学机智，热情洋溢的精神风貌，严谨求实的教学风格，简练幽默的教学语言，抑扬顿挫的教学节奏，整齐漂亮的板书设计，亲切自然的教态等教学功底。也就是教师的专业素养。所以如果想在工作中取得满足感，在职业人生的路上有所收获，让工作不再充满懈怠与困惑，那么提升教师专业素养就是一个很好的途径。下面我具体谈一下奋斗小学在如何提升教师专业素养方面的一些做法： 一、工作思路： 1.进一步健全教师专业发展培训制度。加强培训的针对性、有效性，围绕专业精神、专业知识与技能、教育教学能力、科学文化素养等方面开展教师培训，促进教师学科素养提升。 2.继续坚持校本研修的活动制度。制定教师自我修炼项目，以研促学、以测代培、培研结合、强调实践。 3.坚持开展以教师学科素养为主题的系列活动。通过学科素养比赛，以赛带训，以赛促学，为教师搭建一个专业成长、展示自我、相互交流的平台，总结推广成功的教育教学经验。 4.为教师的专业成长提供保障机制，积极探索教师学科素养提升的有效途径。 二、主要措施： 基于这样的思路，2011年，学校紧紧围绕“教师学科素养”这一主题，分步优化，分层发展，整体推进，计划启动“学科素养提升”六大工程。 （一）夯基工程
