评价方法综述
是系统工程中有限方案多目标决策分析的一种常 用方法，可用于效益评价、卫生决策和卫生事业
管理等多个领域。本法对样本资料无特殊要求，
使用灵活简便，故应用日趋广泛。
七、秩和比法
秩和比（Rank Sum Ratio，RSR）指行（或列）秩
次的平均值，是一个非参数统计量，具有0~1连续变
量的特征。在综合评价中，秩和比综合了多项评价指 标的信息，表明多个评价指标的综合水平， RSR值
越大越优。
秩和比法指利用RSR进行统计分析的一组方法。其基 本思想是：在一个行列矩阵中，通过秩转换，获得无 量纲统计量；在此基础上，运用参数统计分析的概念 与方法。
八、数据包络分析（DEA）
该方法以相对效率概念为基础，根据多指标投入和多指标
评价方法综述
对某事件进行多因素综合评价的过程，实质上就是科学研究与决策 的过程，原则上应包括设计、收集资料和分析资料几个基本阶段， 实施中应着重注意以下几个基本环节。
①选择恰当的评价指标(evaluation indicator)
