科普粘胶纤维的72变粘胶纤维Viscose粘胶纤维是以天然纤维素(浆粕)为基本原料,经纤维素黄酸酯溶液纺制而成的再生纤维素纤维。
粘胶纤维的问世仅迟于纤维素硝酸酯纤维,是最古老的化学纤维品种之一。
1891年,克罗斯(Cross)、贝文(Bevan)和比德尔(Beadle)等首先制成纤维素黄酸钠溶液,由于这种溶液的粘度很大,因而命名为“粘胶”。
粘胶遇酸后,纤维素又重新析出。
根据这个原理,在1893年发展成为一种制备化学纤维的方法,这种纤维被命名为粘胶纤维。
到1905年,米勒尔(Muller)等发明了一种稀硫酸和硫酸盐组成的凝固,实现了粘胶纤维的工业化生产。

各里布优点

宾霸里布优点:-安全性宾霸是百分百的纤维素,没有使用任何化学原料,可以轻易被土壤及水中的细菌分解,对自然环境不造成破坏。
燃烧时也不用担心会產生有害气体。
-丰富的悬垂性聚酯具有比重轻(1.38),而且有与里布产生游离感的弊处,而宾霸铜氨丝,具有恰到好处的比重(1.5),故能与很多天然纤维(绢、麻、棉)等配合使用。
-触感良好性由於聚酯的法定水份比率低(0.4%),有触温冷感。
而宾霸铜氨丝的法定水份较高(11%),有触温冷感,故产生触感良好的特点。
另外,因聚酯的杨氏模数(初期拉伸阻力量)率较高(90%--->160%),给人以僵硬感。
而宾霸铜氨丝的杨氏模数(初期拉伸阻力量)率较低(50%--->70%),故具有良好的柔软度。
宾霸铜氨丝(50d/30f.75d/45f)与聚酯丝(50d/24f.75d/36f)相比,属復丝,所以,用宾霸铜氨丝制成的里布与聚酯里布相比,更具有良好的柔滑触感。
-卓越的吸湿性(不易聚汗)聚酯的水份率一般保持在0.4%,与温度湿度无关。
而宾霸铜氨丝的水份率可从11%(温度在20度,湿度为65%时的法定水分率)提升至最高30%(温度在30度,湿度为100%)的水份率。
即使是棉布,其水份率也不会超过10%。
宾霸铜氨丝卓越的吸湿性是其他裡布所无法比拟的。
人体约70%為水份,其中20%成為汗水(水蒸气、水滴)向体外排出。
水滴汗是在经过激烈运动之后或异常高温状态下產生的,一般情况下,汗水是透过水蒸气的形式向体外排出。
聚酯裡布不能吸收水蒸气汗,而通过毛细管现像来吸收水滴汗。
使水滴聚存在丝与丝之间,所以总是给人一种粘湿的感觉。
宾霸铜氨丝里布与聚酯里布相比,因能吸收水滴汗,所以没有粘湿感。
另外,宾霸铜氨丝里布还附有防止污痕的树脂。
宾霸铜氨丝里布能充分的吸收水蒸气,所以使宾霸铜氨丝里布具有穿着舒适的感觉。
-吸水性与吸湿性吸湿性很容易被误解為在性能方面与吸水性相同,其实不然。
吸收水分的性能叫吸水性,吸收湿气(水蒸气)的性能叫吸湿性。
