In an increasingly interconnected world, the debate over whether individuals should prioritize their own interests or the interests of society as a whole has sparked fervent discourse. While some argue that self-interest is the driving force behind progress and innovation, others contend that societal well-being should take precedence over individual desires. In this essay, I will delve into this complex issue and present a comprehensive analysis of the arguments for both perspectives.Those who advocate for prioritizing self-interest often cite the theory of rational choice. They argue that individuals are naturally motivated to make decisions that maximize their own benefits. This pursuit of self-interest, they contend, leads to increased productivity, creativity, and ultimately, economic growth. Moreover, they maintainthat individuals are best equipped to make decisions that align with their own needs and desires.On the other hand, proponents of societal well-being argue that excessive individualism can lead to a breakdownin social cohesion and a deterioration of the common good. They emphasize the importance of empathy, cooperation, anda sense of shared purpose in fostering a harmonious andjust society. They contend that when individuals prioritize their own interests at the expense of the collective, itcan lead to social inequality, environmental degradation, and other negative consequences.To strike a balance between these competing perspectives, it is crucial to recognize that self-interest and societal well-being are not mutually exclusive concepts. It is possible for individuals to pursue their own goals while also contributing to the greater good. For example, individuals may choose to start a business that not only generates profits but also creates jobs and supports the local economy. Similarly, individuals may volunteer their time and resources to help those in need, thereby bothfulfilling their own altruistic impulses and benefiting society as a whole.In conclusion, the question of whether individuals should prioritize their own interests or the interests of society is a complex one that cannot be answered with a simple dichotomy. Both perspectives have valid arguments, and it is essential to find a balance between the two. By encouraging individuals to pursue their own goals whilealso promoting a sense of social responsibility, we can create a society that is both prosperous and equitable.

考官赶忙说:no,no.....

In my opinion, being bilingual is definitely advantageous in today's globalized world. Firstly, being able to speak two languages allows for better communication and understanding with people from different cultural backgrounds. For example, when I traveled to China, I was able to communicate with the locals in Mandarin, which made my experience much more enjoyable and meaningful. I was able to understand their customs and traditions, and even make new friends along the way.Secondly, being bilingual opens up more opportunities in terms of education and career. Many companies and organizations value employees who can speak multiple languages, as it allows them to connect with a wider range of customers and clients. For instance, my friend who is fluent in both English and Spanish was able to secure a job as a translator for a multinational company, which not onlypays well but also allows her to travel and work in different countries.Furthermore, being bilingual can also enhance cognitive abilities. Studies have shown that bilingual individuals have better problem-solving skills and are more adaptable to new situations. This is because they are constantly switching between two languages, which requires them to think quickly and make decisions on the spot. For instance, my cousin who is fluent in both Japanese and English is able to effortlessly switch between the two languages, and she is known for her quick thinking and ability to come up with creative solutions.

In my opinion, having a choice is an essential aspect of human nature. It allows us to exercise our free will and make decisions that align with our personal preferences and values. Having the freedom to choose empowers us and gives us a sense of control over our lives.Firstly, having a choice allows us to pursue our passions and interests. For example, I have always been passionate about art and creativity. If I did not have the choice to study art in school, I would have felt restricted and unfulfilled. By having the option to choose, I was able to pursue my passion and eventually build a successful career in the art industry.Furthermore, having a choice enables us to make decisions that are in line with our personal values and beliefs. For instance, I am a vegetarian because I believein the ethical treatment of animals. If I did not have the choice to adopt a vegetarian lifestyle, I would have felt conflicted and compromised my values. Having the freedom to choose allows me to live in alignment with my beliefs and principles.Moreover, having a choice promotes personal growth and development. When we are faced with different options, we are forced to evaluate and analyze the pros and cons ofeach choice. This process of decision-making helps us to develop critical thinking skills and become more self-aware. For example, when I was deciding which university to attend, I had to consider factors such as the curriculum, campus culture, and location. This decision-making process allowed me to reflect on my goals and aspirations, ultimately leading me to choose a university that was the best fit for me.

Education is increasingly important for a nation. Some people think the government should decide what students study in university. Othersthink students should study what they prefer. Discuss b oth views andgive your own opinion.The importance of college education has been widely recognized throughout the world. However,it raises concerns about who should be responsible for what the students learn in the universities.Some argue that the government should have the power to stipulate the curriculum, while othersthink it is the students who should have the final say in the subjects they want to learn. From myperspective, university students should have the right to decide on what to learn.The argument that the government should take a dominant role in choosing suitable subjects forthe students is not groundless. The first reason is that the government can make better choices forthe students. It is because the specialists and teachers are much more experienced in selectingsubjects than a freshman who hardly know anything about the content of a subject. Therefore,those specialists can provide professional suggestions to the government in laying out subjects fitfor the students. Another reason is that young students are more or less lacking a sense ofdiscipline. In such cases if they were given a complete freedom in choosing what to learn, it maylead to an irresponsible situation. For example, they may prefer an easier subject to a moredifficult one.However, such an argument may underestimate the students’capabilities. In fact, the studentsshould have the final decision in the curriculum. One reason is that college students, the majorityof whom are over 18, do have a basic level of judgment to what they need to learn in the universities. Thus they should have the right to decide what is suitable for them and be responsiblefor their own choices. Another reason is that the development of individual interests and skills canbe greatly enhanced if the students are allowed to make their own decisions. It is impossible forthe government to take care of the different characteristics of the students and make personalizedplans for each of them. Only the students themselves could decide on what to learn in accordancewith their own interests and skills.To conclude, I personally think that students should have the right to figure out the subjects theywant to study in universities. In addition, the government can make some effort to help them makeright choices by offering the content of every subject.Rating: 7.5Reason: Only a few small errors. I understood everything you wrote and it was almost likereading the paper of someone who speaks English fluently. You did not repeat yourself at all so Ido not feel like I need to show you how to say things in a different way. You did not have anymistakes with tenses or with the word, “the” which seems to be a large problem among English learners. I think you are ready to take the test!。

~~~所以大家都是学生有时候会更容易发现问题。
VIP 我觉得适合只需要指点
比较有领悟能力的人,这样很适合
建议如下:
1.基础优秀者:上应试班就可以了,准备1--2个月没问题。
2.基础一般:最好有较充足的时间3-4个月,最好先请家教辅导,这样价格能负担得起而且一对一比较好沟通而且提高比较快。
如果有钱建议 VIP ,如果有充足时间建议长期班,当然这期间也最好有家教一对一来指导一下。
如果
感觉方法不好,上一个应试班,这样实力和技巧兼顾才能考出高分!。
In many countries elderly people are increasing fast. Is it a positive or negative development?
A hunting number of countries have stepped into the era of aging society which seems to put enormously grave burdens on the whole nation. As for me, this status quo should be treated in a more integrated way.
There are definitely numerous benefits associated with the expanding proportion of elderly individuals. In the first place, the health care industry may turn out to be the direct beneficiary of aging individuals for they are capable of rendering more relevant and nutritious products to them and heap profits. Furthermore, the retirement period enables the aging folks to continuously make greater contributions to the society. Taking some elderly ones in Japan for example, they take advantage of their retirement to impart their expertise to the inexperienced job-hunters and raise money for the needy with their expertise and social relations.It is undeniable that a certain proportion of the public benefit from their work.
The potential threats, of courses, should also be taken into consideration too. Intially, as folks get older, they become more vulnerable to illness and more dependable on the government. To better satisfy the aging population’s demands, the governments have to pour a sizable chunk of dollars into their medical care, which is undoubtedly triggering an amazing amount of financial pressure on the local authority. Erecting more nursing homes and setting up more fitness centers, for instance,could prove to be a huge expenditure for the administration. Besides, the offspring’ growing mental stresses may be partly attributed to the aging parents who suffer from the declining physical strength accompanied by sickness. It is notable that the young are eager to devote more time to attending to then but, unfortunately, the reality is the fiercely competitive work frequently suffocate them, and seldom do they grab time to take care of their parents who need sufficient and immediate care.
In conclusion, it is not necessary for the government to be excessively worried about the possibly hazardous effects. The charities, in fact, could be a good helper to raise funds and finance the aging groups and release the government’ and the young’s strains .Howe ver, the psychological soundness is urgently appealed to be jointly guaranteed.。
