1.准时给供应商下订单;校验MRP数据;跟踪原材料的交货状况 (交期、数量和质量)。必要时根据仓库原材料库存和生产进程,来调整采购需求计划
Issue the PO to supplier on time, verifying the MRP data from K3; Tracking material delivery status (delivery time, quantity and quality). Adjusting purchasing schedule according to warehouse stocking levels and production schedule.
2.为相关的部门准时提供所需样品;支持采购部的其它相关工作
Work with related department for sampling from supplier. Supporting sourcing department for any actives
3.维护供应商关系;支持计划和部门经理顺利完成工作
Maintain the supplier relationship, support planner and manager to achieve the overall goals.
4.其他由主管分配的职责和任务。
Other responsibilities and tasks assigned by supervisor.

岗位要求:
1.机械,电子,塑胶类相关专业大专以上学历
2.两至三年的工作经验,至少两年的相关工作经验
3.英语四级以及能简单读写
4.熟练使用Office办公软件
Job Responsibility
Independently manage sourcing projects and shop-around exercise
Asist US corporate or global subs to establish new suppliers in the system
Organize&participate in the selection and management of suppliers
Build relationship with the key suppliers.Bridge the communication between the suppliers and the US corporate/global subs
Provide documentation supports to the team,such as project updates summary,weekly conference call agenda,monthly shipment report,ect
Approve samples/production in urgent cases
Mangement logistics of samples for the team
Job Requirement:
University Graduate in Businees Admin/Purchasing/Marketing/Engineering/Material Science
At leaset 5 yeas'experience in sourcing and procurement function.Experience in international buying office or import&export company preferred but not essential
Good command in writing and speaking English
Can work independently and also a good team player
Pro-active and willing to communicate with different types of people
Have a sence of urgency in communication&manage multi-tasks by priority
Willing to travel at least 30% of time in visiting new or existing suppliers
