Module 5 Unit 1 We went to the Great Wall.一、教材分析:本单元继续讲一般过去式,在前面几个模块已经接触到了一般过去式,学生也了解了一般过去式的主要结构,规则动词要加上“ed”,描述发生在过去的事情。

但是本单元主要讲不规则动词的变化,有一定的难度。

本文的主要内容是学习参观、游览的经历,根据所所学内容与大家一起分享。

二、教学目标:知识目标:1。

学习不规则动词的变化:see—saw, go—went, eat—ate, have—had, buy—bought, 及climb—climbed2.熟练掌握词组:a school trip, the Great Wall, lots of mountains, eat biscuits, eat apples, have a good time, a pi cture of the Great Wall;并学会用这些单词及词组造句。

技能目标:让学生学会用过去式描述发生在过去的事情,并根据所学内容介绍自己的参观和游览经历。

情感目标:鼓励学生积极参加学校组织的活动,培养学生的主人翁意识。

三、重难点:1.不规则动词过去式的变化: see—saw, go—went, eat—at e, have—had, buy—bought;2.运用所学句型描述自己的旅游经历。

语篇研读:What:本课语篇为小学生Daming,Sam与Daming’father的日常对话,内容围绕Daming和S am昨天学校组织的旅行展开。

从Daming,Sam与父亲的对话可以了解到,两个小朋友说是喜欢这次旅行的,而且出于对长辈的尊敬,他俩还给爸爸带了礼物——一张长城的图片。

Why:作者通过描述Daming,Sam你一言我一句地回答,非常生活化地呈现出完整旅行经历的英语表达。

晚辈对长辈的尊敬,长辈对晚辈的关心溢于言表。

How:该对话是比较典型的学生日常生活对话。

涉及谈论旅行经历的核心单词、词语:trip, mountain,plants,candies(candy),go on a trip,have a good time,went(go),see(saw),ate(eat),boug ht(buy),had(have);与人分享旅行的经历的核心语言:”I went on a trip.I went to...I saw (I)are...I bought...I had a good time....两个小学生在表达自己的旅行经历时使用了一般过去时,学生在本学期已经接触并学习过一般过去时。

但由于该对话情节虽简单,但生词较多,帮助学生理解仍需要采用其他方法,对文本进行再设计;才能促使学生愿意开口,才具有现实意义和教育意义。

教学目标通过本节课学习,学生能够:1、在看、听、说的活动中,获取、梳理对话中Daming,Sam去长城的细节;重点学习不规则动词的一般过去时。

能根据mind map部分复述或复述Daming的长城旅行经历。

(学习理解)2、在教师创设的游戏情境里,可以根据图片、实物及自身生活经验操练核心句型。

(应用实践)3、在老师的帮助下,能在同学面前用英文分享自己的旅行经历。

Good morning, ladies and gentlemen! I am very happy to stand here and share my lesson with you. But before it, please allow me to introduce myself to you. My name is Li Jixian. My students are from grade4.I hope you will enjoy the lesson. Ok, now, come to the point!
First, I will talk about my understanding of this unit. This unit is talking about the using of the pasttense. Many students are interested in it, because it’s easy to understand. This lesson is the first part of Module 5. It’s very important. Teaching aims:
1.Knowledge objects: Make the students know the using of the
past tense.
2.Ability objects: Training the ability of using the past tense.
To develop Ss’ ability of communication with other people in English.
3.Feeling objects: Make the Ss love our colorful and wonderful
world.
Second, I will talk about my teaching theories, methods and aids. While dealing with this lesson, I will do my best to carry out the following opinion: Make the Ss the real masters in class
while the teacher himself acts as a director.
Third, I will talk about my teaching steps. Now let me introduce my teaching procedure briefly. As we all know, “well begin is half done”. A good beginning will not only warm the class up at once, but also will help the Ss learn well and learn the lesson in a happy way.

Step 2.After greeting and warming up, we will play a game named “Guess Guess”!

In my opinion, the blackboard design can reflect the teacher’s ability of mastering the text and leading the Ss to master the text easily.
