第一人称代词单数主格I 在句中任何位置都要大写。

(2)地名,国名和人名等专有名词第一个字母要大写。

例如:Yangzhou,China (中国),Mary(3)一些称呼(如mother, sister, mum, dad等)用作称呼时,第一个字母要大写。
