Party A being the Owner of the Property and Party B have developed alessor/lessee relationship. Party B guarantee that during the lease term, it shall not alter the purpose of theProperty without Party A‘s prior written consent as well as the approval from therelevant governmental department.三、交付日期和租赁期限Delivery Date and Lease Term3-1甲乙双方约定，甲方于年月日向乙方交付该房屋。
