YQ矿用潜水电泵电子样本简介：YQ系列潜水电泵由充水式潜水电机和多级离心泵组成,装在吸罩内潜入水中工作。
这种潜水电泵较传统离心泵和深井泵具有使用维护方便，运行安全可靠，性能稳定，震动噪音小，效率高等优点，改善了泵房通风散热条件，有利环保，运行费用低，可实行自动控制，对水位落差大及有水患威胁的地方更有独特的优点。
由于电机内腔工作时充满清水，在任何情况下都不会产生电火花引爆瓦斯，属矿用一般安全型设备。
为煤炭、冶金、电力、城建、自来水及地下水开发等部门提供一种新型排、取水设备。
YQ 型潜水电泵具有两个吸入口，将两组叶轮背靠背地对向分布，实际上是二台多级泵并联连接，各有其吸水口（一个在上部，一个在下部）。
由于两组叶轮数量相等、方向相反，其产生的水推力大小相等方向相反，理论上讲总轴向水推力为零。
YQ/D型潜水电泵只有一个吸水口，两组叶轮也是背靠背对向分布。
当泵扬程所需叶轮总级数为偶数时，每组叶轮数量相等，方向相反，轴向水推力也为零。
当泵扬程所需叶轮级数为奇数时，则下泵叶轮多一级，此时下泵末级叶轮被设计为有平衡孔的平衡叶轮。
平衡叶轮产生的水推力，基本上被消除。
于是产生轴向水推力的两组叶轮仍然数量相等、方向相反，总的轴向力基本上为零。
轴向力为零，推力轴承载荷轻，寿命长，运行可靠，是本系列潜水电泵的重要技术特征。
YQ系列潜水电机是充水式三相异步电动机，功率≥600kW时，在其转子下端设有一小泵轮，它使电机内部充水循环以便对电机进行冷却；功率＜600kW时，转子上带螺旋水槽，同样使充水循环以利电机散热。
本电机属KY(矿用一般)型电机，动力电缆为4芯电缆，其中一芯为接地；控制电缆为8芯电缆，其中4芯为温度，2芯为水位，2芯备用。
YQ型系列潜水电泵前身为QKSG型，曾荣获国家优质产品“金质奖”并多次获得国家和部、省科技进步奖。
经过我们的多次设计与工艺改进，现为YQ型系列。

●使用条件及技术数据1、电机应完全潜入水中，但潜入深度不得大于70米；2、水中固体物含量（重量比）不得超过0.01%；3、水的酸碱度PH值介于6.5-8.5之间；4、水中氯离子含量不得超过400毫克/升；5、水中硫化氢含量不得大于1.5mg/L；6、保证电机的引出电缆处端电压为380（1±5%）伏特，频率为50赫兹（其它电压或频率须特殊订货）；7、环境水温一般不得高于20℃，超过时须降容使用；8、电机运行时内部应充满洁净的清水（可加防冻液）；9、电机的最大运行电流不得大于铭牌上的标定值（即额定电流，配套厂家和用户在选用和调试潜水电泵机组的电源控制设备时，应特别注意）；10、电机应选用合适的控制方式（如我公司的LQQ、LZQ、LRQ、LBQ系列控制柜，该系列控制柜专门为潜水电泵设计，可实现电机的过载、欠压、断相运行的保护并可根据水位自动控制电泵的起停）；11、电机为连续工作制（S1）。
两次起动时间间隔不得小于10分钟；12、电机应可竖直使用，也可卧式使用（须特殊订货）；13、用于水池或超过规定的井径中时应加装吸水罩，以保证电机良好的散热。

潜水泵的型号及参数主要根据井径、流量、扬程、配用功率的不同而不同，就奥特泵业型号为AT250QJ80-300/10-110Kw的潜水泵来说明，AT表示的是奥特泵业的产品简称，250表示使用井径不小于250毫米，QJ表示井用潜水泵（潜井的首字母），80表示流量为80m3/h （即80吨每小时），300表示扬程为300米，10表示叶轮串联级数为10级，110表示配用功率为110Kw。

Nuosai series sewage pump is fit for continuously diving operation, the liquid only needs submerge the pump shell. Or it can be used dry style installing and it doesn't need motor cooling device. To be easy to maintain and repair water pump, to avoid poison gas in the pool affecting maintenance staff's health and reduce maintenance fee, we adopt auto coupling instllation. That can make the pump automatically connect with the fixed coupling seat at the bottom of pool along coupling guides. When repairing pump, the pump is risen up by directly taking out the chains. To install, simplely maintain and be clean, the pump can be dry style standing or horizontally installed outside of sewage pool.

由于耦合装置和泵是相对独立的，所以，如果您的泵站因情况变化需 换用同口径的低扬程或高扬程的泵，可以仍然使用原来的耦合装置。

Not to make pollutants accumulate at the end of the pool and to avoid cleaning up the sewage pool, now the pump line adopts two mixing function as below: 1. A small additional impeller is installed under the impeller of the pump, but its pressure can't make pollutants mix. What's more, it uses up the power of pump's motor and it is easy to make debris obsess impeller. 2.The center of sub-axis is punched and installed T style mixing end, and the pressuring water in the channel of the pump pass the center of the sub-axis ,the mixing end sprays around the pool, But like that the sewage impurities block the hole and no mixing effect, what's more, when the mixing end is rotating, the fabic thing like rope can obsess it , even damaged motors. Our technology of anti-pollution, precipitation and mixing is that beside pump and the sewage at the end of pool produce high speed swirl to make impurities not to deposit and the impurities is charged by pump. So it don't need rotating parts to realize mixing function. And the channels of the mixing high pressure water have many special impurities filtering device, so that is safe and reliable and it is not blocked. The mixing effect is very good. At the same time, it solves the serious problem which the rotor is obsessed by fiber things like rop and even to damage the motor.
