2.编制(施工)范围:本工程地基为自然地基上进行砂卵石换填层,剪力墙基础为独立承台基础;本方案编制的施工范围:独立柱基础、基础梁、室内基础梁下回填。

3.工程概况3.1、砼垫层:垫层厚度:100㎜,几何尺寸:每边宽出放脚基础100㎜3.2、独立放脚暗柱基础:独立放脚基础底部标高-1.50m,其几何尺寸3种,墙柱形式29种砼强度等级:C30.3.3、基础梁:基础框架梁截面形式宽250㎜,梁高600㎜,梁顶标高-0.05;砼强度等级:C30。

在○9轴和○10轴靠○10间设置温度伸缩缝。

4、施工条件:砂卵石地基换填层完成后进行静载试验达到≥400KPA,方能进行砼垫层等下步工作。

5、施工进度计划:按照总的施工进度计划和现场实际情况,砼垫层2天,独立基础施工4天,素土回填第一阶段3天,-0.05M处基础梁4天,第二次素土待一层梁板支撑架体拆除方可进行回填回填。

6.施工准备:6.1.材料准备:基础阶段混凝土的塌落度:160~180㎜,砼的输送形式采用汽车输送泵。

模板:木胶合板:400M2,100*50方木20M3,钢管10吨,扣件500个。

钢筋:施工员提前10天将基础配料单提供给材料员,有材料员按料单计划进料。

6.2.计量器具:使用的计量器具必须在受控状态下,不合格计量器具严禁使用。

6.2.3人员准备:钢筋工:20人,木工:20人,混凝土工(力工):15人。

6.2.4机械准备:按施工组织设计中要求的钢筋成型加工设备、模板加工设备进场,因场地有限,现场临时安装:钢筋成形机两台、截断机两台、150型对焊机一台,木工电锯一台。

塔吊基础在砂卵石换填施工阶段完成,力争在基础施工阶段安装完毕。

基础承台外回填土施工机械设备:装载机一台、翻斗自卸汽车2辆、1吨压路机一台。

7、施工方案:7.1.1.施工段划分:本工程基础施工分为一个施工段。

7.1.2施工方案砂卵石完成后在砂卵石垫层上放放脚基础砼垫层线,直接用方木支砼垫层模、浇筑C15砼垫层;用经纬仪在砼垫层上放墙、柱及定位轴线、放脚基础边线、绑扎钢筋、支放脚基础模板、固定墙、柱直立钢筋、浇筑基础砼、拆除基础模板;回填基础梁下回填土。

因本工程砂卵石换填后基坑与原有的自然地面高差较小;人工配合机械进行回填、夯实,回填范围为边轴线外3100mm。

第一次回填土回填至基础梁下200mm(-0.75m)处,按基础梁宽度每边+50mm对基础梁下回填地面进行二次整平夯实。

弹基础梁边线、间隔300mm平铺干(垒两)砖(根据梁高不同调整)、架支100高模板;绑扎基础梁钢筋、支基础梁模板、浇筑基础梁砼。

7.2.独立柱基础:独立柱基础施工采用12厚木胶板内衬、40*75方木做肋,方木和钢管做固定顶撑。

柱筋采用底部点焊固定定位和上部四角拉结固定的方法,保证柱筋位置准确。

预插柱筋留置高度:(3.55/3+0.3*56d)+1.52M、+1.18M以上。

7.3.素土回填:独立基础完成后,进行基础外素土回填,回填以机械为主,人工为辅。

用1吨压路机对回填土进行碾压。

独立基础侧、上素土回填,素土采用场内调运,运距为场内200m的堆土场。

回填土一次回填厚度不超过280mm.素土回填至梁下平100~150mm。

一层梁、板模板拆除后施工完成后再进行第二次回填至设计一层室内垫层下。

7.4.框架(基础)梁:施工-0.05M处基础梁,梁模板采用12厚木胶合板做内衬,50*100方木做肋,外用钢管、扣件加固固定。

8、施工工艺及主要施工方法8.1、工艺流程:独立基础:定位弹线→支垫层模板→C15砼垫层→弹基础线→核对基础钢筋半成品→钢筋绑扎→绑好砂浆垫块→插焊固定墙、柱钢筋→支基础模→支四周模→浇筑砼。

素土回填:混凝土外观验收→基底清理→运摊素土→平整→压实→检验验收→第二次循环作业。

框架(基础)梁:梁下场地验收→放梁底模板→成型、绑扎梁钢筋→支梁模板→隐蔽验收→浇筑混凝土。

8.2、主要施工方法:8.2.1.独立基础上短柱、梁模板:柱模板采用木胶合板做内衬模板用50×100方木作肋,,外用钢管做外箍加固;水平钢管(外箍用)间距:750㎜×750㎜柱○a500㎜。

根椐基础梁高,模板采用木胶合板加方木模进行组合;模板外侧用先横(钢管)后立(竖向钢管),两横杆(钢管)间距不得大于250㎜,竖杆(钢管)间距为1200㎜~1000㎜;放角以上墙模可利用基础上层筋,在其上焊接Ф16丁字支架承担木模和横杆。

模板安装后对其轴线位置,断面尺寸,标高及支撑等进行预检,均应符合设计图纸和质量验收规范GB50204-2015.4项要求。

8.2.2、钢筋绑扎:核对钢筋半成品,对其规格、形状、型号、品种经过检验,然后挂牌堆放好。

侧面的垫块应与钢筋绑牢,不应遗漏。

钢筋对焊工应持证上岗,其焊接及绑扎应符合设计图纸要求及质量验收规范GB50204-2015.5项,钢筋焊接及验收规程JGJ18-2012规定。

钢筋接头位置按技术交底要求进行摆放,柱插入放脚基础梁内钢筋长度:按设计要求插入底部钢筋上并弯折,弯折后长度100mm。

8.2.3、砼浇筑:基础钢筋、模板经检查验收,办理隐检手续;并由监理工程师签发浇筑令后进行砼浇筑。

砼由砼搅拌站提供,汽车输送泵输送砼;砼浇筑始西向东、由南向北横向推进。

独立基础分两次浇筑,第一次浇筑在放脚以下,第二次浇筑放脚以上,两次间隔时间不超过两个小时;浇注时注意柱插筋位置、长度。

砼坍落度应控制在160~180mm(只要满足砼泵送要求,砼塌落度可尽量减小。

8.2.4、振捣及收面:砼振捣的原则:先放角后柱、台;由旧(砼接茬处、或模板处)到新(铺设面、砼自溢面);振捣棒拉开间距,一前两后(间距依砼塌落度、砼铺设宽度、浇注速度而定;以便于浇放脚上部时(减小砼自溢面为宜),前者跨旧(未终凝砼)补振500㎜,后者过振(对前棒已振过的断面)500㎜。

采用斜向振捣法,振捣棒与水平面倾角约300左右,棒头朝前进方向,插棒间距以500㎜为宜,防止漏振。

振捣时间以砼表面翻浆,出气泡为准。

砼表面应随振随按标高线,用木抹子搓平。

并及时进行覆盖保湿养护材料;砼振捣手应由专业技术工人充当,严禁无操作经验者操作。

每一班次必须有一名砼监棒人,负责检查振捣质量。

泵送混凝土,其放角表面积聚水泥浆,在混凝土浇筑结束后要认真处理,经1~3h左右,初步按标高用长括尺括平,在初凝前(因混凝土内掺加木质素磺酸钙减水剂,初凝时间延长到6~8h)用木楔打磨压实,以闭合收水裂缝,对墙柱处无法铺盖塑料布,应用麻毡充分润湿塞盖砼面,防止砼面层水分过快散失而出现裂缝。

8.3、施工过程控制8.3.1.独立基础及基础梁对基层标高、宽度情况进行校核,方可进行垫层施工。

钢筋连接水平连接采用闪光对焊方式,竖向连接采用电渣压力焊连接;焊工必须有焊工证,焊接必须进行试焊,(针对焊机的电流,焊接操作工具进行调整)试用合格后,方可进行正式焊接,焊接试件经试验合格后方可正式大批量进行焊接。

砼试块留置:根据基础工程量按每台班,或每200m3砼至少留取一组砼标养试块,留取一组与结构同条件养护砼试块。

8.3.3、关键工序:基础支模、柱、墙插筋、柱模板安装、梁底(标高控制)、梁钢筋连接、钢筋绑扎、混凝土浇筑8.3.4、施工过程控制责任人:金进武、检查人:刘慧邦9、质量保证措施:9.1.独立基础及基础梁采用的钢筋品种、质量、焊条的牌号、性能必须符合设计要求和质量验收规范GB50204-2015.5.3项及钢筋焊接及验收规程JGJ18-2012的规定。

钢筋表面必须清洁,其规格、形状、尺寸、数量、间距、锚固长度,接头位置必须符合设计要求和质量验收规范GB50204-2015.5.3项规定。

对焊接头要求:无横向裂纹和烧伤、焊包均匀,接头处变折不大于4℃,接头处钢筋轴线位移不得大于0.1d,且不大于2mm。

焊接接头位置应相互错开,同一截面接头不得超过25%,同一根钢筋不得有两个接头。

砼浇筑前除技术交底外应进行人员定位、职责、质量优劣奖惩进行交底,做到责任到人,检查到人,以个人作业质量保证整体质量;砼浇筑完毕,模板拆除后应对砼进行外观检查评定。

回填素土时,严格控制填土质量,确保土质和含水量,压实系数≥0.94,符合施工质量验收标准GB50202-2015.6.3条规定。

10.质量标准及验收:10.1.钢筋绑扎允许偏差项目砼试块取样、制作、养护和试验应符合施工质量验收标准及规范GB50204-2015.7.4条规定。

11.资料记录:11.1.砼浇注记录;11.2、检验批资料、隐蔽记录;12、安全生产、文明施工目录12.1、在操作之前必须检查机具是否牢固,检查安全防护设施是否安全,操作工人穿戴好劳动保护用品。

12.2、焊工施焊时,必须戴绝缘手套,穿绝缘鞋,戴防护面罩。

12.3、施工现场的一切电源,电路的安装和拆除必须由持证电工操作;电器必须严格接地、接零和使用漏电保护器。

12.4、安全员经常巡视现场安全状况,杜绝不安全因素发生。

12.5、砼浇筑前应明确砼浇筑顺序,退管路线,胶管摆动方向和方法:砼开始浇筑时,严禁非浇筑人员在浇筑梁上停站,安全员应在砼浇筑前检查钢筋支承是否牢固,有无采取钢管加固的必要。

浇筑第一道基础、柱梁时,施工员、安全员必须在现场,发现工人操作程序方法与交底不符,或有安全措施不到位的地方,应及时采取措施,并写出书面交底进行现场重新交底,杜绝一切安全、质量事故发生。

基础完成后回填至地面以上示意图页脚内容11。
