演讲稿的结构通常包括开场白、正文、结尾三部分。
开场白
开场白是演讲稿中很重要的部分，方式多种，如开篇入题，借题发挥，提问设问，引用比兴等。好的开场白能够牢牢地抓住听众的注意力，为整场演讲的成功打下基础。开场白的目的是使听众立刻了解演讲主题、引入正文、引发摸索等，总的原则是切题和镇场。
正文
演讲稿的正文也是整篇演讲的主体。主体必须有重点、有层次、有中心语句。演讲主体的层次安排可按时间或空间顺序排列，也能够平行并列、正反对照、逐层深入。由于演讲材料是通过口头表达的，为了便于听众知道，各段落应上下连贯，段与段之间有适当的过渡和照管。
结尾
结尾是演讲内容的收束。它起着深化主题的作用，有归纳法、引文法、反问法等。归纳法是概括一篇演讲的中心思想，总结强调主要观点；引文法则是引用名言警句，升华主题、留下摸索；反问法是以问句引发听众摸索和对演讲者观点的认同。另外，演讲稿的结尾也能够用感谢、展望、鼓励等语句作结，使演讲能自然收束，给人留下深入印象。 演讲要想成功，除了演讲稿的准备，还有一个特别要注意的就是对演讲节奏和时间的掌控。每一场演讲都是有时间限制的，演讲者要掌控自己演讲的速度和内容，既不能时间到了，还没有讲完，也不能距离演讲终止还有一段时间，而演讲者已经无话可说了，时间和节奏的掌控必须是在台下的时候练习好，并且上台后根据实际情形能够灵活应变。英语演讲稿范文篇一

realize the burning away of precious natural resources. We
appreciate all the prosperity from the development of modern
industry， yet few would give the slightest consideration to
the global air and water pollution caused by industrial wastes.
Our ruthless exploitation has permanently impaired our mother
earth. As we tragically learned from last summer＇s floods. we
cannot continue our carelessness.
Finally， standing here at the threshold of the 21st
century， we cannot help thinking of our posterity. Nature is
not only the mother of the present generation， but also the
mother of the generations to come.
How severely our descendents will criticize us if we
leave them a barren and lifeless mother？ How much more they
will appreciate us if we give them a world of harmony to
inherit？ Let us start respecting and caring for nature from
