西门子可以提供从普通异步电机到伺服电机的一系列电机,能满足各种行业的传动需要。
具体到机床行业,由于机床是制造生产机械的设备,故对精度和动态性能都有较高的要求,所以机床上使用的电机主要是伺服电机,国内目前使用的西门子伺服电机主要有3种:即1FT5电机,1FK6电机,1FT6电机.1FT5电机与SIMODRIVE 611A配合构成模拟驱动系统,可连接具有模拟接口的数控系统,如西门子的SINUMERIK 810/850/880/840C等系统;1FK6/1FT6电机与SIMODRIVE 611D/611U配合构成数字驱动系统,可连接具有数字接口的数控系统,如西门子的SINUMERIK 802D/810D/840D/840Di等系统.2001年西门子又推出了一个新的伺服电机系列:1FK7电机.1FK7电机是在1FK6电机的基础上开发的,机械接口完全与1FK6电机兼容,但性能上有所提高。
下面我们来了解一下1FK7电机。
目前使用的1FK6伺服电机分为基本型和高动态性能型两类。
1FK7伺服电机推出时依然分为两类:即CT型和HD型。
CT是英文Compat的缩写,即紧凑型。
HD是英文High Dynamic的缩写,即高动态性能型。
CT型电机和HD型电机应用的场合是有所区别的:CT型电机主要用于安装空间狭小的场合,适用于大多数的行业应用;HD型电机主要用于对动态性能有较高要求的生产机械。
如果按照轴高来分的话,1FK7电机有28mm,36mm,48mm,63mm,80mm和100mm共6种。
1FK6电机没有28mm轴高的电机。
