上海中考英文作文

上海中考英文作文英文:As a student who has just finished the Shanghai Junior High School Entrance Examination, I would like to share my thoughts on the exam.First of all, I think the exam was challenging but fair. The questions covered a wide range of topics, from grammar and vocabulary to reading comprehension and writing. I was able to use the knowledge and skills that I had learned in school to answer most of the questions. However, there were also some questions that I found difficult. For example, there was a reading comprehension passage about a scientific experiment that was quite complex and technical. I had trouble understanding some of the scientific terms and concepts, even though I hadstudied science in school.Overall, I think the exam was a good test of my abilities and knowledge. I feel confident that I did my best and I am looking forward to seeing my results.中文:作为一名刚刚参加完上海初中升学考试的学生,我想分享一下我的想法。
上海市2013到2023中考英语作文

上海市2013到2023中考英语作文The Zhongkao English Writing Test: My Journey Over the YearsHi there! My name is Xiao Ming and I'm an elementary school student in Shanghai. I've been taking the Zhongkao, which is the big exam to get into middle school, for the past few years. The English writing part has always been a challenging yet exciting section for me. Let me take you through my experiences with it from 2013 till now in 2023!2013: My First AttemptAh, 2013 feels like a lifetime ago! That was the first year I took the Zhongkao English writing test. I remember being really nervous, but also kind of excited to show off my English skills. The prompt that year was to write a letter to a pen pal introducing myself and my city.I started off by talking about my name, age, and hobbies. Simple stuff, right? But then I had to describe Shanghai and all its cool landmarks like the Oriental Pearl Tower and the Bund. That's when I realized how hard it is to explain things in another language! I used a ton of simple sentences and relied heavily on words like "big," "tall," and "beautiful." Hey, at least I tried!2014-2016: Growing PainsOver the next few years, the writing prompts got trickier. One year, I had to write a story based on a set of pictures. Another time, I had to convince a friend to take up a new hobby. These really tested my English skills beyond just basic vocabulary and grammar.I worked really hard, reading more English books and watching more English TV shows to get better. My writing started improving as I learned to use more complex sentences and incorporate techniques like showing instead of telling. But man, those timed writings were still super stressful! I always feared making silly mistakes when I was rushing to get my ideas down.2017-2019: Finding My GrooveThen around 2017, something just clicked for me with English writing. The prompts were still challenging, like writing a review of a summer camp or describing my goals for the future. But I felt more confident in getting my point across clearly and adding engaging details.I focused a lot on improving my flow and transitioning smoothly between ideas. I also tried to show off some of thefancier vocabulary and grammar constructions I'd learned. Of course, I still made mistakes here and there. But overall, I felt proud of the substance and structure of my writing during this period.2020: The Pandemic Shakes Things UpObviously, 2020 was crazy with the pandemic disrupting everything, including the Zhongkao. My exam was postponed for months, and we ultimately had to take it under really strict conditions with masks and social distancing. The writing prompt that year was about describing an memorable experience from quarantine life. On one hand, it was easy for me to draw inspiration from the unique situation we were living through. On the other hand, it was hard to put such a heavy, emotional topic into words, especially under time pressure. I did my best to balance lightheartedness and seriousness in my essay.2021-2023: The Home StretchAs we've emerged from the pandemic over the past couple of years, the writing prompts have gone back to more conventional topics like book reviews, opinion essays, andcreative stories. Phew! While those are still challenging, they feel a bit more manageable after the 2020 curveball.I've been continuing to read and write a ton to prepare. This year's prompt asked me to describe my dream job, which let me have fun imagining being a video game designer or superhero (just kidding on that last one!). I really went all out trying to make my writing engaging and descriptive.Overall, the Zhongkao English writing test hasn't been easy, but it's helped me grow so much as a writer and English speaker. Sure, there have been plenty of stressful, hair-pulling moments. But there's also a great sense of pride when I re-read my essays and see how my skills have blossomed over the years. Who knew putting thoughts into words could be this rewarding?Anyway, that's been my experience so far! I'm still an elementary school kid, so who knows what adventures the writing section will have in store for me next. But I'll keep working hard, trusting the process, and making sure my voice comes through clearly in every essay. Wish me luck!。

Write an essay of at least 60 words on the topic. (请以“学生是否要在学校穿校服”为题写一篇至少60词的作文,标点不占格,以下要点仅供参考)Suggested outline:1. Do you think it is necessary to wear school uniforms?2. What are the advantages or disadvantages of school uniforms?3. What’ s your conclusion(结论)?Is it necessary for students to wear school uniforms?Recently, the issue whether students need to wear school uniforms or not has become a heated discussion. As far as I’m concerned, wearing school uniforms is helpful for us. My reasons can be listed as follows.First of all, wearing school uniforms can make students feel equal. For example, some students who are rich like to wear strange clothes to show off, which is bad for themselves and makes others uncomfortable.Second, when all of the students in the same schoolwear the same clothes, it makes the school tidier and cleaner. Furthermore, wearing school uniforms can help students save some time to decide what they should wear in the next day.In a word, as students, it’s necessary for us to wear school unifor ms. It can not only help us make an equal bridge between students, but also make the school united. In at least 60 words, write a letter to your headmaster suggesting rules you think should be changed or improved. Support your opinions with facts or examples. (给校长写一封至少60个词的信,向他建议几条需要改变或改进的学校规则,并辅以事实或例子。
