Due to the development of living standards,the prolong of life-time is unavoidable.So the problem we should face is how to improve the social security system.The second one is unbalanced birth.To solve this problem,Intergenerational equilibrium policy is the most feasible and most fairest choice.The main characteristics of China's aging population are as follows:Firstly, the aging population reached a peak in advance.Second, we step into the aging population when the social economy is not very prosperous.Third, we are under the multiple pressures through the stage of the aging population.In a way,the aged need a colorful spiritual life and a substantial material life.At same time,The medical expenses burden increase rapidly with the increase of aging population.The development of the social welfare can not meet the need of aging population.In recent years, the concept of healthy aging is increasingly attracting the attention of international society.Now it’s time for our government to take some efforts to improve the present situation.At first,speed up the construction of community elderly service.Then perfect the old social security system.In addition,expand old-age work socialization service team.The most significant one is to develop economy and enhance the economic strength.Aging problemNowadays, with the development of society and industry,people's life is getting better.However,in this condition,the society has appeared some problems,such as aging problem. A survey recently s hows that aging of population is serious.And it is a problem which is no time to delay.As far as I am concerned,there are two direct causes for it.The first one is that governments are doi ng a family planning in order to controlling population, the high speed medical treatment develop ment is the another reason.And here is one of the harm of aging problem.With aging problem appeared,the population of old man is increased,but the population of young man is decreased.As a result,labor force of society is reduced.However,labor force is important to economy development,so aging problem holds up th e development of economy.Along with the rapid development of society,a new problem has arisen:the aging process has beco me a sercious problem.China is one with a large population.According to 2005 census,we can see t hat with 144 million elderly over 60 years old, about 11 percent of the total population. Therefore, China will soon become an aging society because of declining birth and mortality rates. China has to shoulder the heavy burden.As the old people of quantity gradually increasing,the characteristics of the Chinese population ha s become very obvious.Firstly,the speed of aging in China is fast.As the same time,the trend of aging is obvious.Secondly, With the development of economy ,the absolute number of aging people i ncreased rapidly.Thirdly,the appearance of the aging people is prior to the level of economic devel opment.The last characteristic is that the development of the cities and towns is complicated and t he development of regions is unbalanced.Various factors lead to the aging of the Chinese population.The first factor is that the development of economy improve people's living standards and medical conditions.Meanwhile,the income and maintenance of the aging is gradually raising, people are living longer and longer. Furthermore,our government often take effective measures to protect old people of benefits,the rights and interests of the aging system is constantly improving.The aging problem of the Chinese population has a negative effect on the China’s economic sustainable development.First of all,the mainly effect is that it increase burdens of the society, institutions and enterprises for pension, and it also add burdens of young people.Besides,it makes productivity to decline.Because the memory and power of the old people gradually becom e failure.What’s worse,the aging of population in China resulted from the successful implementation of family pl anning has not been synchronized with national economic progress.Taking into account the serious problem of aging, we can take effective measures to deal with it.F or example,we should better solve the problems of economic maintenance to the aging and meet th e lowest living demands of the aging people.In addition,effective measures should be adopted to p rovide spiritual nourishment to the aging and meet the demand of higher level of the aging people.
