第二，过于依赖动画每天长时间地看动画，其他资源一概不用。
正如上面所说，我们用动画片目的是为英语学习找个导火索，导火索用好了后面的内容比如结合画面听音频就会水到渠成。
但是一旦通过动画片成功让孩子接触英文以后，如果过于依赖动画，那么孩子可能沉迷于动画片，最后英语的效率不高，还影响了学习习惯的培养。
所以动画片和音频结合，动画片和图画书结合，动画片和儿歌童谣等结合，全方位地提供环境和资源更重要。
第三，关于动画片影响孩子关注力的问题，目前有很多说法。
有专家曾经说过，现代社会，让孩子远离电视不大现实。
就好比现在有的孩子家庭管教很严从来没有玩过游戏但是上了大学以后忽然有了机会，结果一发不可收直至被名校劝退。
绝对的逃离电子产品不现实，但是掌握适当的度很必要。
怎么样能掌握好，那就要靠妈妈的智慧了。
至于说专注力，每天半个小时以内的动画片，小孩子可能也就十几分钟，暂未发现对专注力有何结论性的影响。

-----谈英语视听课
成都外国语学校附属小学张丽莎小孩从几个月大开始最喜欢看广告，为什么？因为广告富有动感，让人过目不忘。
他们长大一点，就喜欢看卡通动画片，小孩与动画片就是天生的小伙伴，密不可分。
英语课程标准（实验稿）提出语言技能的一级和二级目标，其中明确了在视听方面要能看懂英文动画片的目标。
那么怎样能够达到这一项目标呢？并不是简单地随便找一碟片放，就OK了。
要想培养孩子的英语兴趣，让这个兴趣维持，让视听课真正发挥其作用，就需要做更多的备课工作。
下面我谈自己的办法。
一、收集资源
首先，把握好课本的内容，合理地将视听课穿插到教学安排中。
收集资源的工作说起来简单做起来难，要找适合孩子们的年龄特点、知识基础，并且制作精良，能引人入胜，内容与课本有关的动画资源。
比如：在小学《新标准英语1》中孩子们学习了bird, cat, dog等知识，要想复习巩固并拓展这方面的英语知识，我们选择了迪斯尼神奇英语中animal friend 这一课，不仅能复习这几个单词发音，还有意识地增加了其他动物单词，丰富了孩子们的知识，拓宽了学习的领域。
有的教材有配套的课件资源，可以加以运用，教师应认真观看，学习使用的方法，在备课组中集体讨论整理，再运用到课堂中去。
除了在课后有目的地收集好的碟片资源，如迪斯尼神奇英语，洪恩GOGO英语，乔登美语，吉的堡英语等英语课件资源各有优点，主题鲜明，且深受孩子们的喜爱。
另外最方便快捷的收集方式是上网查寻。
通过网络在世界各地收集英语学习资源为我所用。
比如：前不久，我在丫丫家庭教育网上有教师和家长收集的学习资源可以下载。
韩国的一些网站制作的英语flash教学动画，非常漂亮。
不过在知识经济时代，有关英语的学习资源如雨后春笋般，让人疲于选择，不过我有一些推荐，请见第五项推荐资源,希望对大家有帮助。
当然教师也可以按主题如：colours, actions, animals等发动家长和学生
作为家庭作业或课外活动一起收集，可以在著名的搜索引擎：google,百度，yahoo(英语搜索)上查找，不仅能增加学生的知识量，还能促进亲子教育，再将资源整合，做到真正的资源共享。
二、整理资源
找到适合的资源，还需要做好“摘菜”的工作，如何分析整理呢？与收集资源一样，必须考虑孩子们的特点，结合课本内容，适当地做好筛选、组合。
可以把动画等做成Flash、PowerPoint课件的形式，用超级解霸截选碟片中精彩片段播放等，或者在多媒体电脑室里将网站推荐给学生、或自己制作一个专题动画英语网站,我们学校有一些优秀的专题网站，其中圣诞网站，由我和几位同事共同制作，地址是，有空请上网看看，欢迎批评指正。
当然这些方法都要求教师有一定的运用专业软件(软件包括：macromedia三剑客，Microsoft FrontPage, PowerPoint, Photoshop, 超级解霸等)的能力，所以要多学习、多合作才能把备课工作做好一半。
三、合理安排教学步骤
这个步骤相当重要，同一般的教学过程不一样，视听课要考虑首要条件是学校的硬件，结合条件，充分发挥硬件的作用。
1.基本设备：电视机或投影屏幕，VCD或DVD机或一台电脑
2.多媒体教室，教师控制电脑，学生各自有屏幕
3.多功能电脑教室，教师与学生有联网的电脑
教师应根据学校的情况，结合本节课的教学目标或意图，选用不同的条件制作不同的教学资源。
另外，教学过程一般按复习课的要求设计，但要重点突出，怎样突出重点内容？可手写在黑板上或制作到教学课件中或针对高年级学生的情况，打印成稿，以便复习。
下面我将举例谈谈自己的教学设计。
以迪斯尼神奇英语“happy house”为例，结合《新标准英语1》第五课”window””chair”等内容，或结合《新标准英语4》复习模块三只小猪的内容，上一节视听课。
教学设计见附表1
我的设计思路是按听、说、唱、演的步骤来安排的，视听时间一节课不超
过25分钟，目的性强，对重点反复巩固，又要拓展知识。
让学生在快乐中完成课程的复习。
如果将动画片作为引入，在第一节课就抓住孩子的心,这一点用到英语故事的教学也事半功倍。
再以集英语学习与娱乐动画为一身的Flash 英语动画为例，韩国Little Fox制作的英语歌曲Flash“Old MacDonald Had a Farm”,有节奏明快、动画制作精美，明确表达歌词内容，又可反复学习、欣赏，孩子学起来轻松愉快，节省了教学时间,不用担心因倒带影响课堂的情况，提高了课堂效率。
四、课后做好反思
不要以为视听课很轻松，其实它的备课更复杂，教学设计也比一般的课有难度。
更至关重要的是下完一节视听课后，要认真反思，做好课后小结，改进不足之处，视听课还要具有延续性，比如针对高年级学生可适当引入完整的英语片，节选精彩的部分，尤其是经典的英语动画片“the Lion King” ,” Beauty and the Beast”等，推荐这些学习英语的好材料，将被动化为主动，将英语的学习延续到课外，让孩子们在闲暇之余，耳濡目染，培养出学习英语的兴趣和语感。

Teaching procedure: Step1:Greetings
Step2:read the text
Students read the text aloud.
Step3:Look and listen(play the VCD)
Teacher plays the VCD, students look at the screen, when the key
word or sentence. for example, ”door”, ”window” appeared,
teacher pause, then ask the students to repeat it
