评价方法综述

是系统工程中有限方案多目标决策分析的一种常 用方法,可用于效益评价、卫生决策和卫生事业
管理等多个领域。本法对样本资料无特殊要求,
使用灵活简便,故应用日趋广泛。
七、秩和比法
秩和比(Rank Sum Ratio,RSR)指行(或列)秩
次的平均值,是一个非参数统计量,具有0~1连续变
量的特征。在综合评价中,秩和比综合了多项评价指 标的信息,表明多个评价指标的综合水平, RSR值
越大越优。
秩和比法指利用RSR进行统计分析的一组方法。其基 本思想是:在一个行列矩阵中,通过秩转换,获得无 量纲统计量;在此基础上,运用参数统计分析的概念 与方法。
八、数据包络分析(DEA)
该方法以相对效率概念为基础,根据多指标投入和多指标

对某事件进行多因素综合评价的过程,实质上就是科学研究与决策 的过程,原则上应包括设计、收集资料和分析资料几个基本阶段, 实施中应着重注意以下几个基本环节。

管理者应该及时与冲突双方面谈沟通,让员工自己来告诉管理者问题出在哪里,认真倾听处在冲突中的员工的心声;作为管理者,应以尊重、有同理心和追求客观事实的态度认真倾听员工的看法。
