我国改革开放以来,随着经济的迅猛发展,房地产市场得以全面启动,使得土地使用制度和住房分配制度下的另一产物——物业管理应运而生。中国的物业管理始于八十年代初的经济特区深圳,伴随我国城市化进程加剧,住房制度的改革和房管制度的革新,以及中国房地产业的迅猛发展,新建商品房住宅的数量日益增多,而且越来越呈现出住宅小区规模大型化、功能综合化的特点。传统的房屋管理方式已经不能适应住宅产业迅速发展的需要。大量住宅小区投入使用,带来了管理工作的变化,除了对房屋进行维修外,还必须对附属物、设备、场地、环卫、绿化、道路、治安进行专业化管理,以保持住宅小区的完好,发挥其整体功能和综合效益。物业管理作为一种新型的管理方式越来越受到开发商的重视和业主的欢迎,它对促进房地产业的良性运转,推动我国经济发展,改善人民生活条件以及提高城市现代文明都起了重要的作用。在今后相当长一段时期内,随着住宅建设的持续快速发展以及旧住宅区物业管理覆盖面的不断扩大,将保持快速发展。在《国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年规划》中提出“在全面发展城市社区建设,把社区建设成为管理有序、服务完善、文明祥和的社会生活共同体中需要充分发挥物业管理机构的积极作用”。
Combing the stakeholder theory system, this paper explain the evolution process of stakeholder theory and the important factors, such as literature analysis, case analysis research method, on the basis of combining the theory of strategic management as well as in the actual matrix model of stakeholder analysis, focusreflects the property company, government, owner and the benefit analysis and behavioral effects between real estate developers.Finally, combining with the actual situation of zhuji city, zhuji city, put forward in accordance with property overall strategy implementation suggestion for the development of the company.Zhuji city, at the same time, the government to help property management at the same time, also puts forward the relevant policy recommendations, zhuji city, expect this research can advance the progress on the property management company governance.

研究表明,GIST具有恶性潜能,但其临床表现无特异性,且病变多位于黏膜下,诊断相对困难。

因此,GIST的早期识别及诊断显得尤其重要。

近年来学者们研究了多种关于GIST的诊断策略,本文就目前GIST的诊断策略及其临床价值做一综述。

1983年Mazur和Clark首先命名了GIST,并给予了具体的概念描述[2],直到1998年,人们才发现GIST向Cajal间质细胞(interstitialcellsofCajal,ICC)分化,在免疫表型上与ICC有极大的相似[3]。

既往由于医学技术的限制,GIST与胃肠道平滑肌瘤、平滑肌肉瘤及神经鞘瘤常被混淆。

现在公认的定义为:GIST是胃肠道最常见的间叶源性肿瘤,生物学上从良性至恶性不等,免疫组化检测通常表达CD117和DOG1阳性,显示ICC细胞分化,大多数GIST基因突变类型为c kit或血小板源性生长因子受体α多肽(plateletderivedgrowthfactorreceptoralpha,PDGFRA)突变[4],少数病例存在其他突变类型,如SDHX、BRAF、NF1、K/N RAS及PIK3CA等基因突变[5]。

Abstract
Based on the linear response theory in the random-phase approximation and the free-electron gas model, we study the plasmon excitations in square cylinder. Results show: when the length of square cylinder is increased, the frequency of longitudinal plasmon displays redshift, but the frequency of transverse plasmon shows blue shift.

为了获得反映岩土应变硬化能力的参数,从而有助于了解岩土的塑性性能和指导土体的合理承载,根据Hollomon 提出的描绘金属塑性拉伸变形的指数方程(经验公式),提出了岩土应变硬化指数理论。

通过许多三轴试验,发现岩土应变硬化指数理论提出的岩土应力应变关系符合乘幂函数关系的假设能够被验证,岩土的应变硬化指数能够反映岩土的硬化能力。

岩土的力学性质介于理想固体和理想流体之间,其应力应变关系既不遵守胡克定律,也不遵守牛顿黏性定律,而是遵守介于它们之间的某种关系。

利用分数阶微积分理论给出了恒应变率加载情况下的土应力应变关系。

关系式显示应力应变之间也呈乘幂函数关系,说明岩土分数阶应力应变关系能够为岩土应变硬化指数理论提供理论基础。

Theory of geotechnical strain hardening index and its rationale fromfractional order calculusYIN De-shun, HE Cheng-liang, CHEN Wen(Department of Engineering Mechanics, Hohai University, Nanjing 210098, China)Abstract : The curvature of stress-strain curves from triaxial tests on harden soil is a reflection of hardening ability, but there isn’t a parameter of hardening ability in geotechnical mechanics. In order to gain such a parameter that can help us to know plasticity and proper bearing capacity of soil, a theory of geotechnical strain hardening index (TAGSHI) in response to exponential equation (an empirical equation) which Hollomon established from experience in metal tensile deformation is developed. Based on a lot of triaxial tests, it is shown that the assumption in TAGSHI is right, which thinks that stress-strain relationship of soil is the power function in triaxial tests, and the strain hardening index may reflect geotechnical hardening ability. As we all know that geotechnical mechanical property should be intermediate between that of an ideal solid and an ideal fluid, so its stress-strain relation should neither follow the Hook’s law nor obey the Newton's law of viscosity, and it should be consistent with the fractional expression ()d ()d t t t ββσε=, (01β<<). The geotechnical stress-strain relation is derived byapplying the theory of fractional order calculus operator under the condition of loading with constant strain rate. The analytic results show that the geotechnical stress-strain curves exhibit power relation, and it is consistent with the assumption in TAGSHI. 肾脏肿瘤的超声造影研究杨斌傅宁华沈得娟孟庆欣段晓艳刘萍[摘要] 目的探讨各种不同肾脏肿瘤的超声造影表现。

方法 124例肾脏肿瘤(平均直径3.4cm),应用超声造影剂(SonoVue), 观察肿块增强的时间和造影剂消退的时间(皮质相与延迟相), 观察肿块的假包膜(与二维声像图对比),124例肾脏肿瘤均行手术和病理证实。

结果透明细胞癌98例、移行细胞癌5例、肾盂鳞癌6例、血管平滑肌脂肪瘤7例、肾盂上皮细胞癌1例、肾母细胞瘤5例、嗜酸细胞瘤2例(潜在恶性)。

透明细胞癌98中,超声造影有58例出现假包膜(58/98,73.3%),而二维声像图显示假包膜31例(31/98, 17%),快进快退76例,快进慢退11例,慢进慢退7例,肿块局部增强4例。

而血管平滑肌脂肪瘤增强显示明显低于肾细胞癌。

结论超声造影有助于鉴别肾脏肿瘤。

超声造影有助于显示出肾细胞癌的假包膜。

Methods 124 patients with renal tumors were prospectively studied with contrast-enhanced ultrsound . When using SonoVue to examine the renal tumors, we usually observe the time of tumors enhancement and wash-out of the contrast (arterial phase or cortex phase and delayed phase) and detect pseudocapsule in renal cell carcinomas (compared to baseline sonograpgy). 124 patients with renal tumors have proven by operation and histological findings. Results ninty-eight solid rena cell carcinomas (RCCs), five transitional cell carcinomas of renal plvis, six squamous cell carcinomas ,seven angiomyolipomas(AMLs), one epidermoid carcinoma, five Whilms tumors and leukocyte cell tumors were analyzed. Fifty-eight RCCs in ninty-eight RCCs showed pseudocapsule with contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) compared to thirty-one at baseline sonography.Seventy-six RCCs revealed a high wash-in and wash-out with CEUS. Eleven RCCs showed a high wash-in and the delayed wash-out with CEUS. The delayed wash-in and wash-out were observed in seven RCCs. Four RCCs showed focal enhancement with CEUS. RCCs revealeda higher contrast enhancement than angiomyolipomas with CEUS. 习者进一步明确语言学习的最终目的是完成生活中的各种任务,解决生活中的各种问题。 任务教学设计一般须包含三个任务阶段及五个基本组成部分。任务的三个阶段分别
是:前期任务、核心任务、后期任务。前期阶段是任务准备阶段,多在课下完成。前期任务的 目的是激活学习者已有知识,为新的语言学习奠定基础。从语言输入、信息来源、交际背景 等方面为学生提供语言及交际框架( scaffolding) ,帮助学生顺利进入核心任务阶段。因此, 这一阶段的教学主要以激活已有知识、处理语言输入为主,活动多以理解诠释性阅读、听力 为主。核心任务阶段包含两个方面的教学,一是以语言形式为中心的教学,目的是给学习者 建立完成核心任务的交际框架,帮助学习者整合信息;二是以语言使用为中心的任务模拟、 教学实施,多以口语输出、人际交流的方式在课上完成。核心任务的目的是提供具有一定认 知及语言复杂度的模拟任务,让学习者有目的地使用目标语言,完成任务,取得预期结果。 主要形式为,首先采用合班学习语言形式,然后分组互动,完成信息交换、信息组合、意见交 换等任务。后期阶段是任务总结、反思、实际生活应用阶段,多以实地操作、书面输出或口头 演说的方式在课上或课下完成,主要采用书面总结、实地调查、口头报告等形式。
一 引言 现代语言教育在近二十年来受到了三大领域科学研究成果的极大影响。这三大领域分 别是:语言习得研究、认知心理学以及教育学。就第二语言习得领域而言,在过去的五十年 中,研究者通过各种实验研究,如语言对比、错误分析、语言普遍原则、认知心理学、语言获 得过程等方面的实验,对不同语言的习得顺序、习得速度、语言输入及输出的作用、课堂过 程、学习策略等方面进行了系统研究,得出了不少定论。这些研究成果形成了第二语言教学 领域的部分教学原则。就认知心理学来看,研究者从普遍学习理论,人类认知过程,大脑记 忆、储存、加工等语言的处理过程,记忆储存方式,输入频率,视觉、听觉凸显性,反例对比等 方面,提出具体的语言学习理论及第二语言教学策略,极大地影响了第二语言课堂过程及学 习过程的教学原则。就教育学来看,研究者强调教学要以学习者为中心,要让学习者参与学 习过程,进行各种合作及个人化的教学,强调与实际经验结合起来。从这一理论出发形成了 多种第二语言教学方法,它们强调以学生为中心,以沟通为目的,通过任务教学的方式达到 第二语言教学的目的。 这些领域的科学研究及学科发展成果引入第二语言教学领域后,语言教学领域发生了 巨大变革和根本性转变。这一根本性转变表现在语言教学的六个方面:第一,就语言教学原 则( methodological principles) 而言,现代语言教学在教学经验的基础上,更重视借鉴科学的 实证研究来指导教学( empirically motivated methodological principles) ;第二,就教学内容( instructional content) 而言,现代语言教学不再是单一的语言知识的学习,而是跨越三种交际模

Theory of enhanced second-harmonic generationby the quadrupole-dipole hybrid exciton2 1. Introduction Considerable attention has been paid to the relatively strong optical second-harmonic generation (SHG) in thin films (D4h symmetry) and bulk (Oh symmetry) of cuprous oxide crystals. Which was first addressed in the pioneering work of Shen [Shen et al. (1996)]. This effect is attributed to the electric-quadrupole h ¯ ω1S = 2.05 eV exciton effect. The quadrupole exciton has very small oscillator strength but it possess rather narrow line-width h ¯ γ1S . So the effect is well pronounced when the exciting laser energy is close to one h ¯ ω1S − h ¯ω ≪ h ¯ γ1S or two photon resonance h ¯ ω1S − 2¯ hω ≪ h ¯ γ1S . In the dipole approximation this effect disappears [Atanasov et al. (1994)]. We propose to amplify the SHG characteristic of the 1S quadrupole Wannier exciton (WE) in cuprous oxide by making a hybrid with an organic Frenkel exciton (FE) (See next section for more details). The idea of resonant enhancement of some nonlinear properties generic to semiconductor dipole-allowed Wannier-Mott (WE) excitons was presented in pioneering work of [Agranovich et al. (1998)] for the layered organicinorganic heterostructures. It was also developed for quantum wires and dots embedded into organic shell [Engelmann et al. (1998)],[Gao et al. (2004)] or attached to dendrimer structure [Huong and Birman (2000)],[Huong and Birman (2003)]. In our previous work [Roslyak and Birman (2007a)] we demonstrated considerable enhancement of another non-linear effect in cuprous oxide, photo-thermal bi-stability [Dasbach (2004)]. We demonstrated a considerable enhancement in the hysteresis-like region size (from µeV for bulk cuprous oxide to meV for the hybrid). The enhancement was attributed to the large oscillator strength of the hybrid exciton inherited from the organic part and still rather narrow line-width of the same order as the coupling. Analogous enhancement can be expected for the SHG, which is the subject of this paper. In Section 2 we propose a pump-prob experiment to reveal the SHG enhancement due to the resonant dynamical hybridization and briefly discuss relevant quadrupole hybrid exciton properties. In the next Section 3 we address the question how this resonant‡ enhancement depends on such parameters of the system as oscillator strengths and damping of the FE and WE constituting the hybrid. Using a classical model of nonlinear coupled oscillators, we demonstrate that while the big ratio of the hybrid oscillator strength suggests many orders of the enhancement magnitude it is actually somehow reduced by the rather small coupling parameter and density of the FE. Because the FE is dynamically brought into resonance with the WE there is an important hybridization time τh parameter. Hence, in the Section 4, we develop more sophisticated quantum mechanical model to address the dynamics of the hybrid SHG. Namely we show that the signal enhancement drastically depends on the either the one probes the system before or after the hybridization occurred.

We report calculated substantial enhancement of the second harmonic generation (SHG) in cuprous oxide crystals resonantly hybridized with an appropriate organic material (DCM2:CA:PS ’solid-state solvent’). The quadrupole origin of the inorganic part of the quadrupole-dipole hybrid provides inversion symmetry breaking and the organic part contributes to the oscillator strength of the hybrid. We show that the enhancement of the SHG, compared to bulk cuprous oxide crystal, is proportional to the ratio of the DCM2 dipole moment and the effective dipole moment of the quadrupole transitions in the cuprous oxide. It is also inversely proportional to the line-width of the hybrid and bulk excitons. The enhancement may be regulated by adjusting the organic blend (mutual concentration of the DCM2 and CA part of the solvent) and pumping conditions(varying the angle of incidence in case of optical pumping or populating the minimum of the lower branch of the hybrid in case of electrical pumping).
