12、导正销 导正销是伸入材料孔中导正其在凹模内位置的销形零件。 13、导板模 导板模是以导板作导向的冲模,模具使用时凸模不脱离导 板。 14、导料板 导料板是引导条(带、卷)料进入凹模的板状导向零件。 15、导柱模架 导柱模架是导柱、导套相互滑动的模架。 16、冲 模 冲模是装在压力机上用于生产冲件的工艺装备,由相互配 合的上、下两部分组成。 17、凸 模 凸模是冲模中起直接形成冲件作用的凸形工作零件,即以 外形为工作表面的零件。
18、凹 模 凹模是冲模中起直接形成冲件作用的凹形工作零件,即以内 形为工作表面的零件。 19、防护板 防护板是防止手指或异物进入冲模危险区域的板状零件。 20、压料板(圈) 压料板(圈)是冲模中用于压住冲压材料或工序件以控制材 料流动的零件,在拉深模中,压料板多数称为压料圈。 21、压料筋 压料筋是拉延模或拉深模中用以控制材料流动的筋状突起, 压料筋可以是凹模或压料圈的局部结构,也可以是镶入凹模 或压料圈中的单独零件。 22、压料槛 压料槛是断面呈矩形的压料凹模、凸模、卸料板或固定板等的各 个拼合零件。 44、挡块(板) 挡块(板)是供经侧刃切出缺口的材料送进时定位用的淬 硬零件,兼用以平衡侧刃所受的单面切割力。挡块(板)一 般与侧刃配合使用。 45、挡料销(板) 挡料销(板)是材料沿送进方向的定位零件,以其形状不 同而称为挡料销或挡料板。挡料销(板)是固定挡料销 (板)、活动挡料销(板)、始用挡料销(板)等的统称。 46、垫 板 垫板是介于固定板(或凹模)与模座间的淬硬板状零件, 用以减低模座承受的单位压缩应力。

62、模 柄 模柄是突出于上模座顶面的圆柱形零件,工作时伸入压力机 滑块孔中并被夹紧固定。 63、模 架 模架是上、下模座和导柱、导套的组合件,可以带模柄或不 带模柄。大多数模架是标准件。 64、模 框 模框是容纳凹模拼块的基体。
28、顶 板 顶板是在凹模或模块内活动的板状零件,以向上动作直接 或间接顶出工(序)件或废料。 29、齿 圈 齿圈是精冲凹模或带齿压料板上的成圈齿形突起,是凹模 或带齿压料板的局部结构而不是单独的零件 . 30、限位套 限位套是用于限制冲模最小闭合高度的管状零件,一般套 于导柱外面。 31、限位柱 限位柱是限制冲模最小闭合高度的柱形件。 32、定位销(板) 定位销(板)是保证工序件在模具内有不变位置的零件, 以其形状不同而称为定位销或定位板。
7、气 垫 气垫是以压缩空气为原动力的弹顶器。 8、反侧压块 反侧压块是从工作面的另一侧支持单向受力凸模的零件。 9、导 套 导套是为上、下模座相对运动提供精密导向的管状零件,多 数固定在上模座内,与固定在下模座的导柱配合使用。 10、导 板 导板是带有与凸模精密滑配内孔的板状零件,用于保证凸模 与凹模的相互对准,并起卸料(件)作用 。 11、导 柱 导柱是为上、下模座相对运动提供精密导向的圆柱形零件, 多数固定在下模座,与固定在上模座的导套配合使用。
料板的静止位置。 39、单工序模 单工序模是在压力机一次行程中只完成一道工序的冲模。 40、废料切刀 废料切刀有两种。1.装于拉深件凸缘切边模上用于割断整 圈切边废料以利清除的切刀。2.装于压力机或模具上用于 将条(带、卷)状废料按定长切断以利清除的切刀。 41、组合冲模 组合冲模是按几何要素(直线、角度、圆弧、孔)逐副逐 步形成各种冲件的通用、可调式成套冲模。平面状冲件的外 形轮廓一般需要几副组合冲模分次冲成。 42、始用挡料销(板) 始用挡料销(板)是供材料起始端部送进时定位用的零件。 始用挡料销(板)都是移动式的。
2、上模座 上模座是上模最上面的板状零件,工件时紧贴压力机滑块, 并通过模柄或直接与压力机滑块固定。 3、下 模 下模是整副冲模的下半部,即安装于压力机工作台面上的 冲模部分。 4、下模座 下模座是下模底面的板状零件,工作时直接固定在压力机 工作台面或垫板上。 5、刃 壁 刃壁是冲裁凹模孔刃口的侧壁。 6、刃口斜度 刃口斜度是冲裁凹模孔刃壁的每侧斜度。
57、硬质合金冲模 硬质合金冲模是以硬质合金作为模具工作部分材料的冲模。 58、漏料孔 漏料孔是与冲裁凹模也直接贯通,用于排除废料或工(序) 件的孔。 59、漏料斜度 漏料斜度是刃壁以下凹模孔的每侧斜度。漏料斜度用以使废 料或工(序)件畅通坠落。 60、锥形压料圈 锥形压料圈是压料面呈凸锥形的拉深模压料圈。 61、滚珠导柱模架 滚珠导柱模架是导柱与导套分别对滚珠(子)相互滚动的模 架,简称滚珠模架。
23、承料板 承料板是用于接长凹模上平面,承托冲压材料的板状零件。 24、连续模 连续模是具有两个或更多工位的冲模,材料随压力机行程 逐次送进一工位,从而使冲件逐步成形。 25、侧 刃 侧刃是在条(带、卷)料侧面切出送料定位缺口的凸模。 26、侧压板 侧压板是对条(带、卷)料一侧通过弹簧施加压力,促使 其另一侧紧靠导料板的板状零件。 27、顶 杆 顶杆是以向上动作直接或间接顶出工(序)件或序料的杆 状零件。
47、复合模 复合模是在压力机一次行程中,在同一工位上完成两道或 更多工序的冲模。 48、保持圈 保持圈是滚珠导柱模架中容纳并限制滚珠(子)位置的多 孔管状零件。 49、活动挡料销(板) 活动挡料销(板)是在模具内可以上下或左右活动的挡料 销(板)。 50、带齿压料板 带齿压料板是精冲模中压料板的特称,因压料面带齿圈而 得名。 51、推 杆 推杆是以向下动作直接或间接推出工(序)件或废料的杆 状零件。
第二章 模具与模具零件
一、模具概述 什么是模具?模具就是利用其特定的形状来形成具有一定 形状和尺寸制件的工具。或许您没有注意到,您身边小到一 个钮扣、大到家电用品乃至汽车航天航空飞机的绝大部分, 都与成型模具息息相关。 说得通俗一些,模具就是利用跟零件一样形状但刚好阴阳 相反的型腔及型芯,通过一定的方式如浇注铁水或挤出,快 速获得产品的一种制造方法所用的工具。 二、模具与模具零件定义 1、上 模 上模是整副冲模的上半部,即安装于压力机滑块上的冲模 部分。
33、固定板 固定板是固定凸模的板状零件。 34、固定卸料板 固定卸料板是固定在冲模上位置不动的卸料板。 35、固定挡料销(板) 固定挡料销(板)是在模具内固定不动的挡料销(板)。 36、卸件器 卸件器是从凸模外表面卸脱工(序)件的非板状零件或装 置。 37、卸料板 卸料板是将材料或工(序)件从凸模上卸脱的固定式或活 动式板形零件。卸料板是有时与导料板做成一体,兼起导料 作用,仍称卸料板。 38、卸料螺钉 卸料螺钉是固定在弹压卸料板上的螺钉,用于限制弹压卸
52、推 板 推板是在凹模或模块内活动的板状零件,以向下动作直接 或间接推出工(序)件或废料。 53、浮动模柄 浮动模柄是随上模座同时上下,但其中心轴孔与上模座平 面所成的角度可在一定范围内自由活动的模柄。 54、斜 楔 斜楔是模具中改变直线运动方向的楔形零件,多数斜楔使 垂直运动变为水平运动。 55、弹顶器 弹顶器是装于压力机工作台下或模座下的冲压辅助装置, 由气压、液压、弹簧、橡胶等推动,对下模的顶板,顶杆等 提供向上压力和促使其向上移动。 56、弹压卸料板 弹压卸料板是由弹簧、橡胶、液压、气压等作用的活动卸 料板。
