Sing a song,Lets chant,Lets do 等等。

The panelists explained how PBL encourages students to take ownership of their learning, develop critical thinking skills, and collaborate with peers. Student-Centered Learning: The importance of student-centered learning was a recurring topic during the discussions. Educatorsemphasized the need to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel empowered to express their thoughts and opinions. This approach not only fosters a love for learning but also prepares students for real-world challenges.4. Continuous Professional Development: The panelists highlighted the significance of continuous professional development (CPD) for educators. They encouraged participants to attend workshops, read educational literature, and stay updated with the latest teaching trends. This realization prompted me to set aside time for my own CPD, ensuring that I remain a competent and passionate educator.Apart from the panel discussion, the activity also included workshops and practical sessions that allowed participants to observe and participate in different teaching methods. Here are some personal reflections on these sessions:1. Observing Different Teaching Styles: The opportunity to observe experienced teachers in action was incredibly beneficial. I noticed the variety of teaching styles and techniques employed, which helped me appreciate the diversity within the English teaching community. It also reinforced the importance of finding a teaching style that resonates with my students.2. This exercise allowed me to experience the challenges and joys of teaching from a different perspective, which has since influenced my approach to classroom management.3. Collaborative Planning: Another workshop focused on collaborative planning, where groups of educators worked together to develop lesson plans for a particular topic. This activity emphasized the value of teamwork and communication in education, as well as the importance of considering diverse student needs when planning lessons. In conclusion, the English teaching and research activity was a transformative experience that has profoundly impacted my teaching philosophy and practice.

1.affect; effect; influence; 2. anthing but; nothing but; 3. me true;realize等,让他们查这些词的用法及区别。
