【摘要】2009届的大学生开始找工作了。
据悉,上海市将有超过15万大学生毕业,但在金融危机下,还有几个企业在招人呢?本月来,各大媒体争相报道大学生就业创业的信息,大学生就业创业也成了社会各界最为关心的话题,《东方早报》甚至推出大学生招聘的专版,无疑在某种程度上为大学生就业做了些贡献。
另外,本月针对对大学生的创业政策也明显增多,有创业基金会为创业企业打分推广、推广创业见习活动,还有“专家导师团”进高校的“助跑”、各区县也是争相出台大学生创业优惠政策,有资金上的、有服务上的。

中大南方在校生创业现状数据分析1:在上大学期间创业这个想法始于何时?A这是我一直以来的想法36.2% B创业前不久才想到的 21.2% C在朋友的启发下 42.5% 可以看出,超过三分之一的创业者是很早就有创业的想法的了,更是有超过四成的创业者是在相关想法的启发选择了创业。
2:你怎样看待在校生创业的情况?A这是好的现象,大家应该支持43.75% B这是很可能失败的,但可以尝试一下43.75% C不提倡 12.5% 可以看出高达87.5%的创业者是认为在校创业是好的,这说明绝大部分创业者对于创业是很有信心而不是盲目跟风。
3:你认为创业好还是找工作好?A创业72.9% B工作 27.1% 超过七成的创业者认为创业是好的,这也是很符合实际的,就是因为觉得创业好才更坚定选择创业道路,值得注意的是有27.1%的创业者认为工作好,可能是创业太辛苦超过他们的预期或是本来就打算找工作的,而创业只是试一试导致吃苦能力不足。
4:你认为创业要具备什么条件?A资金 35.4% B人脉 35.4% C能力 37.5% D机会 2.5% 这是多选题,资金人脉和能力大概都有35%的人认为很重要,而机会则很少为他们所注意,可能他们都觉得凭借硬实力才是创业成功的最大保障。
5:你认为现在在校生创业最大的阻碍是什么?A资金 45.8% B人脉 45.8% C能力 27.1% D机遇 16.7% 本题是多选题,很大一部分创业者首选认为资金和人脉是创业的最大阻碍,而机遇为16.7%,与上题中的选择机会的比例同属少数,
可见大部分在校创业者并不认为机会机遇是创业的条件或阻碍。
6:你觉得在校生创业是否能得到家中的支持?A能 35.4% B不能 33.3% C与家中人思想有关 35.4% 这一题三个选项三分天下,可见创业者家庭的意见三者都差不多,创业者在能否得到家庭支持的情况上不是很相似,其家庭对自己创业的支持情况三者都有。
7:对于创业,你觉得你有何优势?A有资金优势12.5% B 有技能优势25% C有经验优势12.5% D三者都无,只有热情50% 可以看出有一半的创业者可以说是白手起家,无资金,技能,经验的三无创业者,知识靠一腔热情支撑着自己的创业之路,而有资金,技能,经验优势的分别为12.5%,25%,12.5%。
8:创业的前景有没有了解过? A深入了解过 14.9% B 简单了解过 63.8% C没有了解过 21.3% 有78.7%的创业者是对创业前景有至少简单的了解过的,但还有超过两成的创业者居然是对创业前景没有了解过的,也许这部分创业者是在跟风创业的或是边创业边了解再做是否长久创业下去的的决定的。
9:创业前期有何准备?A已加深专业与创业技能培训31.25% B仅做了创业技能培训 18.75% C仅加深专业知识学习 25% D无准备,随即应变 31.25% 有75%的创业者在创业前至少有进行过专业知识或创业技能中的一方面的准备与培训的,但仍然可以看出有31.25的创业者是无这两者中的任意一项准备的。
10:如果创业失败,有何打算? A屡败屡战,继续
创业 33.3% B打算找份安稳的工作 31.25% C找人一起创业27% D没考虑过 12.5% 可以看出有50.3%的创业者及时创业失败仍会继续创业只是方法不同,这一半创业者应该是铁了心要创业,不成功不罢休的。
31.25%的创业者一旦创业失败就会转而寻求稳定的工作。
11:您或您的朋友中,自主创业的人数如何?结果怎样? A很多,大都不错 8.5% B很多,但成功的较少 36.2% C很少,但成功的占大部分 14.9% D 很少,且很难成功 40.4% 从这题可以看出40.4%的创业者是知道自己身边的人中创业的人很少且其中大部分是不成功的,所以这部分创业者应该是深切的知道创业的艰巨性的且做好了迎接的准备,甚至是失败的准备,比如上一题可以看出他们可能做好创业失败转而求一份稳定的工作。
12:你是以何种方式创业的? A同学合伙创业 29.2% B自己创业 18.75% C团队创业 37.5% D其他14.6% 可以看出66.7%的创业者是以团队或同学合伙这种一起创业的方式来创业的,这可能是这样大伙一起创业可以有更大的力量且也能承受更大的风险。
13:您的创业领域是?A 与自己所学专业紧密结合的领域 12.5% B自己感兴趣的领域37.5% C启动资金少,风险低的 29.2% D未来可能热门的领域 22.9% 可以看出选择自己感兴趣的领域创业的创业者最多,而选择与自己所学专业紧密结合的最少,仅为12.5%,这和目前大学毕业生创业超过六成的创业者在自己
所学专业之外领域这个社会事实很是贴近,看来创业的大多数人是不在自己所学的专业领域的。
