Step 1 Warm up
1. Greeting
T: Good morning, class.
Ss: Good morning, Miss Lu.
T: What day is today?
Ss: It’s Wednesday.
教师用What day is today?和学生开启课堂。
2. Words and Expressions——math, English, music, Chinese, art, PE
Step 2 Presentation
教授询问今天星期几的What day is today?以及回答It’s … .句型,同时教授学生使用We have … class this morning.句型来表述今天早上上什么课。
T: What day is today?
Ss: It’s Wednesday.
T: What class do you have this morning?
S1: We have a math class this morning.
S2: That’s right. I like math.
T: What class do you have this morning?
S1: We have an English class, too.
S2: I like it. But I’m not good at it.
S1: Don’t worry. I can help you.
S2: It’s very nice of you.
当学生熟练运用这三个句子的时候,教师设置不同的星期和课程相互搭配,让学生用What day is today?以及回答It’s … .和We have … class this morning.句型来两两组合,相互问答练习。
