Dear editor， I’m writing to tell you about a discussion we have had about whether students of senior 3 should take physical exercise. 60% of the students think that they should take exercise every day , such as doing morning exercises, playing ping-pong and playing basketball , but shouldn’t spend too much time. Exercise can build up their bodies and reduce diseases. Sports can let their brains have a rest so that they can learn their lessons more effectively. On the other hand, 40% of the students believe taking exercise is a waste of time and it is tiring. After having sports, they are too excited for a long time to pay attention to their lessons. Besides, they might get injured in sports. In my opinion, we can combine our study with pleasure. We can take exercise but we shouldn’t spend too much time and energy. Yours Li Ping
40% of the students are for the idea. Firstly, they believed it's good for students, because it's more convenient for them to contact to others. Secondly, our parents can get to us quickly when they need. What is more, we can send messages by mobiles with little money.
However, 60% think that we should not take mobile phone to school. Firstly, the student won't pay attention to what the teachers are trying to say . Secondly, some bad information may do harm to our health. In my opinion, bringing the phone to school is not a good idea. It does more harm than good . Yours truly, Li Hua
