Unit 5 Fun Clubs一、单元学习主题本单元主题属于“人与自我”主题范畴中“生活与学习”这一主题群,涉及子主题“丰富多彩的学校生活”。

二、单元内容分析本单元分为Section A与Section B两部分,主要围绕话题“Fun clubs”展开听、说、读、写、看等语言活动。

本单元共有两个主要语篇,第一个语篇是对话的形式,讲述了腾飞、彼得和埃玛三人的才能以及想加入的俱乐部;第二个以招聘启事的形式,呈现了烹饪俱乐部、读书俱乐部和自然俱乐部的招聘条件,俱乐部功能及联系方式。

两个语篇不仅为学生传递了不同的语言知识和语篇知识,也传递了发挥个人特长并挖掘潜能的价值观。

单元主题内容结构框架见下图:第三课时Section B(1a—2b)教学目标通过本课的学习,学生能够:1.获取和梳理本课语篇中涉及的what、why、how的关键信息;在语境中理解、识记并运用本课时词汇及短语。

如:act、act out、at home、interested、nature、beef、soon、than、more than、mind、fall、fall in love with、take photos、collect、insect、discover、wildlife等。

(获取信息)2.利用阅读策略读取招聘启事的语篇大意和细节信息,并运用表格方式帮助梳理文章内容和架构。

(梳理整合)3.结合自身状况回答俱乐部相关的问题并清楚地表达想加入哪个俱乐部,提高自身思维品质。

(内化应用)4.制订自己想加入俱乐部的申请书,根据个人能力明确想加入的俱乐部,挖掘自己的潜能。

(迁移创新)语篇研读What:本课语篇是关于烹饪俱乐部、图书俱乐部和自然俱乐部的招聘启事。

Why:本课阅读任务是要求学生阅读招聘启事,根据文章内容填写表格并回答问题,目的是考查学生对文章细节的掌握并在文本学习中引导学生学会写招聘启事和招聘申请。

How:文章内容紧扣单元话题,引导学生根据自己的能力和特长,选择适合自己的俱乐部。

语篇分析What该部分的阅读文本是一段口头介绍,Han Lin向Peter介绍自己叔叔家的农场。
