英特尔电话面试经验分享这次英特尔邮件过来需要给我做1个小时的电话面试, 我准备了4天了,还是力不从心,首先他们要求的东西, 我都懂一点,但是说实话,没有一项技能我在学校里面用过,也就是说, PERL, VERILOG, C/C++ SYSTEM VERILOG,这些东西都是我毕业后自己在家里学习的。
这个就有困难了, 我自己学习是懂了点, 但是毕竟没有实战经验, 而且像INTEL这样的大公司,要给我一个小时的面试, 我想我基本是答不好什么的。
我心里最想的是做, 数字电子设计工程师, 这个职位是芯片验证工程师,虽然我也喜欢这个方向,但不是我的强项。
我根本没有时间去一个一个学到精通。
好在职位是入门级的,可能招的是学徒类型,但是,我还是很慌……压力好大……SYSTEMS VERILOG,我还没有怎么看, C/C++我已经5年没怎么用过了, VERILOG 我肯能还能答上来点, PERL, 我自己才看了2个月,我的天啊……外加上一个小时的英文电话面试, 就算知道答案也要表达清楚……我是打算被鄙视了, 当做面试经验, 真没有想到在美国找个工作会如此之难……难道, 我自己想要看半年的书才能基本成为入门级的学徒……学校里面学的东西,现在看来,在工业界还是有很多不实用的……哎……13条面试经验1、从踏进办公楼大门的那一刻起就要告别学生气的松垮和随意，暗示自己正以一个白领的身份出现在这里。
在电梯、走廊、等候厅等各处都必须表现出职业人的仪表、风度和气质，与人交谈的一言一行都要有礼有节，这有利于尽快树立自信，进入面试状态。
2、在去往考官办公室的途中，自然的步态和心态有助于消除紧张。
如有陪同的公司员工，不妨和他寒暄几句，问一下考官的尊姓大名，见面时的称呼问题自然解决了。
3、到达考官处后，考官很有可能仍在填写前一名应聘者的评估表，这很正常。
只要按照他的要求等候片刻就好。
4、和考官的见面、问候和握手要热情大方，内在的自信和外在的自信往往是相伴而生的。

海阔天空在勇敢以后--我的求职路两个月的求职征途宛如一次华丽而曲折的探险旅程。
最初上路的时候只有一个空空的行囊，而现在驻足回首，留下的有思考、信心、成长，也有压力、挑战和对新旅途的展望。
这两个月找工作的体验，于我而言，更像是一个认识自己的过程。
为了更好的回答面试官的问题，你要仔细的挖掘自己的故事；面对offer的选择，你要清楚的明白自己的兴趣，特长，以及期待。
与面试官的交流，与面试者的交流，与其他人的交流，他们的反应，评价，回馈都是一个很好的认识自己的镜子。
求职基本上前前后后面了20多家，投行，咨询，四大，Industry 都有，除去终面放弃的，总共有10个offer。
现在回想下，每个offer 背后都有很有趣的故事。
而整个求职过程就像一部电影，一切都发生的如此合情合理，一切又发生的那么意外丛生。
记录一些求职感想，和大家分享，也是对自己的一种记载。
日后再细细品味。
求职方针：BE DIFFERENT, BE YOURSEL（1）求职准备：一、心中有佛：找工作对大部分人而言是一个持久的过程，可能会面对一些压力，经受一些挫折。
在这些压力，挫折面前仍然保持良好的状态需要一定的情商和意志力。
找到一些能够自我鼓舞的东西或行为可以有效的维护自己必胜的信念。
小孩子往往要抱着自己心爱的娃娃才能入睡，有些人通过大喊来派遣压抑的情绪都是同样的道理。
我们可以通过心理上的自我转移来将环境的负面影响屏蔽。
有了这样一层屏蔽，我们就会强壮很多。
我个人的调节是通过一部电影《The Pursuit of Happiness》. 强烈推荐所有找工作的人都来看看这部电影。
男主人公克服困难的勇气与谋略，对工作的激情与执着，对人生的态度都激发了我内心深刻的共鸣。
他在面试时所表现的姿态、回答方式都是找工作的朋友们很好的教材。
这部电影前后看了不下五遍，主人公的形象几乎就刻在了自己的身上。
电影里，每次男主人公命运即将发生转折，他必然有一段在大街上狂奔的镜头作为预示。

8.当与对方的谈话出现间隔时，不要急不可耐，这样反而给自己留下思考的空间，抓紧理清头绪，让对方感觉你是一位沉着冷静的人。
9.回答问题时一旦紧张，说话可能结结巴巴或越说越快，紧张也会加剧，此时，最好的办法就是有意放慢自己的说话速度，让字一个一个的从嘴里清晰地吐出来，速度放慢了，心情也不紧张了。

昨天去招聘会，就投了那么一份简历，目标是相中已久的DELL。
早就听说这个500强的公司在这次招聘会上有展台，就上网搜索了一下，果然有适合我的职位，去了就杀奔相应的展台。
简历递上，简单交谈，一份第二天面试的纸条就这样交到了我的手里，
当时的感觉还是满兴奋的。
中午匆匆和朋友喝了点酒就回家准备面试资料。
查看了DELL最近的新闻，DELL起步的历史，他们的销售理念，大连分公司建立的意义，英文自我介绍以及工作介绍，官网信息，DELL员工工作经历发展模式，前人提供的DELL面试题最后对自己进行了一下模拟小组讨论。
整理这些资料用了一个晚上，由于最近一直忙，为了照顾明天很早的面试就匆匆睡觉了。
早上起来身体很疲惫，可能是最近操劳过度，而且周五又喝酒到半夜的缘故。
实在不愿意这个样子去面试，简单梳洗了一下就匆匆去赶车。
由于不认识路打车到相关车站再倒车，至于为什么不直接打车过去，一来路途比较远，二来我还想在公车上温习一下自己
昨晚归纳的资料。
经过一个半小时的折腾终于到了DELL1号楼，查5分钟8点45，不晚，不过也几乎刚刚好，前后打
车两遍。
到了一看，哇，大厅里挤满了人。
后来才知道来了100多号人。
大家有的紧张有的谈笑风声，边上的俩女的还在讨论上次一起去另一个500强企业面试的经历。
由于我是一大早就去投的简历所以我排号比较靠前，得以加入第一批40人面试名单。
面试在4楼，楼梯墙壁上到处是DELL在全世界的员工的照片的宣传照，都是很幸福的表情，大字上书YOU ARE THE SOUL OF DELL，看得出DELL的宗旨是宣传公司带给员工的优厚待遇使员工很幸福。
一个小插曲，原来美国公司用的英语是美国习惯，因为他们的1 floor是
2楼，G才是一楼。
到了四楼后引导的员工将我们分为8人一组的小组，到一个个办公室里等待面试官的到来。
在等待的时间里我抽空透过玻璃观察了一下外面的情况。
外面是满满的工作间，可以想想人都到齐的时候有多么的热闹。
我在思考，这个是不是我想要的工作。
旁边的一个兄弟不停的喘着粗气，看来他是对这份工作很在意，可能有些许的紧张吧。
感觉等待的世间很漫长，估计10分钟后面试官进来了，是个很有阳光气质的小伙，也就和我差不多大。
简单的问候以及名单的确认后就开始面试内容的
介绍。
首先大家要进行自我介绍，接着做一个小组讨论。
介绍很快结束了，感觉周围的人都是很有竞争力的，好像谁进入下一轮都是很正常的事情。
接着就是小组讨论，题目是过程和结果哪个重要。
很白痴的题目，谁都知道一样重要，主要是协调的关系，但是现在就是要揣摩面试官的心思，记得DELL前人经验说DELL喜欢坚持自己观点的人，那么索性就坚持一个的了，于是选择了结果最重要进行陈述。
期间还和其他的不少关于都重要或过程重要的人辩论，不过考虑到初次见面没有语气太尖锐。
20分钟的规定时间很快就结束了。
面试官说要考虑一下然后过些时候通知下轮名单。
又是漫长的等待。
回来后通知了两个人留下，说剩下的人回去等电话，不过我知道这个仅仅是个托词，看来我已经被灭了。
回想留下的两个人说的都是比较中庸的论点，结合到大连DELL属于服务中心才恍然大悟，原来他们需要的是有亲和力的员工，准备那么多却没有考虑到具体环境确实是我的失误。
不过有这份500强面试经历也算了却了我一份好奇的心。
其实，我来的时候就是抱有很轻松的心态，只要在这个过程中我得到了经验，弥补了当年没有面试过美国企业的经历就足够了，通过这次体验我也知道了到底哪个才是适合自己的路。
还是我自己常常对自己说的话，个人特长不同所以走的路也不同，还是坚持自己的路吧，坚持下去
总会有自己的辉煌的。
