谈谈你如何保持身心健康英语口头作文全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1How to Stay Healthy in Body and MindHi everyone! My name is Emily and I'm 10 years old. Today I want to talk to you about something really important - how to stay healthy, both physically and mentally. It's so important to take care of our bodies and our minds, but it can be hard sometimes, especially for kids like us who have school, activities, chores, and so much other stuff to deal with. But I've learned some great tips that have helped me a lot, and I want to share them with you!First, let's talk about physical health. One of the most important things is to get regular exercise. I know, I know, exercise can be really boring and tiring. But it doesn't have to be! There are lots of fun ways to exercise that don't even feel like working out. My favorite is playing sports like soccer, basketball, or even just running around at the park or playground with my friends. Getting outside and being active for even just 30 minutes a day can make a huge difference in how you feel.Another key part of physical health is eating nutritious foods. Again, I know fruits and veggies can seem really gross sometimes. But they give you so much energy and make you feel great! My mom packs me a healthy lunch for school every day with things like an apple, carrot sticks, a sandwich on whole wheat bread, and a cheese stick. And for dinner, we always try to have a lean protein like chicken or fish with vegetables and a whole grain like brown rice or quinoa. My parents let me help pick out recipes and prepare the meals, which makes me more excited to eat them.Getting enough sleep is another huge part of physical health that I think a lot of kids struggle with. With all of our activities, homework, screens, and everything else, it's so tempting to stay up way later than we should. But not getting around 9-11 hours of sleep each night (depending on your age) can make you feel tired, cranky, and unfocused the next day. I have a bedtime routine that I follow every night - take a bath, put on my pajamas, brush my teeth, read for 30 minutes, and then lights out by8:30pm. Sticking to that routine really helps me get good quality sleep.Okay, now let's talk about mental and emotional health, which I think is just as important as physical health. One of thebest things you can do for your mental health is to find activities that reduce stress and make you feel calm and happy. For me, that's reading fiction books, listening to music, or just spending time outdoors. Yoga and meditation can also be great for kids. Basically, anything that lets you tune out distractions and be present in the moment. I try to spend at least 30 minutes a day on a mindfulness activity.Another key for mental health is expressing your feelings in a healthy way. Keeping feelings like sadness, anger, worry, or stress all bottled up inside can be really hard. That's why it's so important to have people you trust that you can talk to openly, whether it's parents, teachers, friends, a counselor, or someone else. Getting things off your chest by writing in a journal can be helpful too. I have a few really close friends that I know I can go to if I'm feeling down or overwhelmed about something, and that always makes me feel better. Finally, one of the best things for mental health is to spend quality time with family and friends who care about you. Nurturing those close relationships can boost your mood and self-esteem so much. Every weekend, my family tries to do something fun together, even if it's just a game night at home. And I always look forward to playdates with my besties where wecan just hang out, be silly, and not worry about anything else for a few hours.I know making healthy choices for your body and mind isn't always easy, especially when you're a kid with so much going on. But I've learned that even small, simple steps like the ones I just mentioned can make a huge difference in how you feel physically and mentally. It's all about finding what works for you and sticking to it as best you can. If we can get into healthy habits now, it will set us up for a lifetime of wellness. So let's all do our best to nurture our bodies and our minds - we've got this!篇2Staying Healthy in Body and MindHi everyone! My name is Emma and I'm 10 years old. Today I want to talk to you about something really important – how to stay healthy, both physically and mentally. It's so important for kids like us to take good care of our bodies and minds. Let me share some tips that have helped me a lot.First up, let's talk about physical health. One of the most important things is to eat lots of healthy foods like fruits, veggies, whole grains, lean proteins and dairy. My favorite healthy snacks are apples with a bit of peanut butter, carrot sticks, and yogurt. It's also really important to drink plenty of water and limit sugary drinks. Too much sugar isn't good for our bodies.Another key to physical health is being active and exercising regularly. I try to get at least 60 minutes of activity every day, even if it's just going for a bike ride, playing tag at recess, or having a dance party in my living room! Exercise keeps our hearts strong and gives us energy. It also helps reduce stress.Speaking of stress, that leads me to mental health. We all feel worried, angry, sad or stressed sometimes, and that's normal. But it's important to find healthy ways to cope with those difficult feelings. If I'm feeling upset, I like to talk to my parents, write in my journal, listen to calm music, or just take some deep breaths. It really helps! It's also so important for our mental health to get enough sleep. When I don't get my 9-10 hours, I feel grumpy and have trouble focusing at school. Having a regular bedtime routine like taking a bath and reading stories helps me wind down. And no screens for at least an hour before bed!Another great way to take care of our minds is to spend time outdoors in nature. Even just playing at the park or having a picnic can lift our moods. Being around trees, flowers and animals reminds us how amazing the world is.Making time for fun is important too! Whether it's playing sports, doing arts and crafts, or just goofing around with friends, having joyful moments every day nourishes our hearts and souls. Laughter really is the best medicine. And you know what else is amazing for our mental health? Helping others! Doing kind things makes us feel good inside. It could be as simple as holding the door open, doing a few extra chores without being asked, or making a nice card for someone. Spreading smiles and positivity makes the whole world brighter. The last thing I'll mention is to go easy on ourselves. Nobody is perfect and we all make mistakes sometimes. What matters is that we learn from them, forgive ourselves, and keep trying our best. Having a positive mindset about our abilities and worth as a person is so valuable. So there you have it – some tips from me on living a healthy, balanced life as a kid. Today I want to talk to you about something really important – how to stay healthy, both physically and mentally. Taking care of our bodies and our minds is so crucial, especially when we're still growing up.Let's start with physical health. One of the biggest things is eating right. My mom is always telling me to eat more fruits and veggies, and you know what? She's totally right! Those foods have so many vitamins and minerals that give our bodies energy and help us grow big and strong. I try to have a couple servings of fruits and veggies with every meal. My favorites are apples, oranges, carrots, and broccoli. It's also really important to drink lots of water throughout the day. Our bodies are made up mostly of water, so we need to constantly replenish it. I have a reusable water bottle that I take with me everywhere so I can keep sipping. It's better than sugary drinks like soda which aren't good for you.Another key part of physical health is exercise and being active. You've heard the phrase "move it or lose it," right? Well it's true! We need to get our hearts pumping and our muscles working regularly. I love riding my bike, playing sports like soccer and basketball, and just running around at the park or playground. Aim for at least an hour a day of physical activity.Sleep is another crucial component. We need around 9-11 hours per night at our age to allow our bodies and brains to recharge. I have a pretty strict bedtime routine – bath, pajamas, brush teeth, read a book or two, then lights out by 8:30pm. Getting good rest makes me feel refreshed and ready to tackle the next day.Now let's talk about mental and emotional health, which is just as vital as the physical side. One of the biggest things is managing stress. Even as kids, we can feel overwhelmed with school, activities, friends, etc. When I'm feeling anxious or upset, I practice taking deep breaths to calm down. I also keep a journal to write about my feelings. Getting those thoughts and emotions out on paper is really helpful. It's so important to have a good support system too. I'm very lucky to have loving parents, as well as awesome friends I can count on. We can lean on each other when life gets hard. Andremember, it's okay to ask for help from trusted adults if you're struggling with your mental health. There's no shame in that!Another mental health tip is to make time for activities you genuinely enjoy, which allow you to laugh, be creative, and feel happy. I love reading fantasy novels, putting on plays with my friends, coloring, and playing with my dog Rufus. Doing things that excite and fulfill you is key.One last thing I'll mention is the importance of an optimistic, resilient mindset. Sometimes bad things happen that are out of our control. Maybe we struggle with a subject at school, get into an argument with a friend, or face another challenge. Instead of giving up, we have to dust ourselves off, stay positive, and keep pushing forward. Resilience and perseverance are amazing strengths to build. So there you have it – some of my tips for nurturing your physical and mental health! It's a lot to remember, but just take it one day at a time. Make healthy choices as often as you can. Be good to your body, be good to your mind, and you'll be able to live your best life as you grow. Thanks for listening, friends!篇4Keeping Myself Healthy and HappyHi everyone! My name is Lily, and today I want to talk about how I keep myself healthy and happy. Being healthy is very important because it helps us grow strong and have lots of energy. So, let's dive right in!Firstly, I make sure to eat a balanced diet. I eat lots of fruits and vegetables every day because they give me vitamins and make me feel good. I also have whole grains like brown rice and whole wheat bread, which give me energy. Drinking milk and eating yogurt is great for my bones and teeth, so I make sure to have them too. And of course, I drink plenty of water to keep myself hydrated. Yummy and healthy food keeps me strong!Secondly, I love to exercise and play games. Every day, I spend time running, jumping, and playing outside with my friends. We play tag, kick the ball, and ride our bicycles. It's so much fun! I also enjoy dancing and doing yoga. Exercise makes my body strong and flexible. It's like a party for my muscles!Another way I take care of myself is by getting enough sleep. Sleep is super important because it helps my body and brain rest.I make sure to go to bed early and wake up refreshed. When I have a good night's sleep, I feel happy and ready for the day ahead. In addition to eating right, exercising, and sleeping well, I also take care of my mind. I love to read books and solve puzzles. Reading helps me learn new things and expand my imagination. Solving puzzles and playing memory games keep my brain sharp and quick. I also talk to my family and friends about my feelings. Sharing my emotions with them makes me feel better and less stressed.Lastly, I always remember to have fun and laugh a lot. I do things that make me happy, like drawing, singing, and playing with my pet. Laughing is like magic – it makes me feel joyful and forget about any worries I might have.In conclusion, staying healthy and happy is important to me.I eat nutritious food, exercise, get enough sleep, take care of my mind, and have fun. By doing all these things, I feel strong, full of energy, and ready to take on the world!Remember, my friends, taking care of your body and mind is a lifelong journey. So let's start today and enjoy a happy and healthy life together!篇5How to Stay Healthy in Body and MindHey there! My name is Jamie and I'm a 10-year-old kid who loves staying healthy. I know it might seem a bit boring to talk about health when there are so many fun things to do, like playing video games or watching movies. But trust me, once you get into the habit of taking care of your body and mind, you'll have way more energy for all the awesome stuff!Let me start by talking about physical health. I've learned that getting regular exercise is super important. It keeps your heart strong, gives you more stamina, and helps you maintain a healthy weight. My favorites are running around outside, riding my bike, and playing sports like soccer and basketball. I try to get at least an hour of exercise every day after school. On weekends, my family and I like to go on hikes or take a trip to the local swimming pool. Moving your body doesn't just help you look and feel better—it's also a great way to blow off steam and put yourself in a good mood.Getting enough sleep is another biggie. When I'mwell-rested, I have an easier time focusing in school, I'm less cranky, and I don't feel as tired during my soccer practices. The recommended amount for kids my age is between 9-12 hours per night. My parents are pretty strict about me going to bed ata reasonable hour on school nights since they know how important it is for growing kids to get sufficient sleep. Now let's talk about mental health, which is just as crucial as physical health. One of the best ways I've found to reduce stress and anxiety is to practice mindfulness. This just means taking a few minutes every day to breathe deeply, clear my mind, and be present in the moment instead of worrying about the past or future. Sometimes I'll download a guided meditation app and follow along with the calming voice. Other times, I just sit quietly, feeling my belly rise and fall with each breath. Mindfulness helps me settle my racing thoughts and feel more centered.I also make sure to schedule fun, relaxing activities into my routine because all work and no play is a recipe for burnout! Reading fiction books, journaling, making art, playing with my dog, and spending quality time with loved ones are all excellent ways for me to unwind. When I've had a particularly tough week at school, my parents will plan something special like going to the movies, the beach, or a sporting event just to shake things up and get my mind off my worries.Having a strong support system is hugely important too. I'm lucky to have awesome friends, teachers, and family members who I can open up to when I'm struggling with something. If I'mbeing bullied, feeling overwhelmed with schoolwork, or just having a bad day, there's always someone in my life who will lend an ear and remind me that this too shall pass. We all need people who will be there for us through thick and thin.At the end of the day, taking good care of your body and mind is one of the most important things you can do for yourself. It allows you to show up as the best version of you—someone who's energized, focused, resilient, and ready to face each day with a positive attitude. It's never too early to build healthy habits that will serve you well into adulthood. So there you have it—those are some of my top tips for nurturing your physical and mental wellness! I hope this essay has inspired you to prioritize your health, whether that means moving your body more, eating more nutritious foods, taking breaks for fun, practicing mindfulness, or leaning on your support crew. Small steps can lead to big changes over time. Trust me, your future self will thank you!篇6Being Healthy in Body and MindHi everyone! My name is Sam and I'm 10 years old. Today I want to talk to you about something really important - stayinghealthy, not just in our bodies but also in our minds and hearts. Taking care of our health is so crucial because it allows us to live happy, energetic lives and do all the things we love!First, let's talk about physical health. One of the biggest keys is eating nutritious foods. I know vegetables aren't always the most exciting, but they provide vitamins, minerals and fiber that help our bodies function properly. My favorites are broccoli, carrots and spinach. Fruits are also really good for you - berries, oranges, apples and bananas are all delicious and packed with nutrients. It's also important to limit sugary, fatty treats like candy, chips, soda and fast food. Those are okay once in a while, but eating too much of them can make you gain weight and feel sluggish. I try to have things like that only on special occasions.Another key part of physical health is staying active and getting exercise every day. Whether it's playing sports, riding bikes, swimming, dancing or just running around at recess, physical activity keeps our hearts strong and prevents weight gain. Personally, I love playing soccer and basketball with my friends. Exercising is a lot more fun with buddies!Getting enough sleep is vital too. Kids my age need around 10 hours per night to have energy for all our activities. I aim togo to bed by 9pm so I can wake up feeling rested and refreshed. Lack of sleep can make you moody, distracted and run down.Hygiene habits like bathing, brushing teeth and washing hands are also important. They keep us clean and prevent sickness from spreading. I make sure to shower every night, brush twice a day, and always wash up after using the bathroom and before eating. Now let's talk about mental and emotional health, which are just as crucial as physical health. Having healthy minds allows us to manage stress, worries and difficult emotions. It helps us get along better with others and feel content. One of the best things for mental health is doing activities you enjoy and find fulfilling, whether that's arts, music, reading, sports or hanging out with friends. Having fun hobbies gives your brain a break from life's pressures. I love drawing, playing video games and telling jokes with my buddies. It's also really important to express your feelings in a healthy way instead of bottling them up inside. If you're frustrated, talk it out with a parent or friend instead of holding it in. If you're stressed about a test or problem, take deep breaths and tell yourself you can handle it. And if you're feeling sad, do something you enjoy to lift your spirits.I also find it helpful to look at the bright side and stay positive, even when things are tough. Like if I strike out in baseball, I remind myself it's okay and I'll get 'em next time. Or if I have a disagreement with a friend, I choose to forgive them because our friendship is more important than being right. Having an optimistic outlook can make any situation better.Another key for mental health is getting outdoors in nature. Looking at trees, flowers and animals has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety. Even taking a walk around your neighborhood park can be very soothing. I like to go on hikes with my family on weekends to unwind. It's also wise to avoid too much screen time, which can disrupt sleep and satisfaction with life if overdone. I limit myself to an hour of TV, video games and internet per day max. Too much time staring at screens tends to make kids my age irritable. One final tip is practicing gratitude. Taking time each day to feel grateful for my family, friends, home, toys, skills and opportunities really lifts my mood and makes me appreciate how lucky I truly am. It's impossible to be gloomy when you're focused on the positive parts of life!So in summary, caring for our bodies through nutrition, exercise, hygiene and sleep is absolutely vital for physical healthand energy. And caring for our minds through leisure, emotional openness, optimism, nature, limited screens and gratitude is key for mental wellness. By nurturing both, we can live our happiest, most vibrant lives.I hope sharing my thoughts has been helpful for learning how to look after your health in a well-rounded way. Just remember, it's all about finding the right balance of habits to keep your body and mind feeling their very best. Thanks so much for listening, and I'll see you next time!。

浅谈雅思口语保持健康类话题本文三立在线老师将对雅思口语话题中的“保持健康”话题进行解析。

首先,根据World Health Organization(WHO)的解释,健康的定义为”a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”。

Diet:Eat a well-balanced, low-fat diet with lots of fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Choose a diet that’s low in saturated fat and moderate in sugar, salt and total fat. Make sure you include a wide variety covering all of the five vegetables subgroups. That’s dark green (spinach, lettuce), red and orange (peppers), legumes (beans, peas), starchy (corn), and others. You can feast on them fresh, frozen, canned and dried.Sleep:Studies show that the gap between getting just enough sleep and getting too little sleep may affect your health, your mood, your weight and even your sex life. Getting a good night’s sleep won’t grant you immunity from disease. But study has found a link between insufficientsleep and some serious health problems, such as heart disease, heart attacks, diabetes and obesity.Good habits:Reposition your tabletKeep your tablet on your lap force you to gaze down for long periods of time, painfully pulling on neck muscles. To keep comfortable, change positions often, rest tablets on a table or counter and put tablets in a case that can stand up on its own.Use your contacts properly99% of contact wearers are making at least one mistake that could harm their eyesight. To keep eyes in tip-top shape, don’t swim, shower or sleep in lenses and prevent infections by replacing lenses according to the instructions, using fresh contact solution every time.Other steps you can take:·Stay in touch with family and friends.·Be involved in your community.·Maintain a positive attitude and do things that make you happy. ·Keep your curiosity alive. Lifelong learning is beneficial to your health.

Describe something or activity you do to stay healthyYou should say:What the activity isWhen and where you usually do itHow you do itAnd explain why it can keep your healthy例文:Well, personally speaking, stopping being a late-night sleeper is off the top of my head when it comes to stay in a healthy life for myself. Actually I’ve been a night owl for years, hitting the sheets anytime between 12 and 3 a.m. on a normal night. I know it clearly that staying up late could partially be toxic to my health for many reasons, but I just can’t sleep on time. And I can’t remember how many times I’ve stayed up late studying for an exam while stimulating snacking, yet despite knowing that staying up late could result in weight gain, I continued stuffing my face at night anyway. So after gaining about 20 pounds, I finally made up my mind to get rid of this bad habit. And truth be told, it was not that easy at the very beginning, coz I always lost the track of time easily, I mean, browsing through the Weibo (microblog) while lying in bed is really a kick-back and time-consumer. When I realized that it was about to be late and it had already been late at night. What a bummer it is! And the next morning, I snoozed my alarm at least 3 times again. So, since then, I established a regular bedtime and honor it, to be more specific, forcing myself to hit the sheet without carrying any kinds of devices nearby. If I had a problem falling into sleep, counting the sheep was the first and only choice I chose. And you know what, 3 weeks later, I just developed a good habit of sleeping and lost those 20 pounds gradually. As to why it keeps me healthy, well, there’s a combination of reasons and one of which could be that sleep helps maintain a healthy balance of hormones that make me feel hungry or full. When I don’t get enough sleep, my level of ghrelin goes up and my level of leptin goes down. This makes me feel hungrier than when I’m well rested. On top of that, sleep also supports healthy growth and development. Deep sleep triggers the body to release the hormone that promotes normal growth in teens and this hormone boots muscle mass, help repair cells. So after I get sufficient sleep, my body gets boosted as well. So, that’s pretty much of it, I suppose.
