Unit 2 What should I do?
阅读
Passage A
Dear Editor,
I’m a middle school student. I want to tell you something. In my school, many students have mobile phones. They think it’s co ol to have a mobile phone. Really the phones come in fun colors and let students talk with their parents and friends at any time. But I don’t think it’s good for students to use them at school. Many students use mobile phones to send messages. It takes them a lot of time to do that. They always compare theirs with others’ to see whose is better and more expensive. Some students always hope to buy the latest mobile phones and this will waste their parents’ money. And my father tells me that most mobile phones can cause health problems. What should we do to stop it?
Yours,
Sophia

Passage 4
Long long ago, a donkey fell into a dry well. The animal cried for hours as the farmer tried to think out what to do. Finally, the famer thought the animal was too old and the well needed to be covered up anyway, so he decided not to try to save the donkey.
The farmer invited his neighbors to help him. They began to put dirt into the well. The donkey cried harder. Then a few minutes later, he became quiet. The farmer looked down the well and was surprised by what he saw.
While the dirt hit his back, the donkey would shake it off and take a step up on the new layer(层) of dirt.
