Abstract: The resource and environment problems of waste tires and the resource utilization of waste tires are the focus of attention in the world. The pyrolysis of waste tire is a more reasonable way to achieve efficient and green treatment of the tyre. Through the thermal equilibrium analysis of the waste tyre pyrolysis process, the energy flow of the whole waste tire pyrolysis process is calculated, and the energy recovery rate is 47.8%, which has high recovery efficiency and meets the requirements of resource utilization.
