给予学生一个可以放心展示的舞台，让他们相信每一个人都可以创造奇迹。
我想连我自己都没有想过，有一天我可以自如处理学生间打架的问题，让他们握手言和；可以解决助教之间的问题；可以当学生哭着想要回家时，转移他们的焦点，找到方法让他们继续在这里收获不一样的体验只有付出、经历才能带给我这样的成长。
尽管每一天都很忙，还要抓紧时间给学生写小鱼，写卡片，但是每一次查寝听到他们说，老师你也累了，早点休息；看着他们怀着期待的眼神询问，我寒假还来不来当助教；下课时，听见学生们“老师”“老师”的叫声，让我觉得一切都是值得的。
除此之外，离营后每一次手机响起，是学生的问候，都会让我欣喜不已点点滴滴温暖着我，让我辛苦并快乐着，一切都是值得的。

因为文件涉及的机械零部件，加工工艺等专有名词是我在课堂上根本没有涉及到的。
我只有打开电脑利用金山词霸一个个的查。
这时候觉得工作原来并不想自己想的那样简单，所以在以后的工作中就更应该小心谨慎了。
虽然倍加小心，但是工作不像考试，考试只需要短时间的精力集中，而工作却是长期的。
这样下来，也难免会出错。
其中就出现了一次小错误，最后还是领导觉得数目不对，向我指出了这个问题。
当得知自已的错误时，我为自己的自作聪明感到十分羞愧。
好在问题发现的及时，避免了合作双方的误会，这也提醒我在遇到不懂的问题时一定要虚心求教。
学校的翻译课时短，有时一周两节，一节课也才两个小时，而且老师一般只要求我们翻译一些短的文章，可是由于工作要求，单位与其他公司的有些邮件就会很长的篇幅而且时间要求很近，而且由于自己不熟悉机械方面的相关知识，这时候为了保证质量，我就主动把工作带回家去做。

我特意上网查了个人简历的格式，然后精心设计了自己的个人简历，将该写的都写进去了，既有所突出又做到不冗长，使简历让人看起来一目了然。
然后，到面试的时间了。
坐在等候室里，我回忆着自己事先试想过的问题和一些注意事项以再次提醒自己。
终于到我了，我虽然挺紧张，但还是能够向面试官展示了我的热情和专业特长。
通过自己的努力，第一轮面试顺利通过。
接着，是培训。
现在回想过来，我觉得好在还是自己的决心够坚定以及自己有着认真的态度，才坚持了为期三个周末的培训。
虽然培训不会很累，但我觉得还是够考验人的意志力的，因为这样的培训就好像平时上课那样子，还是要那么早醒，上课还经常“拖堂”，而且要利用周末的时间，不少通过了第一轮面试的人，最终因为诸如时间冲突或学习任务重（当时已接近期末考试了）的原因而放弃了。
但是，我还是自觉地抵制了这样一种气氛。
我抱着坚定的决心以及持着积极认真的态度，挺过了这个培训。
在培训当中，我学到了美语的基本发音及领会了当一名助教所应具备的一些素质。
终于，在复试中，我比较出色地通过了。

暑假英语社会实践报告
今年暑假，为锻炼自已的英语能力到一家宾馆培训一具月的英语。
这是一座海滨都市——防城港，有广西最大的港口之一，因此经常有外国商人来这个地方做生意，或是一些船员，也有外国游客。
宾馆之前就接待过一些国外顾客，但是由于宾馆的服务员都疑惑英语，无法给客人提供更好的帮助，因此宾馆经理没放假前就和我打招呼，放假到宾馆给他的职员培训英语。
我欣然承诺了，觉得这是一具很好的锻炼机会。
在亲戚家歇息了几天，顺便整理所要教的内容，然后拿去复印，在宾馆有电脑打印机，整理起来很，很排斥。
面对这些长辈，我有点别知所措，但依然在课堂上给他们说学好英语后别论对宾馆依然对自己基本上很有益处的一件事，因此希翼大伙儿仔细的专心的学。
兴许是随着几天的学习，有的职员感受越来越难，他们居然别来上课。
经理知道后很生气，给他们了个下马威，假如学习完一具月后考试别经过,为,的就辞退，考得好的有奖励。
后来再也没有这种事情浮现了。
大伙儿都很配合上课，也很用功，在没有事忙的时候，楼层工作间里都会有他们读英语的声音，我也感到很高兴，刚开始大伙儿别熟悉的时候没什么话，但是经过几天的相处，彼此都认识了，我和他们也靠近了不少，他们有疑惑的都主动咨询，而我也是一遍一遍的耐心教，还给一些因休假而没有上课的职员补课。
尽管让他们直呼我的名字，但他们依然叫我“梁老师”，面对那个有点为时过早的称呼，内心终究有点同意别了，也体味到那个神圣的职业背后的酸甜苦辣，做一具老师确实别容易。
但是有一具职员的态度很顽固，她说很讨厌英语，看到就头疼，别想学，因此没有和我们一起学习。
她差不多知道经理的规定，但是依然对抗学习，我用尽方法想说服她，但依然无济于事。
职员们进入状态后，学起来也很快了。
时刻也很快就已经过了一具月，后面的五天我没有上新的内容，而是和他们一起复习所有学过的内容，之前的学习我基本上在课堂上让他们强化经历，如今复习起来也别是很吃力，他们倒希翼能够提早考。
终于到了考试的时刻，学的基本上口语，因此考试形式算是让他们和自己的搭档进行情境对话。
然后我再咨询几个句子，让他们翻译过来。
他们表现得很好，有一具职员还考出了98分。
当我夸他们都学的特别.本文.由;为好的时候，他们都说是老师教得好。
能得到他们的认可，我觉得十分的高兴，还没来的时候我还担心教不行，怎么说也没有过这全用上了。

疑惑自己未来会可不能从事教师那个职业，如今是给他们上了一具月的课，但事实上也是给自己上了一堂课，往常觉得自己的性格别适合做老师，但是如今也别是自己想象的那样彻底没有能力胜任。
未来的路还别能确定怎么走，但如今能够确定的是先学好知识搜集整理，为未来自己的人一辈子铺路。
