三、重点句子解析
1. Let’s go to Beijing by plane, Mom! 妈妈,咱们坐飞机去北京吧!
(1)let’s是let us 的缩写,后面跟动词原形。
例如:Let’s go out for a walk . 让我们出去散步吧。
let的否定句有两种。
如果宾语是第三人称用“Don’t let …”;如果宾语是得意人称,则用“Let …not”。
例如:Don’t let him go out .别让他出去。
Let’s not do our homework and let’s have a rest . 让我们别做家庭作业了,让我们休息一下。
(2)介词by在此意为“乘……”,后面直接跟交通工具,表示去某地的方式,在句中一般作状语。
例如:by bus 乘公共汽车by bike 骑自行车by train 乘火车by ship (sea) 乘轮船by taxi 乘出租汽车by plane (air) 乘飞机
2. I want to take a bus.我想乘公共汽车。
(1)want to do sth意为“想要做某事”。
take a bus表示乘公共汽车,作want的宾语。
(2)take+a+交通工具,是动词短语,强调动作;by+交通工具,强调方式,两短语意思相同,但是在句中的成分不同。
例如:I will take a plane to Shenzhen.(作谓语)
我将乘飞机去深圳。
They came here by bus.(方式状语)
他们是坐公共汽车来这里的。
3. A bus is slow! I don’t want to go by bus !公共汽车慢,我不想坐公共汽车去。
(1)不定冠词用于单数名词前,可表示“一”或“一个”,是数的概念,也可以指某一类人或事物中的一个或一类,但不具体说明和任何物。
在该句中泛指一类事物。
例如:He is a boy . 他是个男孩。
A bus is slower than a train . 公共汽车比火车慢。
(2)don’t want to do sth . 为want to do sth . 的否定形式,意为“不想做某事”。
在谓语动词前加don’t构成一般现在时的否定句,如果谓语动词是第三人称单数形式,要在其前加
doesn’t 。
同时,谓语动词第三人称单数形式应变回原形。
例如:He gets up at six every morning . → He doesn’t get up at six every morning.
